kemuri spun Shayna in a circle and then held her close with a charming smile. he didn't really notice the difference in height. it was alright. he let go of one of her hands and slid his hand behind the teenage girl. he moved his and her hand close to them, inbetween their bodies on the somewhat light yet dark night.

Shayna grinned, her hair fanning out in a shining pink fan as she spun. She instinctively pressed close to Kemuri when he drew her towards him. She placed her free hand on his shoulder and awkwardly attempted to move with the music.

Kemuri moved to the music while he spun Shayna out and pulled her back in with his body closer to hers. he looked into the depths of her eyes and grined sweetly with a sense of mystery. with his face about 10-11 centimetres away from her gorgious skin.

Elizabeth had heard of the party, but couldn't gather the courage to bring herself to it, thus far. Now was the time though- at least, she was as ready now as she would ever be.
Carefully, the young woman slipped a corset over a billowy black shirt, coupled with a black skirt. Boom, instant Lady MacBeth. Brushing out her hair once, nervously, Elizabeth walked slowly towards the Heralds party.
Once there, she stood on the outskirts, still nervous. People were dancing, making general merriment, and there were... could it be?! Heralds! They looked somewhat like the creature that had been in her woods, some of them pale and silver, others featuring more colors. Did that mean they were older, or that some of them were different kinds of Heralds?
Awkwardly shuffling her feet, Elizabeth coughed into her sleeve, and simply observed all with unhidden curiousity.

Lily waved to the lady coming. she smiled sweetly to the lady. she hadn't seen her around... was she new here? maybe...
"hello." Lily said in a soft but hearable tone of voice. "happy halloween. no herald child or teenager with you?" she said peering around for a sign of a herald child. 'guess not' lily thought to herself.

Surprised that someone had noticed her, Elizabeth jumped noticably. Whoops. Glancing about warily, she calmed down at once. No one here meant her any harm- Heralds were only supposed to go the pure, weren't they? Something like that.
"No... I don't have a Herald with me. I may have one soon though. I'm not sure what he is." Frowning softly, Elizabeth chewed on a corner of her lip. "That's why I'm here really. I want to hear everyone's stories of how they met their Heralds and how they could tell it was a Herald and what a Herald looks like." Her talkative burst surprised herself.
"Happy Halloween to you as well. I'm Elizabeth." Thrusting out her hand, Elizabeth managed a small, silly grin.

Lily gestured for Elizabeth to sit on the seat Kemuri just sat at. "i'm Lily. nice to meet you. hm... herlads stories eh. well, Kemuri followed me home. dunno why. haha. well, he's not much of a handful sometimes... i don't know much about his childhood or awkward teenage years. so i can't tell you much about that... Kemuri was in an incident with Kidnapping though... which was weird... what's the young one's name?" Lily asked in curiosity.
Lily loved meeting more heralds owners, since, they were always fun to talk to... but oddly enough, sometimes, they get creeped out when she mentions that Kemuri was involved in a kidnapping supposivly... she wondered what this herald owner would think about the scenerio...

Shayna was laughing cheerfully as she was spun around but her laughter died at Kemuri's gaze. She ducked her head and blushed. She would have swatted him if she had a hand free, instead she tried to make a joke. "Do i have have something on my face?"
She noticed the new woman and used both her and Kemuri's hands to wave a greeting. Lily seemed to have things under control.

"no, your beautiful face is not tattered with unpleasent things" he said to Shayna. he hadn't looked away to the lady talking to Lily. his interest was all on Shayna and her beauty.
He twirled himself and let go of one of her hands. he bowed before her and said politely, "thank you for the dance"
(( Tonight at about 10pm EST, this RP will end~ XD Had TONS of fun!

Shayna stuck her tongue out, " I was teasing." She let him spin out of her arms and returned his bow with a curtsy. "It was my pleasure...and the most fun I've had in a very long time."
She looked around and noticed the how dark it had gotten. The night had seemed to vanish. With a sad little sigh she went to gather up her things. "I should be going or my aunt will have a fit."

"yes. it is starting to get late and all the children trick-or-treaters are gone too... well, farewell Shayna. don't forget to visit sometime
" he said as he headed back to the crate that Lily sat at.
"Lily, it's getting late. we should get going." Kemuri said to her.
LLllily nodded as she folded the chairs and KKemuri lifted the crate. e and Lily headed off. he looked back and gave a little grin and wink to Shayna as they walked into the darkness and disappeared towards Lily's house. well, not complete darkness, bur=t like, only street lights are on darkness.
