Wow, I'd already thought up some less-than-clean uses for D&D spells, but Harry Potter spells? Wow, that opens up a whole new field...

xD yay for HP fandom! xD and for the record, hermione was a bit ooc. too clingy and a bit punch-happy. xD i'm really hoping the GoF movie is better than PoA turned out to be.. stare the way i see it, PoA was a perfectly good movie, it was just a lousy HP movie. i'm really just excited about HBP this summer. ..and no more cho. xD *waves a 'down with cho' banner in ravenclaw blue and copper*

shocktv3 blue & copper? i thought they were blue & silver surprised blue and copper in the books. they made it blue and silver for the movies so there would be a visual pairing of gryffindor/ hufflepuff (with the yellow/gold) and slytherin/ ravenclaw (with the silver).. stare how dare they alter my house's colours! xD

Wow this is the first negative movie comments I have ever heard. I know most of the time either the book ruins the movie because they leave stuff out, or the movie ruins the book because now the characters are already cast and events have been set. But I have always been told that the harry potter movies were so perfect that they made the books even better.

the third movie is what got me to read the books.. so the next one will b the first movie where i know whats gonna happen. understandably, the books have much more included, which was a bonus for me cuz it was like gettin extra stuff after watchin the movies 3nodding
another thing is that the fourth book is much much longer than any of the previous three, and the first three movies were at least 2.5 hours long... i heard that they were initially thinkin of splittin goblet of fire into two movies but decided against it due to the actors' ages. so now who knows how much theyre gonna cut outta the book.
i just cant wait to see some gillyweed whee

Judyfay Sins Wow this is the first negative movie comments I have ever heard. I know most of the time either the book ruins the movie because they leave stuff out, or the movie ruins the book because now the characters are already cast and events have been set. But I have always been told that the harry potter movies were so perfect that they made the books even better. i'm the kinda person that always prefers the book, even if i loved the movie. and though PoA was a good movie, it wasn't a good HP movie. ..like the 'wand scene' in the beginning completey screws the opening and trial for when they do the OotP movie. stare i thought the first two did a very good job enhancing the books, though i was incredibly peeved when they gave hermione half of ron's dialogue in CoS and left out penelope clearwater entirely. X.x; i think i'm at the point where i don't care what they do to the movie for GoF, just as long as they keep the 'incredible bouncing ferret' scene. xD it's the best part of the book.
