Maki giggled at his comment, and stroked a very odd pose at the moment, in an attempt to make herself seem intimidating. Her fingers moved into a fist, as she moved her hand to the direction of where the droid was floating. But, as she tilted her purple hair to the side as she puffed her bottom lip out in anger, as she spoke. "I'sa will get you back for the tough love, just chu wait Jin!" She giggled, as she turned back towards Edan now, giggling at her attempt to be mean. It didn’t work at all, and she knew that.
Listening to the next part, It was quite strange to hear about Rie'Kus, and for a moment she tried to remember who this young boy was. Trying to think, she remembered the fact that he was the little boy grabbing Ayanna's leg earlier on, when they were waiting to be accepted. But-- Rie'Kus sounded like fun, trying to eat Jin earlier on. He was just too cute sounding, and now she looked over towards Aden in shock at his word.
Maki couldn't help but laugh, as he said that she was fun to talk to. Her? Fun? What a very strange kind of an Idea. "Well, chu is fun to talk to as well! And well.. Rie'Kus wanted to eat Jin? Without Miasra sauce? That's insane to think of! I'ma sure Jin wouldn't taste very good anyway. He would do his best to bite the whole way down!" She giggled, laughing at the picture of the little droid trying to bit someone. But for some reason she could imagine it to well.

The droid whirled and beeped in an angered tone as if accepting her inevitable challenge and/or threat, to which the boy only shook his head in a chuckle. A brief thought, however, made him question if her "revenge" would involve a lightsaber in the future, to which he also found the trail of thought leading to, not only her own skill in using one, but everyone else's, too. ...and how much damage they would all probably cause.
He laughed outright at her response, covering his mouth to hopefully diminish the sound. "No, not even Misara sauce could make Jin taste good. He'd be too hard to eat, anyways. All those circuits would make him too chewy. Plus... yeah, I think those little arms of his would hurt if they pinched you... those, or the lasers," he added as an afterthought, thinking back to the message he'd received from his sponsor. The mental image made him cringe, already seeing an unfortunate being of some sorts collapsing with laser wounds from their mouth to their guts bleeding all over the place and Jin screaming up a storm from within. It was a cartoon version, of course, but still... not exactly pleasant.
"I wonder what the classes will be like," came a sudden new topic, both from a sense their current one was drawing to a dead-end and his own splurge of thoughts. "What they'll teach us, how they'll teach us,... when we'll be able to use lightsabers. I wonder if they even still have them, though. Maybe they ditched them a long time ago or something..." Why the thought this, not even Edan himself knew, it was just a random thought, was all. One that really killed his mood, though.

Maki felt herself lean against the wall, as the topic began to change quickly to a new and more serious matter. Of course, that didn't really bother Maki since she had wondered about that as well on her own, back when she was trying to fall asleep in her room.
But, She was worried about holding a lightsaber and using one. Of course she couldn't help but at least feel at ease that she could be balanced. That was something that she was quite good at and she was able to walk very quietly no matter what. "I'ma sure that they'll be hard, without a doubt. I'ma kind of worried that they will be harder than what I would of liked. But, Lighsabers would be lovely; I’sa think so at least. I’sa believe that each of use will have our own style. Just thinking about the way we will all is different. It’sa exciting to think about!" She chimed, knowing that it would be hard as well, but she was more excited than anything else. She was really, a true Sith trainee now, and she couldn't wait anymore for all the possibilities that would occur.

He yawned once, slipping down from his spot against the wall to sit, drawing his knees to his chest as he looked up at the purple-haired girl. "If they get hard, too hard, I'm sure there's got to be something you can do about it. No doubt there's bound to be someone who'll be more than happy to give you a hand," he assured her cheerfully, nodding to exaggerate his words. But... although he also wanted to give her some more confidence, he also found it was just as much assurance for her as it was for him. Then again, everyone had to be thinking the same thing, even if only a little. 'Even Aiden. I'm sure she's worried about classes, too. She just doesn't show it,' he thought to himself, mind rolling over each of the other students he'd met thus far.
"Our own styles? Hmm... yeah, you're right." It might be late at night, but his mind was a blur with each new thought and idea. "But... honestly, I just can't wait till we get assignments, missions, and get to see different planets and people. Now that's going to be fun."

