Is the manga or the anime better?
They're both the same.
What do you like better about the manga?
It has more background stuff in it. It explains stuff more.

I like it, nothing's wrong with it!

The action.

Some of the voices are annoying.
Why are most of the anime characters so emo?
THey're not. I don't thnik so, anyway.

That's a good question! I can't say which it better at the moment though; they are both nice. But if you sum it up, I'd say the manga. 3nodding
What do you like better about the manga?
The story, characterization, and the Xingese gang. <3
What do you like least?
VIZ releases it too slow and makes many errors. emo
What do you like better about the anime?
It's very nicely animated. I also love all the English and Japanese voice actors.
What do you like least?
It becomes a dud after it branches away from the manga. D: The movie was disapointing. And Ling, Ran-Fan, Mei-chan, and head-tumor-chimera Envy are not there. DD:
Why are most of the anime characters so emo?
Because Fullmetal Alchemist is centered around tragic events and everyone has their own little story.

Is the manga or the anime better? They're both AMAZING. And unique. I like the anime slightly better at the moment though because I just read when Roy kills Maria Ross and I'm just like "NOOOOOO ROY! NOOOOOOOOO!"
What do you like better about the manga? I like the way the start the manga much better than they begin the anime.
What do you like least? Roy kills her! Roy... Roy can't... just Roy is...*random emo* (Plus no anime!Wrath)
What do you like better about the anime? It's the best anime there is. And they actually have good voice actors for this anime *gasp* Plus it's simply amazing.
What do you like least? There's no Ling, Mei-chan, or Ran-Fan... *sniffles* And they were very lazy making the movie. It had a good story and all, they were just lazy. And random parts didn't make sense. At all.
