Lady Lachesis Heh, I never suggest anyone just take my word for it. And, I do use both Western and Chinese astrology, but the conversation was focused on Western signs, so that's all I used. In the end it's all up to you. If you wanna go with your gut or use a guide, makes no difference to me, I just like to show off. 3nodding True true. rofl

If your talking about birth charts, I haven't gotten into those yet. Mostly because I haven't needed too.

Lady Lachesis With people it is no different. A shy person needs a bold person to balance them out. The bolder person will get the shyer one to be more social and the shy person can temper the bolder one and make them less foolhardy. So, you see the signs opposite each other have the best balance. They have the things the other needs to be happy and have the best relationship. Before I get started I have read both yours and fogwolf's other posts I just needed a convenient quote to kick off my two cents worth on this opposites thing. I tend to go for people who are either more like me or boost me up a bit more (Currently crushing on an Aries who never called back crying ) having said that I'm a saggitarian and my only relationships of significant note have been with a Pisces and a Taurus (ok, I know, I figure I'm working through the compatability zodiac backwards!). From experience I don't want someone who feels a lot/is overly introverted and I don't want someone overly stable who looks at my extroversion/mutability as weird. Honestly I'd prefer a bold sign I think to a shy one, but having said that I overall think an Aries/ Aquarius/Leo might be nice biggrin Having said all that I have yet to meet a male gemini, so this could all be reversed if/when I do. I guess I prefer someone I can run around and 'play' with rather than someone to be supportive or to make up for what I lack...I want someone to make my good qualities better and together we can ignore the crappy ones! (er, ok, I'm optimistic/irresponsible...)

OMG! I totally know a male Gemini! His names Matthew (or Matt for short). He juggles, for real, clubs; balls; anything with it's own balance, lol. His user name on Gaia is NagaWolfwood. Go talk to him, get some Gemini experience under your belt. I'm sure if he likes you he'll try to reel you into playing Ragnarok Online with him.

I'm trying to wean myself off it (and doing so successfully) after I realised I was dumping copious amounts of my life into it...(was a sad realisation, but occassionally I'll 'relapse' lol). Juggling's cool though, being a pretty clumsy person I appreciate anyone with some small measure of co-ordination!

Totally. I saw him do it in person once, he's really good. He even skipped a Halloween party to go to a juggling convention, heh.

Candy Bomber What is your sign and your partner's sign? Do all the astrology books and websites say that it would never work, even though everything is fine right now? Why is that so? Or do you think it is true? For example, Capricorns are supposed to be a good choice for Pisces. But I personally don't think I could date one -^_^- Too many weird Capricorn experiences (I'm not saying that all Capricorns are weird). I'm a Pisces, and my boyfriend is a Gemini. One place online told Pisces people to "run for the hills" when it comes to Gemini people XD What do you guys think? OMG I am a pisces and I REFUSE to date a capricorn, thats some bad chemistry, but it has a lot to do with rising and falling signs. The guy I am very interested in now is a scorpio, we work well together. I haave noticed I seem to be most attracted to other signs of water, works well for me cuz they can usually tolerate my complexity and emotional instability.