Maki plopped down on the floor, still sitting under the window. The floor was so cold... and clean. It was something very surpassing and odd for the young girl, since back on Atzerri it was always a lot more heated and dirty. But, what could she do about that? But, hearing the part of missions and assignments made Maki's voice become dry in moments.
"Assignments.. as in off this planet." She muttered, her knees moving up to her chest as she sat there and tried to think. "Well, I'sa hope that by that time I'll be brave enough to get on a spaceship." She muttered, although more to herself this time. Turning over to Edan, she laughed softly as she apologized. "Ah, but I'm sure that it would be very exciting none the less. Maybe I'sa will meet another Theelin... Even.. if its on a spaceship." She muttered, her arms growing with chills as she spoke.

He blinked. "Why would going on a spaceship be- oh!" Realization hit him like a ton of bricks, and he paled in embarrassment. He also realized she might -no, must- have said something about being afraid of riding spaceships before, and must have missed it entirely. "Well... I'm sure if you're still really against the idea of leaving the planet, that there's bound to be something the masters can do about it to help you. I heard people sometimes use meditation to help deal with fears," he suggested, thinking back to countless bar side travelers' stories.
One part of what she said, however, made him frown. For him, it would hardly be a rare sight to see a human on the planets -or ships- he'd visit, but a Theelin like her? He was the farthest example of an expert on her species, but she was the first he'd ever met, ever heard of on that thought. So what were the chances she'd meet others? "Maybe you will. The galaxy's a big place, so there's always a chance you'll meet another." True enough, but just how big that chance was, he didn't want to dwindle on.
"Why are you afraid of spaceships, if you don't mind me asking?"

Maki felt herself sigh at his last question. It was really embarrassing for Maki to admit it all, but her reason wasn't exactly the most amazing one to say the least. But, maybe it wouldn't be so bad to tell Edan since he was considered one of her friends now.
Biting her lip, she smiled a shy smile as she spoke to him. "Well, I'sa hope you don't laugh at meh." she muttered, as her brown eyes closed slightly. "Well, as chu knows I use to live as a slave. Its something.. sad but we never got to leave the cantina. So, just flying anywhere would get me sicker than anything else, and the stars...." she muttered, feeling herself starting to get dizzy just thinking about it. “Uh..” She muttered as she moved her head quickly to her knees, trying not to remember the idea of the different stars and the view of them.

He blinked. Again. Edan could do nothing more than stare at her as her reason drifted and mingled in his brain, internally translated to a version he could attempt to understand. "That's why?" he questioned blankly, going into an almost state of shock. For him, though the roof of his house had been the farthest from the ground he'd ever been before leaving for the temple, the very idea that the stars themselves caused someone this much nauseating fear was beyond dumbfounding.
"Huh, I see. I'm sorry, I thought you might've fallen at some point, and that was the reason. Never thought it might be because you were grounded all your life," he explained lightly, suddenly aware of just how rude his previous tone must have sounded to her. But, his face brightened as he rested his cheek on his knees, head bent to try to catch her eyes as an idea hit. "But that means, you'll defiantly be able to get over your fears, Maki! It might take a little while, but if you get more used to flying, you'll get used to it no doubts! Maybe, don't even start with a ship. Maybe... hm, I wonder if they have any speeders on this planet..." He trailed off, turning his head so as to rest his chin instead on his knees, brow nit together in thought. There were defiantly ways to sort of simulate the kind of feeling flying gives you, and most of the ones he was getting didn't involve being far off the ground, which might help her situation. The main problem, however, is getting the vehicles that might prove an issue on this planet.

