I had some weird dream last night that we had a dog that was actually some weird cross between a french horn and a tuba... and then we had to shoot it. o.O
I need to not use Gaia right before bed....

Yes. And quite a few.
The first one, we went to competition, and when we got there, our band director changed the entire show O_O We played music from the band "The Mighty Might Bostones". That was weird.
The next one, we were on the bus, and we were driving through these creepy woods in the middle of the woods. We stopped at a old, haunted hotel. Our band director was all cheerful...
Eggen (Director): "Alright guys! We have to be up early, so get a good rest!!!".
Us: eek You're kidding.
Eggen: Nope! ^^
And all the locks were ripped out of our hotel rooms doors. Then all my friends in my room dissapeared. When I went outside to look for them, there was this light coming out of a big ditch. I went down there, and there's my friend that's not even IN band, with a giant tv (Watching anime) plugged in who knows where, sitting on a log and eatting popcorn @_@ I sat down and watched too.
I had another that I can't think of....

i've had a couple and they both kinda had to do with my crush xd
ok in one i was in the music room and i think it was after a practice. and the room was HUGE! and so were the practice rooms and their walls were all made of glass. so i went into a room which was filled w/ percussion stuff and i sat on a stool beside one of my friends to wait for my crush to enter the music room so i could look at him XD. then my friend sort of put his arm behind me and we were rocking back and forth and he rocked back too much and fell into a drum set XD then he got up and i left the room or sumthing...
in another on i was in our school and it was all burnt and i was wandering around looking for my crush XD so i walked down this hallway where one of my teachers was spraying green spray paint everywhere and the hallway led me to the gym and the jazz band was practing in the orchestra pit. so i saw them and realized it was thursday (jazz practice day) so i ran to get my sax and i came back and sat near my friend (the same from above) and waved and said hi to him and he waved back then my crush who was sitting behind the other friend got up and walked over to our BD then i woke up..
strange days indeed...

Those are kinda scary...
It started happening during Marching Band Season ((I am a Fish))
The weirdest one has got to be, all my non-band friend playing instruments, as all my band-friends sang, and the solo colorguard person was a guy friend of mine who's scared of flags. And worse, he was really good...

I had this one really weird dream where me and some of my band friends where in space, and these aliens boarded our ship and took us away on their ship. They lead us into this room where there were chairs with devices on them that sucked out your brains, and the aliens made us sit there, and I was sitting next to my junior, when we both looked at each other," OMG! WE'RE GONNA DIE!!" so we jumped out of our chair thingys and ran in the opposite direction, I ended up getting killed by an alien with an axe and I could hear a really crappy band (Probally my band) playing a funeral song. eek It was so weird it was funny! ^^

My friend once had a dream that he was buying a box of Vandoren 3.5 reeds. blaugh
My other friend had a dream of the first guy buying a box of reeds in a book store.
And I've never really drempt of band, just people in band and instruments. (ie. jamming in my basement or something)

I had one right before a parade....and mind you I am in 8th grade...but we sound as good as a h.s. and my director treats us like one...we are like in top 3 in our state! We even won the Veterans Day Parade (the one I had a nightmare about) and I had a dream that I was off step the whole time...and my director grew like to 10' tall eek (mind you he is about 5'3"...and he like ate the percussion...now I am makin sure I am saying Left...Left....Left, Right, Left....over and over while remembering the music...lol

hehehe thats a funny dream about the tall teacher XD The weirdest dream i ever had a bout band was that a certain select of us band geeks was in the band room practicing on a Saturday and i looked down from the steps and such..AND WE WERE IN THE SKY. WE WERE STUCK IN THE BAND ROOM FOREVER!!! >.> I wouldnt really mind that though lol

I've had marching dreams for four days straight last week...I miss marching so much. crying It's just concert now, and I love it but...I just miss marching. gonk
Anyway, I really REALLY must miss it because I kept having these dreams about band camp...and Dr. Beat (may it burn in hell forever). And then...the last dream I had last week was when we were going to do our show one final time (we'd already done it the last time in the Championship football game). It was really REALLY dark, and I couldn't find my reed for my clarinet, so I was searching everywhere...and then I had to look in this huge pile of strawberry-bedecked boxes, and I kept getting mobbed by bass clarinets eek and finally, I found it, but then before I was to go to my spot to march onto the field, we all realized it was too muddy and we were gonna die..and then I woke up. o.O;
Another dream was that my BD was announcing those in the entire band who got the highest marks of the year, and I was one of them, and I got first chair over my section leader(only in my dreams stare ), and then this kid from middle school jumps up at me and starts laughing like a chipmunk. gonk

I had a dream once where I was hanging out with my band teacher and then all of a sudden I was at the concert and we were palying then I stood up to do my solo and Mr. Lurch (my band teacher) yelled at me and told me to sit down and everyone looked at me like I was weird and said I never had a solo........then when I woke up and it was the day of the concert seriously and Mr.Lurch DID forget that I had a solo,but instead of HIM yelling at ME,my friends and I yelled at him and I got to do my solo! blaugh 3nodding

I had a dream that I was making out with the third chair trombonist (at the time, now he's last) of the high school, which was quite nice, I might add, but then he turned into my trombone, which was kind of weird. I've licked my trombone before, but not like in that dream. o_O

I once had this really freaky nightmare that I was at band camp and we have to march up this really steep hill, and I was exhausted so badly that I collapsed and, since I was in front, everyone started crashing into me and it was like this giant snowball effect and when we got to the bottom our instruments were combined into one and it was this gigantic robot and it killed us all. The End.

Well, during band camp I ahd this one about one of my fellow alto sax's showing up on the field in this purple old lady dress and hat, complete with large plastic bead that was way to big for him, and we told him he had to go change because therew as no way he could march in that...and i've had several about our BD driving the school bus to my house to pick me up for competition and me still being asleep, or forgetting absolutely everything...and once, right before our first competition, that I slept through the entire thing and we lsot and didn't make it to finals...that one was scary...they tend to be kinda weird xd
