Zira grinned and was very surprised from the affection she kept recieving from him. She laughed abit before playfully nipping at his ear. Without saying anything with a jump she ran into the dark tunnel that had lead into the opening where they had slept. She jumped over the bones and ran out the door and around the tree at its opening. Zira kept going know he could easily over take her. This was not sand after all and thats where she can run the fastest.
"Bet you cant catch me!" She shouted though she knew very well he could.

Rahu bolted right after her after she nipped his ear and ran off.he knew how to run over most taraine as he ran and wandered around alot in different areas. plus he was built for speed and was quite fast when he wanted to be. " oh i will get you Zira." it wasn't long til he was only a little bit beind and gaining on her.

Zira laughed glancing back at him she kicked up her pace trying to pull away from him. She threw her head into the running motion so there was smoother motions and quicker movement. She ran in and out of the trees trying to make a larger gap that way. Zira couldnt stop laughing this was too much fun.

Rahu picked up his own pace as well as she started to pick up hers and weave through the trees. ofcourse he fallowed right along but it was fairly easy for him to close the gap that had opened. " dont be too sure i cant keep up with you Zira." his smirk grew wider as they ran trough the trees, and he made sure to keep up with her.

"I never said you couldnt keep up. I said you couldnt catch me!!" Zira laughed then turning on a trail more for a deer than a horse. There were alot of logs she lept over them with seemingly no problem, but this had proven to be a bad choice as her leg begainto hurt so it slowed her down by alot she looked for a way out of the twisted path, but she seemed abit loss due to the storm throwing more the old trees down in the path. Zira slowed to a stop looking about she had done enough twist and turn she was now lost. She sighed abit ashamed that she had lost her way so quickly.
"Ah heh." Zira made a face. "I think Im lost."

Rahu jumped the logs with ease and catch up right quick as she slowed a bit , which he knew was from her leg. " dont over do it and hurt that leg of yours again." he stoped next to her and looked and tryed to see if he knew where they where. " no matter we can get back, as i think i know where we are." looking about, he knew the general direction they had came. " hmmm." musing over where they where, he then realised that a certain spot he liked to hide out at was near. " seems i know where we are."

"So about which way is out then?" Zira asked giving him abit of a silly look. She flicked her tail before leaning over and playfully nibbling his mane.

" well if i know where we are, we should beable to get out in this direction." Rahu motioned with his head the direction he knew was where his area he liked was. " and the only reason i know this is because theres a certain area close by i tend to hang around most." giving a small chuckle he nibbled back.

"Oh really? Show it to me?" Zira said hopping abit in the direction he had motioned to. Zira was smiling more than she had in a long time. She was so happy even if nothing was certain they were having fun together and for now that was enough for her.

Rahu smirked a bit . " alrighty, it should not be far from here." he could tell she was happy, and oddly enough he as too. actign way out of how he normaly would, he didn't mind as long as Zira was the only one to see this side of him, though Selene his adob daughter had seen this side of him. leading the way, he knew it wouldn't take long to get to his spot he liked to be at.

Zira followed playfully nipping at his tail as they went. She never thought it would be possible, but she had found a male that could be both evil and uncaring and soft hearted and playful. Zira thought that Rahu was the most amazing soquilli she had ever met and the most handsome to boot.

Rahu teasingly flicked his tail about as she nipped at it. he still had a smirk on his face as they started to walk out of the trees and came to a seculed somewhat open area that had a small lake. feeling specail he now had someone like Zira by him now, he flashed a grin to Zira. "so think this spot is nice? its pretty much secluded and from what i know, im the only one that knew about this area, besides you now."

Zira smiled at him lovingly before looking around.
This place was simple and yet beautiful at the same time and the fact that no one knows about it made it a really nice place.
"I really love it Rahu. Its private and peaceful, much better then my cold and dark cave. Thank you for trusting me enough to show me your secret spot."

" you welcome. i think your desurve my trust, and thisplace isnice to get away to but not good for shelter." Rahu nibbled on her mane again, as he felt he and her where growing more bonded as they spent more time together. he may not be one to show alot of affection but he did hav ehis own way of showing it when he felt he wanted to.

Zira giggled as he nibbled on her mane. She nibbled on his mane just behind his ear.
"Well you can use my cave for shelter whenever you need too. It makes me so happy to be with you Rahu. Thanks for giving me a chance."
