I like the pairing because I can't see them with anyone else but each other. It's the only pairing I actually like in the whole show.

I think the other most obvious pairings besides Kurama and Hiei are good too... Yusuke x Keiko, Kuwabara x Yukina, and Koenma x Botan heart

I'll acknowledge any pairing once. whee I've only really gotten into the YuuxHie pairing, KurxHie pairing, and the occasional HiexBo or HiexMuku if I'm not feeling in a yaoi mood. Which is close to never, but you know, there are those moments. ninja

Just the thought of Hiei and Botan gives me a major headache. Seriously.
It's totally a crack-pairing. Someone must've been like "OMG, lyk yoia ish su sik. i tink heie shoud bee w/............ boton!!!!one111banana!!11 cuz she's a gurl," and everyone somehow decided it was cool. Just like some people like Kuwabara and Hiei together. It just doesn't fit, and is scary.
I haven't ever read anything on that pairing, though. Like Candid said, it's ridiculous.

Not impossible, but very, very difficult. Such would require both characters to be altered entirely, unless the writer was, like you said, some master of literature. And even then....

I will never, EVER, read a Hiei/Botan fic. I just can't see the pairing happening unless Hiei underwent a MAJOR personality change, and that would require more tampering with his character than I am willing to allow in a fanfiction (although, provided the change is caused by sugar or alcohol and Hiei goes back to normal afterwards, I may occasionally be willing to let it slide stare ).

I don't like this pairing at all.
I use to though!
I guess it dwindled because mostly people [some] would like them for silly reasons like:
1. They are partners so they must be going out!
2. Ever noticed that they are together always?
~Nothing against it, I just don't like the pairing.xD
I really do love, Yusuke x Hiei though!
Ms. Captain Hiei knows!!
eek I might be liking Yusuke x Kurama as well. Oh no's!!
or is it oh yes!!??
The only thing I adore is the doushinjiis [sp]

I don't dislike Kurama/Hiei, of course, but certain interpretations really irritate me. You know, the things that make you stop right in the middle of reading and be all: "They'd never do that!"
But I can read anything written well.
As for doujinshi... I don't think I've ever found one I dislike. Some are very out of character, mind, but they are still very cute, touching, etc.
As for other pairings, including Yusuke, I like them a little, even though he has Keiko. It's something new and different to read. Hiei is pretty much on equal grounds with Yusuke, both not being well-educated in the fine art of ********. xD

Yeah! I never bash anything even though I don't like something. its like someone said they don't like Yaoi and I say thats fine, but don't bash it.
I respect the idea of people liking the pairing and as such, but it isn't fair nor correct to bash me or my idealism for not liking it. xP
My buddies talk about it all of the time with me , and I joke with them back at them. Like I always say "Why can't it be Hiei ever dominant??"
I like 50-50 pairings. Kurama is way to dominatiing lol'd. is what I thought.
xD Alas, matie its always fun to be a skeptic or at least look at them time to time.
Teku HAS alot of pics I know that of Youko that is.

sweatdrop I don't like it when they look Hiei look kiddish, and have Kurama "Molest" Hiei.
its always better when Hiei looks equally manly or at least more manly. 3nodding
