I love Hiei. He is my favorite anime character in any anime. There is nothing that gives me more pleasure than to read a fanfiction where Hiei is romantically paired with someone (mostly Kurama, but there are others I've read) And though I have my own favorite(s) and least favorite couples, I was wondering why people have that one favorite pairing they like best. Like, I'm sure we have a hell of a lot KH fans here, right? Why do you like this pairing so much? There are so many I can't put them into words! KH has some of the best ff, and fan art, and is a general cool couple.
So, why do YOU like it?

I like the pairing because well I was a huge Kurama fan but started to notice in the show there where so many hints he liked hiei and my brother was telling me Kurama was gay and to get over him so now I think him and Hiei are so cute together!

dunno why really.. good question. i also like Hiei/Yusuke lotz i guess to me i think that since i cant have any of them irl i might as well put them together and make hot yaoi heart ____ heart

well, i like them together...to answer the question...at first i hated it! i wanted kurama for myself...but i decided that it was best to see him with hiei (and hiei only) hiei is the only person i would let have kurama...(i don't technically own him but im sure you get the idea)...to put it into shorter words...i like KxH because they make one of the best yaoi couples ever! 3nodding

Personally, I think that Hiei is probably gonna end up alone and miserable once he grows up a bit and realizes that no one likes to be alone in this world. It seemed so sad when I noticed this path that Hiei was certainly taking, but then I saw Kurama as an excellent outlet for his heart. I think they make a cute couple, and Kurama would benefit from the relationship too, since he just wants someone to be in love with as well. heart
