I enjoy having self induced MPD...
Betamon X: And what's the problem with that?
Gomamon: Well, considering it created you, I can see plenty of problems.

I like Eminem. There. I said it.
Hi, my name is Brittany and I am a rap-aholic. Just because the only cd's you've ever heard me listen to are Goo goo dolls and Matchbox 20 (and Gin Blossoms/Toad), doesn't mean its all I listen to.
Hrm. I haven't gone to the temple yet because I angered my bishop with my views on homosexuality. I am otherwise worthy, have been married 1.5 years, and am in trouble 'cause I think having gay folk live in the neighborhood won't undermine my faith. *he disagrees* This is a cause for exceeding hurt and anger and will likely color my comments for a while.
I still sleep with my teddy bear. So does my husband. They are our pillows.
I am a DnD chick. I have purple dice. Four sets. And a level 12 medic. He started at level 1.
I have a job in cryogenetics that many would kill for. And I can't stand it anymore. I miss my coffee shop job. Imagine telling people that what you went to college for infuriates you?

Laurance Pony I have this huge tub of legos that I love playing with. I build robots and space chips and stuff. I'm 23. Dude. Legos. I loves them. If I still had my big bucket of legos, I'd be making those lego people and spaceships and houses and cars and omg everything ever. Too bad my dad still has them at his house. My secrets: I volunteer at the hospital in my city; my job is to stay with patients who are at risk for falling or injuring themselves and such when they are left alone, so I stay with them and make sure that they stay in bed, their levels are ok and that they're alright. I complain to everyone about the fact that almost everyone I sit with HAS to watch Nick Jr, and that I HAVE to watch Ni Hao Kai-Lan and Yo Gabba Gabba, but now on my days off, I watch them for giggles. sweatdrop I sleep with a voodoo baby in my bed. It's name is Aladin, and it has a scimitar and everything. I don't let it leave my room because I fear that it won't help me fall asleep at night, even though I know it's just a keychain who's only power is to encourage you. I'm not pleased with my Bishop either. I just got out of high school this past year, so he sat me down to talk about what I wanted to do with my life. When I told him I was going to the University to study medicine because I wanted to be a doctor, he laughed and said "That's a lofty goal." It took everything I had to not slap him, and I didn't go to church for over a month. Last secret for now: I'm very upset with myself for making this post so long because I think it will make others think I'm melodramatic and attention seeking when I'm just trying to contribute in a way that won't confuse people. crying

Haha, well here goes. Its actually not something I'm embarrassed about or anything. First some back ground. I'm 15 years old, a freshman in highschool. I'm in 4 honors classes, I take spanish and an advanced weight lifting class. This is my 8th year of football and when the season starts this spring, it will be my 5th year of lacrosse. I start fullback and middle line backer. I'm looked up to by many others on the team and I am a captain. I love weight lifting and I'm very athletic. I'm pretty much the typical high schooler from the big CO. I like rock, metal, rap, etc. However the thing I don't tell anyone is that I like the band Rascal Flatts. You're probably like, "What? A 15 year old who listens to a country band?" Yep its true. I like Rascal Flatts. They are the only country band I like, but its still country.

I don't have very many secrets. Considering all my friends know I'm a fan when it comes to cartoon Transformers (luff), Danny Phantom (double luff), and all other kinds of "strange, kiddy and uncool" cartoons. Everyone also knows I sleep with a giant stuffed horse. And I absolutely luff country music! Along with all other kinds, except for rap and screamo. >.< As for what they don't know:
I like Backstreet Boys. What? They have some good music. I like Power Rangers Mystic Force. I'll watch it if it's on. I pretend to understand what my friends and sis are saying at times when they talk about "mature and common" stuff and I'm 18 years old. I don't understand a word of it. According to most, I'm "deprived." Another secret I have which no one knows about is I have to please other people. Doesn't really matter the situation, who's there, or what it's about. I'll claim I'm fine where I am, even if I'm not really, just to make sure they're happy. If there's something I might say or do that could possibly offend or upset someone I'll avoid it at any cost. I can't stand if someone is upset or offended, even if it means giving up my time to a situation or place I don't want to be. >.>

nakiato I have a kids ninja turtle blanket. Sweet, my sister still has hers from when we were younger. I like to look in the mirror and make faces at myself... I rather like my face and hair (and hands) even if the rest of my body could use some work... *edits post* I just noticed the post above me. I'm similar. I was talking with one of my roommates the other day and we are like that. If someone we love isn't happy, then we go out of our way, bend over backwards and then some to try and make them happy, that or we have to leave the area 'cause their not being happy makes us unhappy because we like to make people happy. I can usually get vibes from people and can tell if someone's unhappy or whatever, sometimes I can't. But if people are more or less happy, then I start looking to see if I'm happy, and depending on the situation, I'm not, and so I become frustrating to be around until I can make someone else happy again. It's getting better (meaning I'm getting less annoying) I've been working on being less like that, but it's a part of me so... yeah. I could keep going but it's after midnight, I just got over a fever and my head is hurting biggrin so until the next post...

Hey what's wrong with that? So do I. Heck, I went to their concert this summer. mrgreen And about the angry with the Bishop comments.... They are people who aren't perfect. Just because they may have done or said something they shouldn't have doesn't mean that the Church isn't true/good etc. If you feel it is a major issue that you have with them, then by all means talk to your Stake President. But, that kind of disunitiy between you and your Bishop can cause a lot of issues.

~I'm 18 and graduated from High school last year, I not only watch Sailor Moon but I convinced a bunch of friends to dress up as the Sailor Scouts with me and go to school. ~Not only Sailor Moon but I am also now watching Tokyo Mew Mew which is a recent Sailor Moon spinoff. It's practically the exact same show. ~I just re-read a series about a bunch of 3rd grade girls who think they're Disney Princesses (and I secretly enjoyed it for the first 7 books) ~I kind of like watching Disney Channel and get a kick out of Hannah Montana, I also kinda like her music.

I like hard rock music, and occationally death metal, though not too much. I hide this quite a bit from my roommate, who is always listening to choir music...or country... (shudders). But at the same time, I still like the Backstreet Boys music I loved as a kid, and I enjoy random songs by Britney Spears and Hillary Duff.
I've seen and liked rated R movies...such as Underworld, tha tmovie is awesome! Although I did like them much better once they'd been clean flicked.

So, the country thing was just a stage I think. I'm losing interest in it. I like pretty much most music. Rap/Rock/Pop/Heavy Metal I like most stuff. Oh and I flippin love writing stories. I started writing one tonight about a football league and theres a main character and stuff, and I wrote like 3 pages in a little over an hour. For some reason, all the words were just flowing together. I'm gonna keep working on it. Let me know if you're interested in reading it.
