With light in her expression she held his hand, her hand soft and fragile.
"I've been going through quite a bit," her voice now a whisper.
Not that she wasn't interested in conversation, but merely because she couldn't help but brush it off. Unexpectedly, she turns just a bit, the other hand placed upon the side of his face. Gently, she presses her lips to his own.

Austin was almost expecting what happened next. How? Simple; He knew Vix like the back of his hand, almost. He pressed back against Vix's lips softly, a bit of a smile curving the corners of his lips. He had missed this feeling. The feeling of belonging. Of love. Of being..connected to the world somehow. It was a wonderful feeling. And he was happy with her. After a few moments, he pulled away.
"So..Im guessing we're back together then?"
He smirked softly, his eyes gazing into hers yet again.

Austin wrapped a soft arm around Vix, getting just a bit closer.
" So would you like something to drink?.."

Delia strolled in; she hadn't been in a bar for a while; but she felt like indulging. At first glance she wanted to pull her gun; after all this bar was acting illegally, but seeing as she is no longer with the force, she relaxed. She walked briskly up to the bar and smiled, "make me a scotch on the rocks please" she said placing some money on the counter. The bartender nodded, took the money and slide the drink to her. She picked it up and found a seat.

She crossed her legs and watched the room silently as she sipped her drink. It felt cold going down; and hot the next second. She had forgotten how it felt to drink some scotch; it was stronger than she remembered. Just as good though and so she continued to drink alone at her table. She watched the people around her, only half paying real attention to them.

Instead of the people; she decided to focus on her table...it was bland dark wood. She ran her fingers lightly over it; feeling the harsh grain rubbing against her hand as she did; threating to give her a splinter. On the table was a small candle, for a moment she wondered if that would be a fire hazard, but with such a magical place she assumed not. Then, something caught her eye. It was a soft pink color; and it stood out vibrantly against the wooden table. It was on the other side of the candle; almost at the edge by the next chair. She leaned over and picked it up, rolling it in her hand.

She wasn't sure what it was
it seemed like a pendent
or a crystal of some sort.
it confused her.
Why would someone leave this there?
surely it had value to the person who left it.
right?

She sighed and closed her eyes, playing with the necklace in her fingers. Sliding around in her hand as her thoughts drifted off. Lucieranaga, her one and only foe. Delia had to find her and destroy her. Before anyone else was hurt; and before she got her hands on anything else that could be used to force submission.

Glissa meandered into the Birdwing late in the evening and plopped down in her usual booth in the corner. She looked over at Irea dejectedly and held up two fingers, signaling two of her usual as well. Irea quickly mixed up two large tankards of Demon Snap and carried them over the the Headmistress' table, along with a plate of practically raw steaks.
'Here ya go Gliss!" Irea chimed with a warm smile. "What are you doing here tonight, if I may ask?"
"Meh... Just trying to escape for a while. There have just been so many problems at the school lately. And the last exams we had were a total fiasco..." She trailed off, her eyes staring into a far off place, then began downing one her tankards. Irea simply nodded and ran back behind the bar to whip up another Snap.

Yuki slipped into the bar quietly, shrugging off his hood and heavy jacket. He wasn't quite sure why he'd still been wearing it, seeing as it was evening and the rain had been light at best...though, he had been zoned out on the wlak over. The events at Tenshi had been...unexpected, to say the least. Kotaru had followed him from their creator's den, and the dark haired vampire was still not quite sure her motives. Their creator had given Yuki blessing to go about his life, hadn't he? What if it was all a ruse...
Lost in his musings, he walked up to the bar and sat on the nearest available stool. It scraped loudly across the floor, and the vampire winced, and then sighed. Ignoring the issues Kotaru had brought to light, he inwardly sulked over not seeing Koori again. Yuki supposed it was for the best, considering how poorly things invariably went the last time they'd been around one another...but, he couldn't help but wonder what might've...but she wouldn't. Not with him, she was always so terrified when she remembered what he was.
The bartender walked over, apparently filling someone else's drink order, and quickly took his own in the meantime - he could tell Yuki wasn't going to be one of those patrons that wanted to discuss what had brought them there. Yuki rested his head on the table with a plonk and wondered if his life would have been as complicated if he'd not been damned to this life so very long ago.

Glissa snapped out of her daze when she heard an overly loud scraping noise. She glared over at the bar, only to see it was Yuki. A small grin spread across her face.
"Oi, bloodsucker!" she jeered heartily, knowing that would get his attention for sure.
