 Asia nodded slowly. She hadn't really ever played much as a kit, so it was always nice to play when she can, even though she was an adult.
Getting to her feet and giving a slight shake of her sun speckled fur she walked over to Lantis' side and smiled.
"So, what type of game shall we play?"

" We'll play tag outside? You do know how to play that right? " Lantis once assumed everybody knew how to but he came upon several kitsusagi's that didnt and that caused him surprise.
Standing up, he trotted outside the door waiting for Asia.
It was a cloudy day outside, but not cloudy enough to rain. That meant it wouldnt be too sunny. Good. Lantis disliked being so hot, due to animal fur and all that.

Asia nodded once. Of course she knew how to play tag, who didn't--stupid question, many didn't, but she wasn't one of them.
Flicking her trio of tails about in a steady wag, she gave one last stretch, as if preparing herself for a long run.
"Indeed I do know how to play tag, the purpose of the game is for the person who is it to tag those who are currently not it, therefore a game of chase."
She looked at him with grin and gave him a face saying 'that good enough for you?'
"And outside seems fine enough for me; you can't really pursue another in a small building.
Oh and another thing." She poked his shoulder and jumped forward before looking over her shoulder. "Tag! Your it!"
With that she darted out of the kitchen and down the hall way, down to where the entrance of the building stood.

It was certainly a stupid question to ask Asia. She had certainly covered all the points in defining it, and also adding her two cents in with her look.
What a smart-alec. But wasnt that one of her good qualities? Probably, but sadly it was annoying as well. Lantis filed the small detail away in his mind.
But before he could reply, he was startled as Asia touched him and ran off. He certainly wasnt expecting THAT.
" What the hell? I got bested by a female? " He looked disgusted, but seriously, it was bad to his pride. He vowed silently he WOULD get revenge for that, as he ran off following the yellow kitsusagi to the entrance. Reaching outside, he ran in a dark corner of the forest behind some trees and bushes in hopes of catching Asia unguarded. He probably looked pretty foolish.

Asia giggled; the look on his face was priceless. He was probably fuming right now, all the more reason to not get tagged.
Darting out the entrance doorway she made her way into the forest and leapt over some fallen trees, caked with fresh green moss and grass reaching up and tickling her belly.
A perfect hiding spot!
She thought with a smirk, before crawling into a horizontal log and folding her ears back so that they would not be seen above the blades of grass and what luck these smelly mushrooms would keep her scent hidden from his nose.
"This is kinda' like hide and seek, in a way, but I won't give him the chance to seek me out."
She said in a hushed voice and giggled quietly to herself.

Lantis spotted the yellow kitsusagi dart off into the forest. He ran around, but he couldnt spot her anywhere. .. She did go into the forest right?
He snorted, he pawed the ground anxiously for some sort of clue. Everything looked so DARN the same. Wait, there was something bright yellow! Lantis pounced on it furiously, hoping for it to be Asia. Nope. Just a bright yellow leaf. There was alot of yellow leaves. But could a kitsusagi be so difficult to find?
His eyes flared in determination, as he wagged his tails furiously. Wait! Was it him, or had he sound the faintest sound of laughter? .. If he were Asia.. He'd definetly wouldnt want to be found in the outer areas.
The only solution was to head further inside the forest. Asia shouldnt have gone far.
He walked, the quietest he could, without trying to give away himself.
" Uh. Gross. Nothing worse then poop scent. " Lantis stepped around a random brown goop lying in the forst. How could anybody smell anything here? Heading further down, he saw a large fallen oak tree..
Possibly big enough to fit a kitsu?
Lantis circled it, only to find it empty. How dissapointing. But he felt he was getting closer! Or was that just him? .. Feelings were misleading. But perhaps if he sniffed really closely, he could find her.
Lantis started to sniff the ground, certain that there hasnt been any kitsusagis here for awhile.
" Assiiiiaaa.. " Lantis called softly, hoping to lure her out.

Asia hushed herself once she heard once she heard leaves and twigs crunching and getting louder.
Oh he's fast!
She thought before lowering her body further and wriggling out of the log, careful not to disturb the blades of grass and the twigs and leaves that lay scattered upon the ground. Thankfully, the mushrooms guarded her scent from him, but she was silly enough to giggle, which was what probably gave her away.
Biting her lip, she sprung forward and darted straight for the bushes, hoping to loose him through the woods.
"You'll have to do better than that, Lantis!"
She said with a giggle dissapearing into the woods.
If anyone from her family were to see her now, they would think she was possessed. She was never this happy.

