((If there are any concerns or general problems with this post, please to be speaking with me. ^_^))
Wutai...?
Hart's eyes and pleas were rimmed with fear, easily visible to the swordsman. Something clicked in the very back of his mind, something foreign that instilled both confusion and warmth at the same time. The murmuring in his head from Mother began to soften, hardly audible, and his focus was kept on the girl his ebony clad wing was currently draped around. One slender hand gently pulled away from Masamune's hilt as a realization of what he needed to do wandering its way into his mind. If Mother refused to become silent for a few moments in Hart's head, then he would simply take her away to a quieter area where there weren't so many irritating, obnoxious humans and--
Green hues flickered out of focus as a familiar voice challening him to leave Hart alone and attack them instead. Hurt? The majority of humanity was either ignorant, naive, or assumed all the time. Or all three. But Sephiroth swallowed his impetuous urges to skewer the two boys-- one Sora, another identical to him-- and the other male Turk, and decided to take another action.
His infamous one wing expanded forbodingly as one arm was wrapped tightly around Hart's waist. It wasn't long before Sephiroth could stare down at his would-be opponents, the lack of the inhuman grin replaced by a disappointed frown, narrowed eyes attempted to bore a hole through each of their heads.
"If any of you follow, I can guarantee your demise." It was a threat as much as a promise, of course. Sephiroth glanced at Hart, observing her expression. Would she resist? Would she freeze in fear?
Why did he care? Or was it Mother that cared?

((OOC: Eep! Mah poor baby… ._. no, no concerns or general problems OOCly to be spoken of.))
Wutai…?
There was something very bold about those two boys, something that prompted a sad smile to make an appearance upon the Turk’s face. She was too tired to explain. Even if she had moved away from Sephiroth, what would it have accomplished? Her presence only ensured his return, and the probability of bloodshed was absolute under the present conditions. ‘Get away’—it was almost a joke, a very cruel, sick joke. It didn’t matter how many feet were between her and the swordsman. Jenova’s presence was constant.
Moving wasn’t an option. If she moved, she was certain Reno and the two boys would attack. If they attacked, it was all over. The situation had escalated into a deadlock. Essentially, she was a shield to both parties—not that Sephiroth needed one. She couldn’t move without placing Reno and the boys in direct danger. That was not an option, not as long as she could prevent it from happening. Sephiroth wouldn’t hu—
Sephiroth wouldn’t hurt her.
It was a startling realization; and yet, she had known. He could have cleaved her in two countless times by that point, but he had done no such thing. Beyond surface logic was a very simple knowledge—a feeling, of all things. She hadn’t had to consider or think about it; she just knew. Still, the conscious realization was no less startling, no less confusing, no less…frustrating, the noise in her head! For a moment, she lost track of her surroundings, of the immediate motions taking place around her.
Then it happened. Tschirhart felt his arm wrap tightly around her waist, prompting confusion, surprise, and a slight of panic. She didn’t have time to ask what in Gaia’s name he thought he was doing, nor did it take her very long to realize that they were going up. Suddenly, the ground was no longer beneath her feet and she…she was terrified, so much so that she closed her eyes tightly and didn’t dare look down. Turks did not fly without helicopters, secure cords, planes, or nets of some kind beneath them. The prospect of doing so, more than anything else at that moment, was more than sufficient cause for fear…but wasn’t everything?
It was true that she had wanted to buy the others time, but nothing was working out the way she had planned—not that she had had much of a plan to begin with, given how suddenly Sephiroth had appeared. Her confrontation tactics had failed miserably and everything had gone to Hell in the blink of an eye. Everything was happening too quickly. It was just so much to take in. Nothing seemed to be going her way—ah, that was one of the many pleasant thoughts running rampant in her head as she tried to regain control of her thoughts, to think. She couldn’t afford to lose what little control she had gained. She had to be prepared for whatever was to come. She had to try.
Slowly, she opened her dark eyes and dared to cast a glance downward, to look at the others. Her heart leapt into her throat as she realized just how high they were. It wasn’t the height that shook her the most; though, that was certainly a factor. It was the fact that there were no seatbelts…and she was completely at his mercy. The realization hit her hard, mingling with the fear and the frustration. She was a melting pot of emotion, a small flame that, despite the pressure gravity placed upon it, strained to remain alive, only she couldn’t find her anger. She felt as though she was crumbling beneath the weight, the immense strain placed upon her: body, mind, heart, and soul.
Maybe it was the fear…
It was the last thing in the world she would have willingly done; and yet, she did it. Hart wrapped her arms about the neck of the One Winged Angel and buried her face in the nook between his neck and shoulder shoulder, careful not to intrude upon the one wing. It was the only thing she could do to keep from looking down, from crying out.
There was nowhere else she could possibly turn, but… …Did it have to feel safe? Did it have to feel…right?

