Synopsis of Agent's Record: Has proved competant at surveilance, particularly when using natural alternative form (canine) for undercover work. Same natural ability also gives an advantage in covert ops, both tracking and stealth assaults. Observation of regular training and limited combat deployment shows high degree of accuacy with ranged weapons, but a low degree of close combat performance when human. Close combat in alternative form competant if unorthodox.
Analysis of past interactions with both agents and public shows prevalence of innuendo and veiled sexual referances in normal conversation. Is currently being remedied by Agent Ricette via violent application of sealife.
Rarely takes anything seriously, this personal summary included. Has shown dedication to orders however.
Information relating to Agent Pest's activities prior to joing the GiB has proved hard to track down, mainly due to his shapshifter nature.
Notable Comments: Lycanthrope (also known as werewolf). Has capability to switch between full human and full canine forms. Full control of transformations when out of moonlight reflected from the full moon. Shows a degree of stress and enhanced base carnivore instinct during the full moon. Tail persists in human form for unknown reason.
Above average mental capabilities. Poor common sense and memory. Good dexterity but very poor fitness. Known to have a fondness for animals and a definate softer side when faced with young children.

She loves field work Synopsis of Agent's Record: Rumors have been going about that Zi is a member of the living dead who walk among us during the midnight hours, feeding on the blood of others (I believe they're called "vampires"? Everyone knows vampires don't exist). These are merely rumors! Mostly spread by Zi ***. Before G.I.B., Zi mainly spent her time alone in the raging seas of the chatterbox, fighting for her life! She doesn't remember much about her induction, nor the events leading up to working in Section 13. She credits this mainly to the fact that her depth perception is terrible, and she accidentally neurolized those particular memories away. She was schedualed for a deneuro, but she swiped that memory away too. Don't worry, however, she gained control as the years passed, and all together stopped removing her own memories (as far as she knows). Doctor PH34R, the previous Section 13 coordinator, liked Agent Zi's abillity in lab-like situations. She was quickly promoted to his second in command. He disapeared mysteriously, and Agent Zi took his place. No one has any memory of his disapearance, and most do not wish to know what happened. Agent Zi now runs Section 13 with a fist of iron..... Sure.... she's a tad forgetful at times, but she gets the work done! YAY ZI! Notable Comments: Aside from being an excellent Section 13 cronie, Agent Zi is also a fantastic researcher. SAhe enjoys long walks on the beach, and getting caught in the rain. *** So, I lie in this file..... I am a vampire..... but thats only on a need-to-know basis. I'm currently on a pill to control the blood-lust, and I'm working with Vampires Anonymus..... I also have very good Sunblock. ninja

Age: Rather old, she just won’t say how old. We can assume she is older than any human she will meet. Then again, her current body is pushing two months.
What ever her real age is she looks about 25… in an alien sort of way.

Synopsis of Agent's Record: [MISSING DATA]
Dalvar started out her time on Gaia as a defense lawyer for the Zurg. Mostly defending them against the charges being pressed for the Halloween fiasco. She soon found her way to the GiB where her charmingly non-warlike personality quickly won her many friends. It also earned a spot in the Shadow ANBU and she worked her way right up to the position of Sub-Kage. She was also adopted into the ever-growing family of Designergrl one of the biggest movers and shakers around when it came to peace. Around this time she began to do some freelance ambassador work; stopping fights where ever she could, not caring who was the attacker and who was the defender. She was accepted into the GiB on popular demand by many of the other Agents.
At the Peace talks in the CIPA she acted as a representative of the Shadow ANBU. During the times between each peace talk she made friends with Agent TIM and the other delegates. Soon afterwards she gained the title of Faction Ambassador. A title she still wears proudly.
Some time later she was shot and killed at the GFG while doing her diplomatic duty. Thankfully the Soul Keeper implanted in her head captured an imprint of her mind and was able to transfer it to a new, cloned, body. She holds no ill feelings toward her killer and has since found out that he is a long lost cousin of her family.
She is currently trying to bring peace and harmony where ever she can.
Notable Comments:
~ Dalvar is highly skilled in many types of fighting both magical and mundane. However, she never uses her skills as she has taken a vow of pacifism.
~ Her vow of pacifism is full and complete. She would not even fight if someone were holding a gun to her head. Much less kill them.
~ She is one of the few agents who have been granted access to Section 13.

