He shook his head lightly and chuckled deep within his chest. "But of course. I'm sure I could choose someone suitable for you. But if you don't want me to then fine...." Cadaver gave a mock sniff but then smirked lightly.
As she told her story, he listened closely. Hearing the mix of emotions in her voice as she went on about what happened. He nodded his head after she was done and sighed. "Well, no offence to your father, but that was a stupid thing to do. If something that you care about is threatened by someone else, then you should fight to protect it. No matter what someone says. You're mother should of realized what would happen if that other stallion took over your father's herd. It's natural that he wouldn't let your father's offspring to survive, there's just no way...." Flicking his tail, he thought about this for a moment. His own parents had died defending him because they didn't want him to be killed which would of ultimatly had happened if they hadn't fought. He wasn't sure what to make of it from her perspective on her family though. "You're mother was weak. If she had any common sense she would of known what would have happened and not tried to stop your father from fighting."
When she teased him, he raised an eyebrow slightly. "Oh no. Guess I'll have to find a place to hide out for a while. Who knows what evil things you would do to me. Maybe put a collar around my neck and lead me around like a dog on a leash? Hmmm...." His eyes lidded slightly as he thought about it. Though it didn't seem like too bad of an idea, he wasn't quite sure how it would look with him being lead around like that.

Alora laughed lightly, amused with Cad's mock sniffling. "Awwww did I hurt your feelings Muffin? " She joked of course, mocking his fake, playful antics, but a serious thought occured to her as well. It wasn't just someone suitable. She wanted it to be someone who could steal her heart and fall in love with, as well as maintain a strong, dark hearted mannerism. Someone she could definitely share these goals of hers with. Some day perhaps, when he came along.....she played with another thought in her mind, but it was much too soon for such thoughts or feelings.
Alora nodded a moment at Cad, but her eyes showed emotion stirring inside her. She knew he meant well and as far as rules went out there he was right, but she could not help but still feel hate for her mother and hate that stallion for what he ahd done. She still wanted revenge. She snapped slightly, "But he did not have to kill my father or brother! We could have left and lived on our own. Its his fault as well as hers...she has paid the price for her sins and I will someday make him pay for it too." She shook her head angrily and listened to himspeak a bit more. She turned her head and closed her eyes. "I'm sorry. I should not have snapped at you. Its not your fault what happened."
She laughed a bit as he teased though. "hmmm yes perhaps I should make you my slave and torture you. But then again you might enjoy that too much perhaps?" She grinned at the thought, finding it amusing to visualize the thoughts.

Cadaver stuck out his bottom lip slightly in a pout and nodded his head. "You did, cupcake." He dismissed his pout. His features going back to their normal relaxed look. For the moment, he wondered what exactly it was that Alora was thinking. But then dismissed those thoughts of his as well. He wouldn't pry into things that probably weren't his business.
He raised an eyebrow quickly as she snapped, his tail snapping across the floor of the cave quickly in response. Obviously he had hit a nerve on that one. "It's a cruel thing life is. It can give you good hands or shitty ones. Most of the time things never happen the way we want them to." Lidding his eyes slightly, he nodded his head as she apologized. "It's fine." Was all that he replied.
His eyes lidded a bit more as she continued on with her teasing. "I won't say that I would and I won't say that I wouldn't. Either way you could use it against me."

Alora laughed at his pouty face. "Aww you poor little stallion. suck it up!" She flashed a grin and stuck a tongue at him playfully. It was nice to have a little bit of fun with someone else, and still masses of thoughts swirled in her head, but then she was always thinking anyways.
She noticed the snap of his tail. So she had perhaps annoyed him with that? But then his words had stung her, so in her eyes they were even then. She thought about the stallion....she could still see him clearly in her mind's eye. Some day she would taste his blood. Some day her revenge would be satisified, but for now she had other things to attend to.
"Oh elusive now are we? I suppose perhaps there is only one way to find out!" again she jested but as the night grew later, she grew more tired, finding herself in need of some sleep soon.

He smirked lightly and batted his eyelashes at her. "Awwww, please have pitty on me? Pretty please? I'm just a little stallion who's been weakend by this mare....and I feel like my life is worthless without that mare and she likes someone else and wants to have little babies with him...and and...I don't know what to do about it." Cadaver chuckled lightly and shook his head, his mane sweeping across his dark gray neck as he did so.
Alora's aura didn't lie to him. He knew something was boiling up inside of her from their little discussion about her past. Something would break eventually about it. Either she'd snap with frustration about it and go on some sort of spree to find this damnable stallion...or something else that he dare not think of. Though he wouldn't stand in her way for revenge, but he would make sure that she didn't do anything stupid while going about it either. The plans couldn't be compromised, not even by those who were schemeing said plan.
"Perhaps another time though. It is getting late and I'm sure you are in need of sleep before we set out tomarrow. As am I." Cadaver adjusted himself into a more relaxed position. Shifting to where his body weight wouldn't be on his legs too badly.

Alora just stared at Cad..Not really sure what to make of his mockery, but then burst out laughing. "Ohhh and this poor little stallion should just go on a chaotic bloodbath and have fun dismembering that mare and the other stallion." She flashed a grin. Of course she was teasing right back but it would be amusing to actually see that happen instead of the whiney crying most stallions did.
She chuckled at him and nodded in agreeance as he spoke. She mock pouted as she spoke, "Awww ok. I'll let you away with it.....this time" She grinned again as she got comfortable and laid her head on her forelegs once more, her eyes slowly closing as she watched the storm outside. It had a calming effect and seemed to help her fall asleep. "Good night Cad" she said softly, barely above a whisper as she dozed off.

Cadaver's mood seemed to slip from playfullness to a more darker tone as she mentioned a chaotic bloodbath. "Maybe...that does sound like a lot more fun then sitting here whineing about it..." A small dark smirk curled the corners of his mouth as he thought about it. Of course, he himself hadn't been in the situation of heart break. He wouldn't allow himself to be. Giveing a small chuckle, he looked at her slyly for a moment. "See? Now if every stallion who had been weakend by mares changed their attitude like that...I'd probably have more respect for them. But instead they decide to be all cry baby about it and mope around."
He raised an eyebrow at her comment and shook his head, his eyes closeing for a moment before he opened them again to glance at her. "Just this time? Ok." Flicking his tail across the cave floor, he smiled faintly as he watched her drift off to sleep. "Good night Alora. Have sweet dreams of takeing out those weaklings..." He replied softly before turning his head to look out the mouth of the cave at the storm he couldn't see. Just listening to it in silence while she slept.