Yuffie's House. In a nice lil'corner :3
Will looked on, eyebrow slightly raised, as everyone was suddenly thrown into a panic. Roxas came, Roxas left, Sora left, That new girl left, Yuffie was giving evacuation instructions and....Will.
Will was terribly confused.
He decided it was best to stay out of it, though. After Xeryim threw his sword out of his hands like it was a mere butter knife, he wasn't eager to jump into any fights.
"Elizabeth stay behind me." he said, his voice clearly showing this was no time for games.
((psst...psst...you guys. You overwhelmed poor little me here x_x))

Raile rolled his neck, watching Sephiroth and Hart fly away. He tapped his rod against his shoulder. He was officially a Turk again, as Tseng had decided, and boy was he glad for it. Sure, he was technically a rookie again. That was only, however, a minor technicality. He could put up with Marina and Reno calling him the new guy or rookie, but he would never be able to live down his mistake if they refused his job. Raile sighed, tapping his rod against his shoulder again. Work with the two kids with the keys, Tseng had said. They’d help. Raile scowled; not a pretty sight. Rod had been told, during his gang years, that his frown was the kind that could turn people to stone when accompanied with a glare. He took pride in that. His scowl, however not far from a frown, was more pensive now. He strode over to the two kids. Time to screw subtly over for the sake of time.
“Hey you two,” Raile called. “You think you’d agree to help me save Ms. Tschirhart over there?” He lifted the rod from his shoulder, tossed it to the other hand, and indicated to the dot that was Hart and Sephiroth, drifting into the distance. Not much time left.

Wutai, Her House
Owwwwwww.......
Gingerly, Yuffie opened her eyes and felt the side of her head. A little bit of blood streamed from her right temple, but it didn't concern her that much. What did bother her were the most debilatating effects: dizziness and a pounding headache. Why do I have to be such a klutz?
The last thing she remembered, she was rushing through the house, looking for emergency supplies for the pending fight. Her heart was beating at a hundred beats per second just in fear of the latest enemy: the great Sephiroth himself. While going through the stuff in her room, she tripped on one of the mats she had laid out for a guest and hit her head on a heavy trunk that housed her materia when it was not in use. After that, everything went black.
Very carefully, she got onto her feet and trudged out of the room, leaning against the walls for support. When she got back to the great room, she sat down, leaning against the doorframe. "Guys....what happened? Where did the others go?"

Wutai; Outside Yuffie's
No! No no no no no!
Before he knew it or could react, Sephiroth took the lady-Turk in his arms and soared into the sky, leaving the town completely. What was going on? Why did he come after this woman to begin with. Roxas threw his arm down, allowing the Keyblade to disappear from his hand. This wasn't how it was supposed to go! They couldn't just let him get away... Not now... Especially since they had to at least test Aros' power before they stormed into Kingdom Hearts...
And Sloth! When was he going to show up? Roxas certainly did not like the idea of leaving Wutai. That's where he said he'd meet Sloth. Maybe he would be able to find Sloth... Oh he hoped he would be able to find Sloth.
“Hey you two. You think you’d agree to help me save Ms. Tschirhart over there?”
Roxas was torn from his thoughts by the other Turk. Upon closer inspection, he was different from the other guy with goggles but where did he come from.
Oh yeah. This was their world.
The blonde glanced back at Sora before turning to the Turk. "What do you have in mind?"

Raile had to bite back rolling his eyes. Did the kid not realize that there wasn’t enough time to talk strategy right now? Apparently not. The Turk lowered his arm and tossed the rod to his other hand.
“Listen, kid, we don’t have enough time for this. We need to get moving if we hope to not loose Sephiroth,” Rod said with a tone that had as much steadiness in it as he could muster. It was hard enough to not let his frustration with the current situation spill out everywhere, but the fact that Hart was getting farther away with each passing second while he just stood here trying to persuade some kids bothered him more than anything.

Roxas frowned as he listened to the Turk. Of course he knew they had to hurry. He didn't have to insist on treating Roxas like some kid. But what about Sloth? Would he know where to find him and Sora? When he looked back at their past experiences with the Heartless, Roxas figured that it wouldn't be too much of a problem. The Septsinian and Xeryim always seemed to have a way of showing up when you least expect them... and at the worse possible times. Perhaps he might as well chase after Sephiroth considering his luck.
"Alright then," Roxas replied, reaching into his pocket and pulling out the blank card that had brought him to this world before. "It's called Edge, right?"

Blinking at the new Turk - who looked quite odd, by the way, Sora simply looked up at the sky where Sephiroth had gone to, feeling most frustrated that he wasn't able to fly to catch him with him. What did he want with...Tschirhart, was it?
Did he want to kill her, or something? Sora shook his head, driving those thoughts out of his mind and trying to focus on doing something, anything to salvage the situation. And the new Turk was right, they had to keep moving so that Sephiroth didn't have a chance to do something horrible to her.
Looking over at his brother and the card, he takes out his own, nodding. He remembered that place vaguely, and he wondered if Yuffie and the others would be coming along with them as well.
"Come on, guys, let's go!" There was no time to waste.

"Come on, guys, let's go!"
"Right!" Although still feeling a little dizzy from her accident, Yuffie was in no way going to miss out on this. In a flash, she grabbed her shuriken and other battle neccessities, transforming from frazzled, semi-reluctant hostess to competent ninja. "When we get to Edge, we really need to meet up with Cloudy and the others!! Cuz they'd know what to do against Sephiroth...or at least how to avoid being shish-kabobed on his big, huge, sword!!!"
Wait, forgot something. Running back into her house, she went into the room Demyx was and gave him a surprise kiss. "Hey, we're all going to Edge. Meet me there when you're ready to go, okay? Love you."
A quick hug and another kiss, and she left the house, rummaging through cards as she ran to catch up with the others. As soon as she found the card for Edge, she imagined being back with her friends and poof! she was gone.
((Yes, I do know Xan-sama dropped Demyx. crying But, someone I talked to (Hikari) said she may pick him up, so I left that open for her or whoever may pick him up))
