Personality: He is a young rogue demon very arrogant and prideful, he loves tohear people scream when he kills them slowly. Is a very good liar and enjoys playing with people in not so nice ways.
History: Loki the son of Seth. He grew up in hell raised by his mother, Seth didn't even know about Loki until just a few months before he was killed. Loki grew up as any young demon did learning how to torture kill lie cheat and all that good stuff. He eventually gottired to seeing hell and he decided to leave and he did. He appeared on earth while the mimics where at the peak of their power. He began exploring killing what he didn't like and have fun playing games with pockets of humans hidden from the mimic creatures. yadda yadda yadda s**t happens then he finds his way to Union City.
He had a part in his father's death and he plans on eventualy killing his mother to raise his statuse in Hell but first he must become stronger.

Personality: Yume is often seen as cold and heartless. when in reality, her soul is filled with bottled up emotion. she has never known love or happiness, and she doesnt know how to express her feelings.
History: Her parenst abandoned her when she was very young when they discovered her strange powers. she now fends for herself and lives alone in the slums of the city.
Occupation of Choice: She feels the only people who undertsand hera re the animals. she makes her living, if you can even call it that, working wiht animals.
Main Power: Yume has a connection with the spirit world, giving her strange powers. she can walk through walls, speak telepathically, move and lift things psychically ect.
Secondary Power: She can focus her energy to create a forcefield of sorts
Weakness: Anything that brings up the family she never knew and the love shes never felt sends her into a spiraling fit of sorrow. this distraction causes her to lose her consentration, along with her connection to the spirit world. leaving her powerless.

History: Tajeh was taken just after his birth and raised in Valhalla by the God of prophecy, a man he would one day call his mentor, and think of with the same love a child feels for his father. After Centuries of training in Valhalla with Le’ Auron Tajeh was allowed to go to the earth plain… It was there on a planet known a Juridan, that he met another teacher, Ancwalar Neldaris the man that would teach him to become one of the greatest Bounty hunters the world had ever seen. After years on Juridan, he met a woman named Tyndeh Anceri. It was this woman that Tajeh fell in love with and eventually made her his wife, they had one child a son C’ Dajah. The child had great strength and made Tajeh a proud father and a happy husband.
But sadly Tajeh’s life wasn’t allowed to be that simple when C’ Dajah was 16 years of Age, Tajeh was called back to Valhalla, it seemed his mentor’s time was running out. When Tajeh reached Le’ Auron there wasn’t much time left.
Le’ Auron told Tajeh of a stone, known as U’ Daria, the stone of ages. A chaotic power that had escaped into the human dimension. The first lords of Valhalla had used there combined powers to imprison it in the stone. They used its powers to maintain and control the path of souls as well as many other high level magical realms. Tajeh agreed to hide the stone and protect it from any one who would use its power for themselves, as well he agreed to take his masters place as a lord of Valhalla, as the next god of prophecy. But when Tajeh returned home to take his wife and son with him to there new home in Valhalla, he found only tragedy. His son had been slaughtered before he ever got home, trying to protect his mother, and as Tajeh arrived he witnessed a horrible sight, A man clad in black armor as he ran a jet black steel sword through the heart of his beloved wife… The man introduced himself as Xeen Soldevi, and said he was after the stone. If Tajeh didn’t surrender the stone to him more innocents would die. At this moment Tajeh snapped for the first time releasing a huge amount of power, He attack Soldevi, but the man fled, he was drained from the fight with Tajeh’s son and knew he wouldn’t stand a chance.
Many years later in Valhalla Tajeh stood in front of the High Lord Odin, The stone had disappeared, it seemed Soldevi had accomplished his goal and seized the stone at last. And it seemed as though Odin was holding Tajeh himself personally responsible. When Tajeh was in danger of being permanently banished from Valhalla, the only home had had left. He remembered a rule in the laws of this world of gods. Any member of the hierarchy could make a challenge at the throne on any of three grounds. Battle, Honor, and Valor. And it was on the first that Tajeh challenged Odin to a one on one battle to the finish, winner took Valhalla as his own. Although Tajeh didn’t think he had any chance of defeating the Lord of all gods, he had no choice he couldn’t just lose Valhalla, it was all he had left. And So the two began there battle and for days they fought, and for days it seemed that they where evenly matched until Odin was ready to unleash a finishing attack, when Tajeh threw down his sword and cast out his arms, splitting himself, using a technique he had learned during his days as a bounty hunter. Odin not knowing which was the real Tajeh spun around releasing his blast in every direction, but when he finished the images simply flickered and disappeared and then he heard a voice, “wrong move” Tajeh yelled as he appeared above Odin in a flash of blue and white orbs, “The Faith of the Fallen” his long sword appearing in his hands as he plunged the blade into the ancient lord’s back killing him almost instantly. And so Tajeh became the high lord of Valhalla, ruling there for many long years.
After centuries in Valhalla Tajeh had defeated many enemies and won many challenges on all three grounds, but there was a reason he had been taken to Valhalla in the first place, he had been trained and trained in preparation for a prophesied event. “The night of falling stars.” Although this was far more then a night, Valhalla was attacked by a man Named Forte Lucif, The lord of Hades, using the power of U’ Daria which he had taken from Soldevi many years before, he waged war on the lords of Valhalla… For centuries the battles raged on, until one night, when Forte had Tajeh trapped, The High Lord realized there was only one way he could stop this force of darkness from taking Valhalla for himself. And so Tajeh using all the power of his magical pendent the Dark Matter Matrix, as well as every bit of his own that he could tap into, he overloaded a magical Aura, forever sealing Valhalla from any attacks. But in doing so he would have killed both Forte and himself… or so he thought.