Lantis whirled around only to see Asia darting off again.
SHOOT! DAMN the pits of hell.
Lantis sweared, as Asia, said for him to do better before she dissapeared. He was so close. Pangs of annoyment started to tug at him, as he leaped off to the direction Asia went.
He tripped and fell, his mouth full of twigs and leaves.
Spitting them out, Lantis started gagging, trying to cough out the dirst, grass and twigs or whatever else got into his mouth.
" You stupid kitsusagi. " Lantis muttered to himself, as he walked around. Yet again, she couldnt have gone too far right?
Oh wait.. Was that a berry he spotted? Plucking one, Lantis popped one into his mouth.
It was sweet! Yay~ This would certainly cheer him up. Looking around for Asia, and trying not to stray from the berry bush too long, Lantis stared at the area critically.
" If you want these berries, you have to pause the game~! " Lantis called out, his tone very gleeful as he put another berry in.
Now.. Would Asia come out or not?

Asia giggled lightly as he called out to her. Was this an attempt to lure her out? Or was he being serious? Well, if he said to pause the game he had to be actually pausing the game, or otherwise it would be cheating.
Trotting back to the fallen log, she pushed through the bushes and poked her head through with a slight smirk on her face.
"Taking a munchy break already?"
She said in a half giggle and advanced towards the blue kitsusagi.
They do look good, what kind of berries are they?
She pondered in her mind before sitting down beside him and poking at them lightly and tilting her head.
Without attempting to question her mind, she popped one into her mouth and smiled lightly, they were sweet.

Aha, so she was well-hidden. Asia came out out of the bushes in the corner of his eye, somewhere he would of never guessed.
Lantis was very glad he called for a pause.
" C'mon. All that running around made me hungry again. " Lantis grinned, as he popped enother one into his mouth. it sort of tasted like strawberries, nice and sweet. If only there were cold..
" We could always bring these back to make jam or a nice dessert. " Lantis suggested, as Asia sat down next to him. Ice cream was nice.
Right now, He rather preferred Asia for dessert but he had to take what he could get. Perhaps he could try poucning on her, but she might choke if that happened. That wasnt a good way to treat any kitsusagi, unless it was his worst enemy.
Tilting his head, very close to Asia's, he waited for her response. Yes. Very tempted to pounce on her. Or do something at least.

Asia felt his gaze on her, though she kept her attention to the berries in front of her. It was obvious that Lantis wasn't only thinking about the berries, his mind must be wandering where she wouldn't like to know.
Though she had to admit, she was kinda' happy to have met Lantis.
What exactly is he thinking about anyways?
Biting her lip lightly, she turned to stare at Lantis, who was obviously still in thought.
Shaking her head lightly, she tapped his nose with her left paw and giggled softly.
"Mmm, milk shakes are good as well."
She said before bringing her tails about her and eyeing the number of berries, luckily if they wanted, they could make more than one thing.

Lantis was startled, as she practically bopped his nose. His ears twitched in alarm, as she giggled.
Milkshake? You could make a milkshake with berries? .. You would add milk, berries, and ice cream together? Amazing.
Lantis nudged her paws away, tapping her forehead with his.
" That wasnt nice Asia. You should know better then to tap me, because Ill get revenge straight back. " Lantis chidedly gently.
Taking the chance, Lantis kissed her lightly and quick, almost as fast as he stood up, before she had a chance to reply.
" Pause is over. Tag~! " He tapped Asia running off. Hopefully she wasnt mad at him.

Asia giggled but stopped when he poked her fore head and un-paused the game and kissed her, making her 'it'.
With a few moments of a blank stare on her sun speckled face.
Oh that was a crafty move there Lantis!
She thought, before leaping up and chasing after the blue kitsu, a wild grin on her face, as her tails wagged furiously from behind.
Oh she'll get him back for that one, not only tag her in a cheap way, he stole her first kiss!

Lantis ducked behind some trees, as he scrambled up, a large oak. He climbed up a thick branch, covered by leaves trying to make himself as hidden as possible. soon, lantis was enveloped with leaves as he looked down.
Just in time, to see Asia down there.
Oh how, he would of loved to see Asia's expression, but unfortunately his pride made him run off before he did that. After all, he wouldnt want to be bested be a female once more.
But it sure was tasty. Including the berries. What a great pause-break ti had been. Lantis stared down, his mind in thought for a moment.
It's not like she hit me or anything. So .. It most likely means she wont refuse me when I make another move?
Lantis grinned, as he shook his consciousness back into reality. He was hiding here, and could possibly fall off. Oh, the risk. Lantis loved taking risks as well though. he hoped he hadnt given himself away, in any chance. it would certainly be most dissapointing if she found him. But she had to tag him first.

Asia chased him into a clearing with only trees scattered about the area. Her icy white eyes forced into a glare when there was no sign of the blue male.
Looking about the area, scanning for any possible trails that Lantis may have left behind, she began to pace around the area.
Where could he have gone in such a hurry? And with no possib--wait, what was that?
Looking up towards the large oak, she watched as a few leaves twirled to the ground, leaving the heights of their large branch.
Well, well, what do we have here?
She pondered for a moment, before lifting her nose to the air to seek out a familiar scent.
If he was hiding up there, his scent should be easy to pick out.
Clever though, climbing a tree, a creature that was never meant to climb would never have thought to look in such a place.
