And?
I swear, when someone likes a band, as soon as other people start to like them, people instantly hate them. Oh dear, are they not something you can cherish, and in a method ov attempted de~sway ov conformity, you will no longer be associated with that band?
Well, I say all the power to them! If we can indulge more ears in "our" music tastes, then it will not die!
However, seeing that some people, who try to blame popularity on a "sell~out", do not listen to metal for the music and Hymn~ik it brings. They listen to it to be different. Which is what Americans claim as a "poser".
At least, with your statement, Harvested Sorrow, I now know that MTV2 is not lost in the rap music. Obviously there is a little lyght that shines.

By tv popularity I meant as in everyday on every music channel, and I could care less how many people like or dislike them, it's about the music, not the fan base or their popularity

If you want inspiration, IMO check out stuff that Steve Digiorgio has participated in, he's awesome. BTW, I play bass too, but currently working on guitar. xp

Depends on which album. I thought that Spiritual Black Dimensions and Death Cult Armageddon were astoundingly weak albums. But Enthroned Darkness Triumphant, Puritanical Misanthropia Euphoria and Stormblast were very good albums. I honestly have never heard their first album, and search for it frantically.
