Newski I'm a vegetarian, and I just quit the vegetarian guild because of their intolerance. Its not are place to pretty much hate people who eat meat. They support acting like assholes to meat eaters when it does little for the cost and makes people who let people chose what they eat look bad to be one of them... Vegetarians hating meat eaters is like people on the no carb diet hating people who eat bread. Ok first off, ******** that fatkins diet. Your body needs carbs, its just a starvation diet that starves you in unknowingly. Back to the topic, yeah Ive noticed that In E.D a lot of the vegitarians try to make meat eaters seem like devils because they eat meat. rawr. scream

Alot of vegetarians are rude when talking about vegetarianism. Of corse it is just because they are so sure it is creul. I have seen many meat eaters be just as bull-headed too, they both bother me equally.

Me and my friend had that idea, but I don't know if I could, if anything I would just go organic. But there are some days where meat is just disgusting.

I'm a vegetarian that loves meat. I'd eat it if I was the one doing the killing. Meat production just seems so wrong to me and without it, or any food production really, we couldn't support a population of billions and thus eliminating lots of our environmental problems!
So I choose not to eat meat as to not support food production and unnecessary manipulation of our environment leading to an unstable environment! Aaaand although I believe that plants and animals are no different in this sense, it just seems that the closer step to eliminating causes to unnatural population growth is to eliminate meat production.
I think meat production supports a general feel that we're in control of our environment more than planting foods.
Yay meat! And NOTyay meat!

I'm not a vegetarian. I absolutly LOVE meat. Sure I feel a little bad that the animals are dying but thats life. I love animals, I just love to eat them more. Fun to pet, more fun to chew biggrin I respect those how chose to be vegetarians except the vegetarians how sit there while you are eating a ham sandwitch and they go and describe the entire slaughtering process of a pig. That's when I look at them while there talking and say "mmm...the bloodier the better" or "mmm that's why its chewy" I piss them off because there assholes that wont let me eat in peace. I dont go to them when they are eating a salad and tell them that since cows eat grass and plants and I ate the cow, I must be eating grass just like you. I respect you vegetarians...just let me eat in peace.

Oooooh, ME ME ME!I'm a wegetarian, and I'm proud of it!Once in a while I'll eat chicken, but that's it.Being a vegetarian is very healthy, as long as you don't go back to being a meat eater, you fine.Because I ate red meat one day, and DUDE!I got so sick.

I really want to become a vegie- or at least eating only free range, organic meats and stuff, but... eh... mum buys organic stuff but I don't know if it's all free range. And when I ask her about being a vegetarian she gives me this whole lecture about how women need iron and that you can't get everything from vegetables. Doesn't help that I'm a fussy eater... eh, when I'm older I'll probably give it a go.

Well I gave it ago with great success!! It's really easy, I've been vegetarian for close to half a year or something. Before I hardly liked any veges, but now I just love them all!! (except maybe corn and brussel sprouts). And there are so many meals you can have, it's not like I thought it would be at all. blaugh

i was a vegetarian for 3 weeks and then i ate ravioli neutral
i felt so bad.
i respect vegetarians and vegans,
but i have met a lot of fake ones and a lot of precher ones.
they make the good ones look bad D:

Me, my boyfriend, and his mom are vegetarians, and most meals at his place are interesting because we outnumber his dad three to one. Thanksgiving was pretty good for us though, because his mom cooks all this great vegetarian food for us, but also puts out some meat because not all of the family is like that. She made some tofu casserole for us... it was good, but it could have done without the peppers (not a big fan of peppers).
I've only been a vegetarian for a while now, but my boyfriend has been one his whole life because his mom raised him that way. She's been a vegitarian since she was in her twenties (I think).
It's a pretty cool way to live, in my opinion.
