That movie was NOT scary. I mean I liked it, but that was because of the bloodshed and the horrific ways of torture. Not to sound like a phyco, but I really liked to see stuff like that. The sight of blood just does something to me.

I liked it except a lot of people seem to hate it. I don't know why. I thought it was clever and kind of gruesome. Not scary though and I think that's why a lot of people were disappointed. I don't go into a film expecting anything from him. Except 'happy, dark, gruesome'.

Saw made a new horror series to collect....and a GREAT one at that!!! biggrin I thought the way that they made it was different then most horror movies, and the whole DEADLY-GAMES idea was AWESOME!!! I had a feeling that the endind was going to be like that, but I never thought it would be THAT COOL!!! Saw was awesome. it wan't scary, but i loved the twist. movie twists rule. and i think they should have shown more of those deadly games too..Saw 2? I'm definitely going to see it, if only for Leigh..but, oh yeah....he's dead. How are they going to make another one and expect it to be good if everyone's dead? Maybe they shouldn't....

There is going to be a sequal. stressed I kind of wish that they weren't, it's probably not going to be that good. Grr! I wish they just left the story alone after that ending! It was good then! But we'll see...

But we'll see... Sequels tend to always ruin a good thing. Like the one that stands out the most, even though it's not horror, was the Matrix. God, the second two totally ruined that. and I love it when movies end like that...but they always feel the need to continue..

KiriyamaKazuo I thought it was a awsome horror movie. I really liked all the situations he puts those people in. I love that prt when he puts the head vice on that girl. It wasn't a horror movie. It was a psychological thriller. There is a difference. I quite liked it anyway. I don't know about the sequal tho. Sequals scare me.

i think it was more of a thriller/suspense than a horror film, because if it was supposted to scare me, they failed miserably!

it was good i was still disapointed beucase i bought thinking " holy crap this is gonna be a gorefest" and except for a really gory part and a few semi gory parts it was gore free