Tajeh was forced magically through time, his memories erased, no idea who or what he was, the only name he had was his middle name and so that was the name he took, Andron… Andron was on Juridan, but the planet was on its last leg. The planet was dieing and so its inhabitants where fleeing the planet on many powerful ships… Andron lost with know idea what to think of this world, ended up meeting a man Named Eric Chase, the captain of the fleet of space crafts. Eric was being harassed and attacked by a gang of thugs, and when Andron saw this, he couldn’t help himself, for some reason he was compelled to help, and he ran at the men yelling for them to cease there actions, and so they turned from the nearly dead Eric and went after Andron, but as they attacked him he fell to the ground but as they beat hi ruthlessly, he began to glow with a bright light, as six huge white wings burst forth from his back blue accents on the feathers, and “The Deity’s Calling” appeared in his hand. He stood swinging the sword a blast of holy energy slashing through one of the men , Andron himself was even shocked, even he had no idea what was happening. The rest of the men ran in terror, and Andron walked over to Eric, on his waist was a cell phone, and it began to ring, Andron picked it up opening it to see what it was, and he heard a mans voice, The man explained to Andron that Eric was there captain and told him just what to do and how to get to the ship, and so Andron took Eric back to his ship, and the medical crew was able to save him. Eric was so grateful to Andron for saving his life that he gave Andron not only passage off of earth but even made him a ship captain in his fleet. After many years traveling with Eric and the others they came across the planet Earth, a planet Andron found oddly familiar, and so he decided to leave Eric’s ranks and take residence on this planet hoping he would be able to find out who he was… After many years traveling Juridan he had taken the trade of Bounty hunting to make ends meet. And when he came across a city where there were other people with powers like his, they called themselves ‘Supers’. It was there in Atlica that he learned to control the mysterious powers he possessed and took the alias Delenger, a mythical bird that one of the residents of Juridan had told him his powers resembled. After many years living in this city tragedy once again took the easy life away from him, The government had decided that they didn’t want ‘Supers’ loose anymore and began imprisoning them and forcing them to wear power inhibiting bracelets , Andron ran from them, he had just finally honed his powers and he wasn’t about to loose them now, he had heard of an island that was outside the control of this power scared government the Island of Haven… he lived there for many years prospering and developing his powers farther, and one day he was ordered to follow a band of renegade supers, the journey led him to the gates of Valhalla as he approached them he dropped to his knees, he had a huge flash of memories, they caused him immense pain. But as his memories rushed back to him he realized something, he was much happier without all the pressures of the throne, and so he chose not to return to Valhalla. He Turned and walked away from the gates not wishing to return not even as a civilian, And so he made his way back to Haven.

