Matt twisted the ankle as hard as he could until he got to the "4" count and released it. Matt wouldn't let up the assult though, he would try to drag Punk to the center of the ring by both feet.

Matt was still fairly close to the ropes and right as Punk grabbed Matt's arm, he would reach out to grab the ropes.