Synopsis of Agent's Record: His father was a Sniper in the Marines, and he taught him the way around a gun and how to one day be a marksman. Once he grew up he became a sniper for the Navy Seals. He never missed a shot with any gun. He was also trained in hand-to-hand combat. One day he was driving to his girlfriends house when he saw a strange glowing light in the middle of the woods. He always kept a handgun with him and kept a shotgun, rifle, and sub-machine gun in his car. When he snuck out there he saw some aliens talking with a few people in black. He left and went back to his car for the sub-machine gun and the rifle. When he got back he felt that tensions had gotten high, so he trained his rifle on the biggest alien. He saw an alien start to sneak up behind the Guys in Black, and reach for a "gun" and started to move it in an upwards direction but he never made it past his waist before he was on the ground with three rounds inside of him. Unfortunetly this sent everyone into a frenzy, and the next thing you know 3 more aliens are down and one human. I finished up the 30 round magazine before he dropped down the hill and started unloading his sub-machine gun and he dropped 4 more aliens for a total of 7 now. 1 more human has gone down by now. He finished his handgun and had to switch to his knife. The aliens were all killed or so i thought and there were 4 humans down. When i saw one of the humans reach into his pocket and pull out a shinny tube and bring it up to my face, and me already having adrinealine pumping through my veins, snatched the object out of the guys hand and broke it. Then i stopped trusting them and began to fight them but not to kill them just to knock them out. I took out 3 or 4 of them before the numbers got to me. The one that was able to subdue me i later found out that it was Agent Crimson. They desided to see if I would be of any use because i took out so many aliens and agents and wasn't seen even after shooting the first 3 rounds.
Notable Comments: seems to show symtoms of ADHD so he is often disorganized, out of focus, hyper, and talkative, but knows a time and a place to be quiet but often times i keep to myself. I also have an uncanny memory that will remember the most random of stuff and can clear his mind of all thoughts so it can be very hard to read my mind. I also like to play practicle jokes on people to try to lighten the mood some.

Synopsis of life prior to being an Agent: Kali Chondra is rather unremarkable most of the time but has an easygoing and friendly nature that had always helped her make profitable alliances while securing her own interests. Not long ago however the networks she had infiltrated started talking about strang occurances. Her interest was peeked when they all went silent. Digging to the bottom of the matter she came face to ship with a UFO. Later that evening Kali found she was being tracked and turned herself into the GIB before they could find her. Startled on being found they offered her a position, which she accepted. She has since proven her determination and worked hard to protect the interests of the GIB. Her powError... She has been noted to dissappear occasionally to where other agents cannot reach her. Though after the last dissappearence, which she has just returned from, she has promised not to do that again.

Areas of Specialty: History, two-gun combat (prefers revolvers), use of a Pata (East Indian Sword Gauntlet) with a pistol melded to the bottom, where his hand goes (sounds crazy, but they actually exist). He fights with his fists, when necessary, with a mix of resourceful street fighting and grappling, preferring to eventually pull an enemy to the ground and pummel them. On bad days, he will do this, but with a katar in hand. He has a dagger as well. Quinn is also a connoisseur of women.
Synopsis of Agent's Record: Quinn left his homeland of the 'Great Continent', a pangea-style world to continue his travels. He is a new recruit to the GiB, having just blown into town. He saw the Ballroom and decided to pay a visit. Upon his learning of the history, he began studying it intensely. Quinn is currently trying to find his place at the GIB, and will continue as long as it takes. He prefers to speak personally of his history before arriving in Gaia, so it would be best to ask him to his face.
Notable Comments: Quinn favor's the colour red. He wears rings on almost every finger, except the left ring... He stands out in the black-wearing GIB because of his color choice.

When he was 12, he entered a science fair at his Primary School (Elementary School in America) and was spotted by noted scientific genius, Professor Alfred Ashford III, who was amazed at little Victor's Levitating Laser Pen. He won #1st Prize and a place at the Academy of Scientia, the best Scientific School in the world. He studied there for two years, passed his A Levels at 14 and went on to work in the University of Cambridge, for 43 years. When he finally retired, he was soon offered a place to be a Doctor at the G.I.B. It didn't take him long to say 'Yes', as Victor had dreamed of being a Doctor for a secret organization for a long, long time.
Notable Comments: Like most Mad Scientists, Dr Scott has developed a mental brain disorder. His is called Dissociative Identity Disorder, in which exist 3 other personalities. Each of which have their own Specialty.
The first, Michael is a safecracking expert.
Edward, the second, is a diplomatic genius.
Samuel, the last is an expert spy, being able to sneak through secretive areas undetected.
Dr.Scott can use these alter personalities to his advantages if needed in the numerous missions he partakes in, to aid the Agents in case they gain any injuries, and also to help the other Agents advance through.
