Wow...just wow. The LONGEST and MOST corrections needed cry . If nothing else, I'm keeping Able Learner if not Colligated Wizard. Able Learner is available to only human and dopplegangers, it makes all skills class skills. Umm...what's unofficial that I need to get rid of? Do the tamo assassin's daggers count? I see your point on the spell thing..well seeing I dropped Colligated Wizard, I'll readjust the spell count. Oh, my wizzy isn't really a fighter, he's a control freak. Controlling the tide of battle. Anyways with Master's Touch...let's put it this way...imagine the look on a group of baddies when the frailest member of the party can wield an Executioner's Sword without penalty, (That is if I ever find one)

Checklist: Dimitri, I must ask you to get rid of all the unofficial stuff (anything you can't find here is off limits). I don't want anything in the game that I've never seen before and can't easily look up. (? In the process of working on it)
You also seem to have way too many feats. As a human wizard, you should only have 3 plus an Item Creation or Metamagic feat from attaining level 5 in Wizard. You would be unable to have Craft Construct at level 5 because Craft Magical Arms and Armor requires caster level 5th and is a prerequisite for Craft Construct, meaning 6th level is the minimum level for Craft Construct (which also has Craft Wondrous Item as a prerequisite). (Done and done)
You need to mark down which of your skills are class skills and which are cross-class. You have 4 unspent skill points. Also, I highly recommend putting the maximum number of points into Spellcraft if you plan on scribing spells into your spellbook. (Maybe, depends on whether or not Able Learner was accepted.) (Done)
You gotta mark down what 0th level spells you have memorized. (Done) Also, I would recommend some sort of damage dealing spell besides Magic Missile. Scorching ray and fireball would both be excellent additions to your spellbook. If you think they are cliche, just say you researched a cold or electricity version of them... For cold energy, call them freezing ray and iceball, and for electricity, shocking ray and shockball. Or, you could come up with more creative names or whatever. Shockball isn't really a good name, but I couldn't think of anything else ... I think i saw it in a video game once. (Done)
While we're on the subject of spells, as a 5th level wizard, here's the number of free spells you would have: All 0th level, nine 1st level, four 2nd level (you could choose 1st level spells in place of 2nd levels, but that's dumb), and two 3rd level spells (same thing: these two could be 2nd or 1st, but 3rd level spells are better). If you want any spells beyond that, you would have had to buy a scroll and scribe it into your spellbook. We'll assume that you succeed on the Spellcraft check to scribe the spell, but we can't neglect to subtract the money from your purse. (Done)
Don't forget to get some magical items, maybe a wand or minor wondrous item or some such. A wand of magic missile with a caster level of 3rd costs 2250, so you can buy it. Since you have Craft Wondrous Item, I'll let you have crafted any wondrous item that you meet the crafting prerequisites for (just remember, you have to spend 1/2 the market price in materials... we'll forget about the XP) (Done)

Well, the only thing I'll allow from sources I've never heard of is new spells (can't have enough of them), as long as I get a full write-up of them. I'll let you keep the daggers too, but no funky quarterstaff (it's too hard to explain). Though, for flavor, change the name of the daggers to "stiletto" (Tamo Assassin's daggers sound like they're from some Asian themed place. A stiletto is a long, thin dagger quite useful for stabbing someone in the back).
The unofficial stuff that bothers me are the robe you have and the armored sleeves. I can't find them at Crystal Keep and really, armored sleeves just don't make sense giving +1 to AC. Instead of them, get a suit of +1 leafweave padded armor, which costs 1745 gold. It has +2 armor, +9 max dex, 0 armor check penalty, and 0% spell failure. (leafweave armor is from Races of the Wild). Also, I don't know what a Darkfire Orb is, and you don't have the heal skill so what's a Surgeon's kit going to do for you?
Also, I can't allow you to have the construct familiar without you having some sort of feat to allow it, not to mention Craft Construct for the creation of it and some magic to give it an Int score. Just get a regular familiar and lets not deal with the creation of whole new types of constructs just yet. You're only level 5 right now so you can't achieve the goals of your character concept just yet.

Yes, I'll let you take Able Learner. That'll give you even more than 4 skill points to push around. 6 more I think.

The items i got from the Ultimate Equipment Guide.
The body of the contruct familiar was bought/made elsewhere, all I had to do was do a summon familiar ritual. Hmm, let me put this way, would have any Dungeon or Dragon magazines? If you have neither, then I know what to take out. Oh, and the darkfire orb is exactly what it sounds like, it extends darkvision another 60' and provides a no light heating. But in this case it just serves as a reminder of Dimitri's past.

Anything on Crystal Keep is fine. Anything else besides spells, I cannot allow because I don't have the ability to look them up. For spells, just give me a full write-up on them if they're not from any of the WotC books or on Crystal Keep (i.e. from one of the Dragon magazines that Crystal Keep has info on). As for the familiar, I will let you have it but it must have the same stats as a tiny viper but be a construct, meaning it has no Con score and has construct traits. Let's also say it has damage reduction 5/adamantine. Since you are a level 5 wizard, the familiar's Int will be 8 and will have a +3 adjustment to natural armor. Go here for all the other benefits and stats your construct tiny viper familiar will have. In all, I would say your construct would cost you 2000 gold.

Thank you, but I think that might make it a little overpowered. Originally it has int of 6 and no DR making it a little realistic as a snake. *bows* What I put as stats and everything on the sheet for Brendon Heat II are the exact stats. Anyways, what are the chances of someone having an adamantine weapon? sweatdrop In all, I would say your construct would cost you 2000 gold. Yeah, it was around that much.

Well, most constructs have DR, and since it is a familiar it should get all of the familiar benefits. But, since it is tiny and can only do a maximum of 1 damage with its only natural attack (plus poison of course, but with a DC of 10 which is quite low), the combat statistics of it don't really matter much. Really, the familiar is really only useful for delivering touch spells.
Let's give it DR 1/adamantine then, just because it's so small, but it gets all the benefits a familiar gets.

How did you know that it had 1d3-2? Oh, it's bite isn't poisonous, it spits it, at a 10' range! I know it's rather low, but still good. xp

What does this whole thing about familiars getting Natural Armor Adj. and Int mean? Do they get stronger or something?

Yeah, as a wizard or sorcerer rises in levels, their familiars get more powerful. The familiar has the same amount of hit dice as the wizard, and has exactly half the HP of its master. The familiar's ranks in skills are the base creatures, or the masters, whichever is higher (but use the familiar's ability modifiers). The familiar has the base saving throws of the base creature or of the master, whichever is higher (again, you must use the ability modifiers of the familiar and not the master).
Your familiar would have the base saves of --, +2, +4. Constructs are immune to many things that require fort saves, and automatically fail others.
Anyways, for the poison spit attack, that would be a ranged touch attack to hit.

But it's weird for me, I'm more use to a specialized group. On several occasions we had an all caster group. I also had other things like that except me who would always be the caster. The cleric group was funny, spont casting made it hilarious, that and the dm was a bit like me where after 20-ish turn of baddy attacks he just made the thing give up and shoved off xp . It was sooo hilarious. Oh, for all those that can understand this: Dimitri may no longer be Death-touched but that doesn't make him any less...memorable.
