Etta Candy Created by: William Moulton Marston and Harry G. Peter
I can't think of any particularly good reason I chose Etta. I think it may have had to do with Wonder Woman #200. The issue had a bunch of back-ups to celebrate it's 200th issue, one of which was a golden age tale featuring Etta. I think that may have reminded me of Etta when I was deciding on a character to choose for Kapow. Plus I think she's a fun character with her candy eating in almost every scene, despite the situations she gets into and her almost constant optimism. And I need an excuse to say the occasional "woo woo" without getting funny looks from anyone

It's funny that the character I've held onto the longest is the one that I feel the least connected to. It's really just love of the character and her attitude than any empathy or what have you. It's fun to be sexy, assertive, and evil and I really couldn't think of any character that I like who could pull that off better than Mystique with the possible exception of Emma Frost, but I hate Cyclops so there you go. Shapeshifting is also alot of fun and the power that I seem to consistantly pick in those kinds of threads where you pick one. I like changing my appearance and style alot IRL, I go from wearing a shirt, tie, and fedora hat with black slacks and leather shoes to a baseball cap, superman t-shirt, ragged jeans, and skateboard shoes for casual wear depending on my mood. I'm crazy like that.
