The young Sanguine let out a purring-like noise, her smile returning in full force. "Okay, good. I know I can get a little... overwhelming," she said with a sheepish grin. "I forget that everyone likes to be touched and the like. No hard feelings though, yes?" Antigone asked, even as she brought up her hand to touch her cheek softly, a flushing searing across her cheeks.

Aysel found herself snuggling closer to her friend, trying to find what was so great about hugging people all the time. She decided that it was rather nice, actually...then realized what she was doing, and pulled back with a squeak, flushing brightly. "I...s-sorry, I should go find where those astronomy books are..." she muttered quickly and fled a couple of bookcases away, sinking to the floor and putting her hands to her cheeks in order to hopefully cool them down.

Antigone blinked in surprise as Aysel whirled away from her, and fled from the row they had been standing in. The young Sanguine wasn't sure what had ust happened, but she was rather sure that she liked the way she had felt, behind held by her friend. And that feeling had been ripped away from her. "Aysel-" she began to call out, but thought better of it, and blindly stared at the embossed names on the spines of the books in front of her.

After a couple moments of deep breathing and calming down, Aysel was back to herself- if a bit confused about what had happened. Looking up at the books around her, she smiled. Fate was being kind to her today, for she'd happened upon the very books she was originally searching for, when she wasn't looking. Grabbing a few without really looking, she slunk back to Antigone, smiling sheepishly and refusing to look at her. "See? Found them..."

Antigone smiled a tight smile, and nodded. "Oh, that's good. Hopefully they'll help you with your studies." That smile stayed in place, and she went back to starring blindly at the books in front of her. Why did she feel like crying? And why was she determined not to cry? "I should probably pick up a few books as well."

Hesitantly, Aysel placed a hand on Anti's arm, knowing that the sanguine was more affected by guestures than by words...or at least, she thought so. What? No, of course she wasn't making excuses. What would she be making excuses for? However, she didn't say anything to excuse herself...she didn't know why exactly she'd been so embaressed, anyway. "I can help you look, if you like..." is all she said.

Antigone smiled what she hoped was a reassuring smile toward her friend, and she nodded. "I'd like that." In fact, there was no denying that the young Sanguine would enjoy any sort of time spent with the lovely, if confusing, Aysel. "I'd like to check out a few books for Astrology, but I want to pick up some stuff on King Arthur as well."

"Astrology?" Aysel echoed, blinking. "As in..star signs and the like? I've heard about that, but I'm not sure what sign I am...perhaps it would be interesting for me, too." She didn't ask about the King Arthur books- there was no need. She herself very muched liked those stories and accounts, after all. "Well then, let's keep looking!" She exclaimed, suddenly energized again. Grabbing Anti's hand, she tugged her forward as she raced down the rows of books- so fast that one would think she wouldn't be able to see the titles as she sped by, but somehow she managed- and laughing merrily.

Antigone nodded. "I'm really interested in that sort of stuff. Goes along with the whole fortune telling thing." She smiled sheepishly. "And myths and such. I love reading about those things. Learning about yourself, learning about others at the same time. It's wonderful." She stopped then, and flushed just a little. "Sorry. I'm rambling again, like I did about the writing. Let's get looking for those books, right?"

"That's right!" Aysel replied, nodding with a quick grin and tugging her forward again. "We still have to get our fortunes told...though I kind of was looking forward to getting it done in the district Melancholia...me being a melancholic and all, I suppose. Don't apologize. I don't mind it when others ramble." Suddenly, she halted, though she squeezed Anti's hand so she wouldn't lose hold of it when she stopped dashing. "Here we go! Astrology~! It seems that two are better than one when it comes to being lucky with this library."

"It would seem so," the young Sanguine said with a nod, reaching over and taking the books from her friend. "I wonder how many books we're allowed to check out... I'd like to pick up a few books for Professer Elias's class as well," Antigone said with a small, all trace of early unhappiness gone, outwardly. Inside, she was still wondering why the whole hugging episode had effected her so much...

Oh. How many books were they allowed to take out? Glancing at the small pile of books she herself had grabbed, she resolved to put most of them back- all but two. "You can use the ones I take out with me," she offered softly, "If you wanted to study together, or something. It would be easier than both of us taking out more books than we actually need...?"

"That means you'll have to see me more," the Sanguine said with a laugh, before she remembered she had to keep her voice down in the Library. "As long as you don't mind studying with me every so often with the Astrology books, that that'd be fine. Why don't we split up the book load, so we can take out as many as we need, and then just switch to get which ones we want to read, okay?"

"I don't mind seeing you.." Aysel replied softly, her cheeks flushing for some odd reson once more. "And I certainly don't mind studying with you. We can compare notes!" And yes, she was excited about this. Aysel loved taking notes. "That sounds like a good plan to me, Anti. And you...you should feel welcome to come and find me, any time you wish to study. I don't have many friends, so as long as I don't have class, and am in my room...you'd be welcome to join me, should you wish it."

Antigone, for reasons unknown to her, flushed with pleasure. "Good. And you don't... you don't have many friends?" She stopped fully then, and blinked her gold eyes questioningly. "Why on earth not? I thought that you were just being nice to me, since I only know you. Are the other kids in the class stupid?"