Maki nodded sheepishly to Edan, feeling her cheeks flush with color as he spoke. It wasn't like she loved having that phobia, but she couldn't help it. The idea of flying just scared the young girl, causing her lips to almost quiver thinking about it.
But, hearing Edan's Idea on how to fix it caused Maki's mind to wander with the ideas. Would something like that really end up working? Or would she end up getting more and more scared at the though of flying around on a strange planet? Wouldn't she end up hitting a tree or something? Well... most likely not.. Maki wasn't that clueless. At least not yet.
"Hmm.. Well I'sa could try something like that. Although... Tis a lot more scary than what I'sa could think of." She muttered, looking back down at the floor for a bit moment. "But.. I'sa want to get over the fears! I'sa will become a good Sith, so I kind of need to not be scared to fly in any form." She muttered with a sigh.

A small young boy walked quielty through the halls. His golden eyes searched for someone, any sort of authority figure. He had assured his escort that he would be fine left alone. Who would hurt him in a training temple full of Jedi and Sith?
Clutching his things, he followed the sounds of others further in the building.

Aiden walked along the halls of the Great Temple, running her hand along the smooth walls. The formal lessons still had yet to begin so she had opted to entertain herself through exploring the vast temple. As she was making her way through one corridor, Aiden rounded the next corner, slightly surprised to see one of the new younglings walking about.
The young being, either male or female she couldn't tell, was walking down the hall clutching his things in his furry paws. Aiden paused, watching the stranger for a moment before fully rounding the corner. Was this stranger a youngling? Aiden thought to herself... she hadn't remembered seeing this particular individual at the interviews with Demarr or Maki, but she could be mistaken.
"Hello" She said with a somewhat awkward wave. It wasn't usually her custom to be socially proactive, but she was intrigued by this stranger.

Camlan blinked at being addressed by another student. She did not look like a master of the temple but perhaps she could direct him. Large golden eyes took in her pale skin and dark hair; he took a few steps forward and stopped.
"I am looking for the Masters of the Temple. I have a letter. My freightor was late." He showed a furried hand clutching the letter tight. Camlan knew that he would not let it go no matter what... If she could help him, that was fine. If not, well then, he would have to continue his search.

"The Masters?" She repeated with a frown. "I'm unsure of where they are. So far it seems like we're the only ones here."
She looked at the letter he held in his hand and wondered about its contents. Did it have to do with why he was here? Is he just a messenger? Her brow furrowed slightly as she quickly ran through the possibilities.
"Is the letter that important? If not, we should be starting lessons soon. You could give it to them then." Aiden suggested.

Camlan frowned. The Masters were not at their own temple? How strange was that? But they were wise and important officials so it only made since for them to be called away from time to time.
Having analyzed the problem and coming up with a reasonable solution, he looked back at the girl before him. His voice was soft but almost commanding in a way, like there was someone speaking at the same time he was...
"It is very important. I can only give it to the Masters. May I follow you to lessons?"

"Mmm... I'ma way too hungry--y! How can this'sa place have no good food?" She asked, walking out of the hallway and towards where the main room was. It had been about thirty minutes now since she had finished her first lesson, well, the first part of the lesson. It was something quite strange, but she did it and now… was hungry.
Walking into the main part of the hall, She felt a small sigh come from her lips as she looked around. There was two people talking by themselves somewhere further away in the room, and there were a few bugs it seemed to be crawling around. Looking around, she wondered if their was anyone from the Sith temple as well. It seemed like she hasn’t seen any other siths in quite a few days. IT was… lonely but she didn’t want to think too much of it. Being alone was something she needed to have, that way she could become stronger in the future.
Walking in, each of her steps were light and bright as she began to search for food. Singing to herself, she sang a song from the cantina. “Little star… far away… seeking to bring… new dreams.. To this little cantina.. cantina… cantina of fun!” Of course it was a child song to go to sleep, but she loved it none the less. And it kept her mind off the hunger she was feeling right now.
