Yeah, I watch J-Dramas. Sometimes I think they're a little more interesting than anime. xd
I've seen a lot so I can't name all of them, but my top five recommended ones are:
1) Great Teacher Onizuka 2) My Boss, My Hero 3) Iryu: Team Medical Dragon 4) 1 Litre of Tears 5) Densha Otoko

I dont watch that many nihonjin dramas but Korean dramas are very good. I think the only dramas in japan are all on AZN television. They're pretty funny.

Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon =3 and
Hana Kimi...at which I cried at the end because I was so unbelivably happy. I really would have liked Nakatsu and Mizuki to get together, but that's okay. ^-^

j-dramas?... i don't know if this should be under J-drama, but it's pretty damn dramatic to me. i'm currently watching "Fuurin Kazan" (correct me if i romanized it wrong... is too buddha dang lazy to find and C&P the characters). and also "Kazan no Hiruka" or however you spell it. both are currently running/airing where i live (and i live in the States... so no confusion if any). Fuurin is about japanese history, currently running and about ending in Japan. Hiruka is about modern life of a young girl. so yeah... anyone else watch these two j-dramas?

I've watched pretty much all of the J-dramas on crunchyroll.com. But my favorites, on or off of it, are:
Great Teacher Onizuka Detective Conan (someone bring more than the first episode anready!) The Kindaichi Case Files (every series they have) The Death Note Movies (do they count? confused ) Hana Kimi (as well as the Taiwan version) Devil Beside You Saiyuki (based on Kazuya Minekura's version) 100 Tales Of Horror
As well as numerous J-Horror movies.

I really love Japanese Dramas. I only started watching them a year ago, so I'll name all that I've seen and currently watching.
Currently Watching: Hachimitsu to Kuroba (Honey and Clover) -currently airing in Japan- Akihabara@DEEP Gokusen 2 Stand Up!! Tokyo Friends First Kiss
I've seen: Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (Hana Kimi) Hana Yori Dango (Boys Over Flowers) Hana Yori Dango: Returns (Boys Over Flowers) Kurosagi Summer Snow (My 1st J-Drama, yay) Gokusen Kimi wa Petto (You are My Pet) Sore wa Totsuzen Sailor Moon Live Action Nobuta wo Produce To Heart Detective Conan Live Action
Yes, I am obsessed with J-Drama. biggrin I mostly tend to watch Dramas that have the following actors or actoress in them: Ikuta Tomo, Yamashita Tomohisa, Oguri Shun, Horikita Maki, Jun Matsumoto, Domoto Tsuyoshi, Kamenashi Kazuya, and Kitagawa Keiko (though Keiko doesn't act much I'm still a fan.)
I've also watched Japanese Drama and Horror Movies. I can't wait for the Kurosagi Movie to come out!! ^_________^

I have just recently started watching J-Dramas...
[FAVORITES] - Hana Kimi (I was a huge fan of the manga, so I loved the drama =3) - Hana Yori Dango 1 + 2 - HachiKuro / Honey and Clover
[IN THE MIDST OF WATCHING] - Kurosagi - Akihabara@Deep - Kimi wa Petto
I usually have to direct download fansubbed versions from various Livejournal communities. But I have to say Hana Kimi was the most amazing thing ever <3 Although since I've already been a fan of the manga for years, I know I'm a bit biased. But I really loved how the actors were able to bring the characters to life. I didn't like Sano / Oguri Shun very much in the beginning, but by the time I watched it a second time I had warmed up to the character. I really liked how they emphasized the Nakatsu - Mizuki relationship though. So yes, Hana Kimi has gotten me hooked on J-Dramas
