May 13, 2007:Hi guys. I think it's high time that we brought up this issue: Character bashing.As I've said before over and over (and as I have stated in the rules), we do not allow bashing of any sort (character or pairing) to take place within this guild. Unfortunately, this has been happening frequently as Karin was introduced. Let me make this clear: Rule #1 1. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions. Therefore, please be respectful to all of your fellow members. This is meant to be a friendly place where we can hold intelligent discussion. This means no bashing of other characters and/or PAIRINGS. I understand that this is sometimes difficult seeing as how we are often bashed, but let's not stoop down to that level of immaturity. Anyone found to be breaking this rule will receive up to three warnings and if it continues, will be banned.The mods and I have been a bit lenient in the past and have allowed a couple of slip-ups because we recognize that people have opinions and sometimes just happen to voice them negatively. However we are growing considerably as a guild and in that effort, we have to continue to be literate and polite. Remember we want to make a positive image for the SasuSaku fandom. WE don't want to make people who support Karin or NaruSaku or other characters/pairings to feel unwelcome. Feuding over what pairing is better than what completely defeats the purpose of this guild. Please, guys. Remember what this guild was created for: to talk and share our passion for SasuSaku. We love you guys, but if you continue to act in such a manner, the mods and I will step up and start issuing warnings and if need be, even start banning members. +On another note, we have a new affiliation with the Suigetsu x Karin guild. Foremost, we have just recently opened the fan thread sub-forum, where you can create your own clubs based on the characters/pairings that interest you. July 6th, 2007:
First: A late, but still well-to-do congrats to KanaRenee for becoming a guild moderator.
Second: We have just four more days remaining in the SasuSaku Guild Anniversary Contests. ALL Fanfictions/Fanarts/Icons/AMVS are due D: I haven't seen any entries for ICONS or FANFICTION.
We have two entries for AMV's and two for FANART. If you're still working on yours, then you have four more days. Deadline is midnight on the 10th.
Please get those entries in. There's about 15-20K up for prizes for each of these categories.
And I'm anxious to read/watch/spazz over all the entries. heart <33

July 11, 2007:Hello everyone! The contest submission period for the Guild Anniversary has offically ended-- voting will start tomorrow. Be sure to go and view over all the submissions and vote fairly! The prizes are large this time around, everyone, and we'd like everyone to be given equal chance to win heart Also, we've opened yet another interesting fanthread in the Fanthread section. Monday August 6th, 2007We have a few new features, everyone! First off, we all remember the Member/Pairing/Character Fanthread Subforum, correct? Well, now instead of just members of our guild and characters and pairings from Naruto, you can create fanthreads for other anime and manga series! All you need to do is PM I M O G EN for premission to create the FT. Once you have her permission, go wild! Also, please take a moment to stop by the SasuSaku Meet Up thread. Anyone members who attend conventions, or may eventually attend a convention should stop here and see where their fellow SasuSaku-ers may be appearing. Who knows, maybe you'll be able to meet up <3 We already have a pretty hefty number of people and conventions all over the continent that our members are attending wink Lastly, considering some problems we had last weekend with arranging an all day guild event, we have created a thread asking when the most convienent time will be for our members to participate in an all day event. We would appreciate everyone's input, so please stop by and let us know what time is best for you! Remember, not all guild events will be held in the main forum-- some will be held in the General Discussoin subforum, so don't be afraid to move over there and take a look! We have quite a few interesting projects in background being created at the moment-- expect some very unique additions to our guild in the upcoming months! SasuSaku is going to get technologically advanced, everyone! And as a sidenote-- CONGRATULATIONS ON 20,000 POSTS. We've been anxiously awaiting our silp into the 20k post range, and it happened last night! We also now have 900 MEMBERS! We thank you all for the support and hope to see you posting, joining in on events and participating for a long time <3

Friday, August 10th, 2007I M O G E N we're aiming for this Saturday, August 11th. Renee or Iia or Kairi, if you see this message, please make an announcement with the details. The time would be best 7 am-ish my time (Pacific) [10- Eastern, 9 Central] that way we can GUARANTEE the wedding no matter what comes up. You can even make it early. I'll get up no matter what.  So, that's the news. Tomorrow, 10 AM EASTERN/9 AM CENTRAL/7 AM PACIFIC we will be hosting the IMMONEE WEDDING. Please try to attend. We'd love to see you all there <3 Feel free to drop in at any point during the event, as it will be an all day one.
