You shading's been getting better! I mean, just look at that skirt! (: To get the shading a little smoother, you could get the pixel crispness of dithering, get a smoothed-out look by using a blur tool, or use the paintbrush tool to gradually shade your clothes (: Don't forget to add a slightly harsh outline for clothes, for both your skirt and shirt, to define them a little better...And the stars on the skirt are a nice touch, but I think they would curve just a bit, and deserve a tad bit of shadows, as well ^_^

ok I will work on that but I need to learn to make creases in dresses plus I need to make more edits.
