S/hE shot for the edge as fast as his/her awkward fish legs would carry them. S/He didnt want to hurt!

Quick as lightning, a large fireball was hurled that way, coming from a nearing ship that bore a skull on the flag.

Avagdu looked away from the running myr to see the attacker. "Teiveil!" He pointed next to him in command. "Prepare yourself!" He said.

Aboard the ship, Kankuro held onto the mast with one hand, while looking through a telescope with the otehr. "Darney!! Another fireball! We could save that poor thing!"
Darney conjured another ball of fire and tossed it at Avagdu.

With a final desperate leap, Kenda jumped the side of the ship and dove into the water. Still terrified, s/he swam to the bottom and squeezed into the crevice between two peiced of coral.

Conjuring an Undine, Kankuro gave out more orders.
"Darney, immobilize that ship!"
"Aye!"
"Undine, find the creature and coax him here, we could save him yet!"
"Aye!"
While Darney launched another fireball, the Undine dove into the water, determined to find Kenda.

Too afraid to shiver, and in no need of breath Kenda clung to the scratchy coral in the shadows. Silently s/he prayed to the father moon and mother ocean that no one who wished to harm him/her would find him/her.

Swallowing hard the cool water, Kenda was silent. THough his/'her body remained still, s/he could not control the flow of his hair from under the rock a bit....