But when Tajeh returned to Haven the city had been attacked and destroyed buy a mainland experiment gone wrong, the city was in ruins. But a new city had emerged another anti-super government was in control, but when Tajeh got word yjat there was a resistence and ways of entering the city un-hindered he decided he would try and reclaim the glory he once had, but this time he would take a new name, rising from the ashes of his past life just as the great firebird would do he called himself Phoenix.

Description: A young (23) Chinese-American woman. 4'11", slender, with black hair and startling blue eyes
Personality: Friendly and idealistic. She currently believes in the goals of the Union, and the dangers of supers.
History: A cop from a family of cops, she has also had lessons in Kung Fu almost since she could walk, but has never been able to focus her chi to the level her teacher believed her capable. Her expertise in unarmed combat is what has earned her place in the PSO, in spite of her height.
Occupation of Choice: PSO Officer
Main Power: Cinematic Martial Arts - Abilities seen in the TV series 'Kung Fu', and movies with Bruce Lee, Jet Li, and Stephen Chow, for example. Includes powerful strikes and kicks, throws, blocks, distance strikes, tremendous leaps, dodges, running up walls, etc.

Name: Aryn Chris "A.C."
Description: 5'6", caucasion, brunette. About 19/20 years old, lithe, dresses in all black or blue and white. Glasses ride low on her nose, so that when she looks at someone dead-on half her eyes are behind the lense and half are above them.
Personality: Somewhat sharp, but not generally sour, and very kind towards children. Occasional bouts of utter silliness and humor (though it doesn't always make sense).
History: A lawyer's daughter with enough siblings to keep her housewife mother busy while she explored the city. Now works as a low-level member of the government (because it was the easiest job to get in her family, and she's competent). Not actually fond of said government... but it's what she grew up with, and she understands it.
Occupation of Choice: The typical 9-5 that gives her enough money to live and plenty of time to pursue her own activities. ie. a government job
Main Power: Glamour--like a spell, makes people see something or someone else when they look at her, or just not recognize her (plants the idea in people's heads that she's something else without actually changing her). Like the Fae.
Secondary Power: Kickboxing--might not seem like a power at first, but it's innate (she didn't learn it, it just sort of came out one day), and she's unusually strong. When she's kickboxing it's like her body suddenly goes on autopilot while her mind is stuck watching. She's working to develop control of it, but it's still difficult to stop once it gets going.
Weakness: Children. If a child is in danger, A.C.'s first thought is to save him/her, and everything else is unimportant. Sometimes that means you can threaten a child to blackmail her into something, or that you can distract her with it, but usually it means that she'll blow her cover or change a plan on the spot to deal with it, without consulting anyone.

Name: Olivar "Lot" Gilligan
Description: He's about 5'8" and well built. With Jet black hair and bright gold eyes, he's considered to be quite the ladies man. He likes to pretend like every one cares about him, even if they don't. When he's not working, he usually wears a no-sleeve black turtleneck and a pair of bluejeans. And can be seen reading frighteningly-difficult-looking medical books.
Personality: As previously noted, he's a ladies man. He loves going to the local bar and flirting with anything of the opposite gender...... (and then some.... but let's not get into that xd )
History: He's known as one of the best EMT's in history. Even though he's generally relaxed and happy-go-lucky all the time, he's got "Talent" or, atleast, that's what it looks like.

Main Power: Um..... he's good at wacking people with random on-hand objects.
Secondary Power: He's a coward, so he's pretty good at running away. He's also very gifted when it comes to "Healing"
