We are in Metropolis and you are in the Talon] Chloe handed Joe her credit card. THen she grabbed it from him when he was done charging her. THen she just started to head over to a table. "So what do you think about that Kevin guy? I mean he is the one that erased your memory right? So how come you two are on such good terms. I mean the guy took your memory and yet you greet each like your best friends.- He better not be by the way" she shot him a threatning glance and then smiled to show she was joking.

A woman was sitting in the coffe shop the two had just walked into.She had just moved into Metropolis staying in a hotel for the time being. Keeping her stuff in storage until she found a place to live. At the moment she was hunting threw the paper for anything. Even checking the Smallville paper nothing yet it seemed. "I'll never find anything.." she groaned lightly and kept looking. "Or a job..what a life..I leave the south for another slow moving redneck central.." she chuckles lightly mumbling this of course. Wearing blue jeans and a dark purple teeshirt with mathcing wrist length gloves. Sipping a glass of water and enjoying the quiet for the time being. A highlighter in her hand to mark what she finds which was nothing yet.

"I don't know what it is about the guy Clark but, he just doesn't seem...normal to me. Like he is hiding something. He wouldn't happen to be Wall of Weird material and you just aren't telling me about it is it? even though we already know what is causing it, its still intregues me." she grabbed the Latte she had just ordered and headed over to a small table for two near the window. On her way over there she noticed a woman reading a smallville Ledger newspaper. "Oh are you from Smallville?" she asked the woman.

Hearing the woman address her she looked up from the paper a moment "No m'am I'm not...from Louisiana actually.." she smiles softly andgive a nod of greeting. there was two seats at the table she was sitting at. Folding up her papers and laying them one on top of the other "You two are welcome to join me.." she had a cajun sound to her voice.

"Mostly just looking for a place to live.." she smiles lightly and shook her hand. "My last home was high school in New Orleans.." she smiles lightly. "Just looking to spread my wings I guess.." tapping her pencil lightly she wasn't telling them the real reason. Which was her powers lately had been giving her problems. She hoped they never found that out.

Unless your interested in waitressing because i'm pretty sure Mrs. Kent is hiring at the Talon. That's Clark's mom actually. With the LUthorcorp planet there they put up some new Apartment Complexes im sure you could find a home. That is if your so interested in Smallville." Chloe sipped her coffee and gave a weird glance at Clark who was being ever so quiet. "this is Clark by the way" Chloe said thuming in the direction in which Clark was sitting.

Clark just kept nodding during the whole conversation and looked at Chloe who got his attention. "S-Sorry. Nice to meet you." He gave a friendly smile and scratched his head still smiling until it died down. He had many other things on his mind but tried to ignore them. "Umm sorry I didn't catch your name. What was it?" His memory clicked about New Orleans but kept his mind off of it.
