Victum Soul [.Forever Me.] Victum Soul [.Forever Me.] thats good Christian music except for tourniquet gonk heres some non Christian metal (lyrics are clean) Death: SuidAkra Death/Doom: Morgion or Monolithe Funeral Doom: Ahab Drone Doom: Moonn or Moonn D))) Power: HammerFall Symp: Rhapsody or Within Temptation Viking/prog: Tyr Viking: Griegh, Thronar Pirate Metal: Battleheart Folk: mithotyn Goth/ambient: Rainshadow/ the eternal Goth symp biggrin elain Goth: Virgin Black(even though they are Christian) Avante-Grade: uneXpect i have way more bands so pm me if you find any you like. luv, most of those are not genres. sweatdrop yeah i know but i was giving him a feel for different sounds...wait what do you mean, only pirate metal isnt a genre. ambient is a genre and so is symphonic. Drone doom Symphonic funeral doom are not genres either, might be styles. you too sound sort of like an old married couple. but I've never heard an old married couple talk about metal though.

Tthey are not sub-genres of metal, they are Subgenre Styles. It's like 'Pirate Metal', which is just Folk Metal singing about pirates, that doesn't make it a whole new subgenre. In other words: You're not wrong, because drone and funeral doom DO exist, but I am not wrong either, because they are not sub-genres.
