Kanati drank abit more than he realy wanted while he thought about Starshine.
~What has happened to me? I no longer seem to care for the leasons of the land, all I can seem to think about is Starshine, but I cant fall in love, no I promised the spirits I wouldnt.~ he stopped drinking then turned to glance at Starshine.
He noticed her looking at him and he tried not to smile to oddly.

Starshine chuckled softly as he finally turned to smile at her. "Kanati..." she said softlyas she moved towards him. "I cant help but notice that you have been acting... strangely lately... can I ask why?" she said with a tilt of her head. Her rainbow hair falling over in front of her indigo eyes.

Kanati walked around to face her as she aproached him.
What was he to say? He flattened his ears out of frustration. He lowered his head trying to think of a reply.
"Well....I you, you..know these pale faces and all." he stutted out before walking past her slightly heading to the fruit trees searching for a subject changer. He wasnt sure how to awnser her his feelings or how to explain them seeing as he himself could not do such to calm his own mind.
As he lifted his head to look at the sparkling raises of light peering through the trees. The wind for the first time whispered to him again like it once did on an hourly bases.
Tsi nasigi uyoi, hia adonvdo nahdvga nasigi ganaquatisdi Tsi, iyusdi wili nasgi ganetliyvsdi.

Kanati stood there in awe of how blunt the spirits had been, when normaly they spoke in riddles. He felt the wind blow his mane around him. He closed his eyes still unsure of his feelings.
He didnt want to rush into anything, to just turn around and proclaim love was foolish to not say anything at all was foolish. Besides how was he to know what she felt of him. What if she saw him as nothing more than an old teacher and would think him perverted stallion after her beauty, if he said something brashly. Was that all this was about? Was he just after her beauty or was there something more a deeper conection.
Kanati knew he needed to find these things out, but how?

The pale mare nodded softly. "Yes... I suppose this whole situation has changed us all.." she said, her gaze shifting to the trees as the birds flitted around the branches. She didnt press him further, but she knew that wasnt the only thing that had changed him...that had changed her as well. Starshine shook her head and gave a small nicker. "You know Kanati..." she began looking over her shoulder at the stallion. "I cant help thinking...here in this place... That everything will be alright." A smile graced her face as she looked at the troubled stallion. Is that how she had looked...no she had been fearful.. Kanati was dealing with some inner turmoil...just under the surface. She wanted to help him, but she knew that this was a battle he would have to deal with on his own.
She blushed softly as she looked at him, almost as if she was seeing him in a knew light. Her strong willed teacher was also soft, majestic yet sensive. Wise, yet still the fool. She turned her gaze away fearful he might see the rosey pigment upon her pale cheeks.

Kanati turned to look at her just in time to catch a hint of the rosey pigment. He smirked abit wondering what it was about before politly averting his gaze back to the trees.
He thought about what to say as he closed his eyes which seemed to help him think.
~This moment is not the right time not just yet~ he thought.
"Starshine we are safer here then anywhere else in the lands. I plan to raise my foals here should I ever become a father." Kanati turned and smiled at her.
"Remember the fun we had when we first met?" Kanati asked raising one brow.

Starshine looked about her, the stillness and the quiet as the wind gently swept through the trees. Yes, one day this would be a wonderful place to rear young. "Im sure that one day when you do have foals, You'll be a wonderful father." she said with a smile. Her viberant tail flicked against the ground before pooling on the green grass.
Her mind flitted back to that faitful day, when she had sighted the stallion on the bluff. "Yes I do." she said with a soft giggle. "That was... a very exciting day for me. "

Kanati tilted one ear and he chuckled abit.
~Enough of worry enjoy this time.~ he thought to himself.
"Right then,tag!!!" he nipped lightly at her mane before taking off through the trees letting out a whicker of a laugh.

Starshine blinked as he tagged her and then took off through the trees. He seemed to be more like himself now, more like how she had met him, and that made her happy. She laughed and spun around taking off after him. "Just you wait, I'll get you yet!"

"I doubt that!!!" Kanati yelled twisting through the trees and glancing over his shoulder at her.
"Have you already forgotten my trickery?!" he shouted with a laugh.

"Trickery, Such a good word for your Illusions and misceif!" she yelled at him, her hoove beats thundering across the ground. She giggled after him, tucking her head she blazed forward with a sudden burst of speed in an attempt to catch up with the stallion.

Kanati laughed, but something stirred in side of him. Perhaps courage was what it was , but no matter for now.
Kanati laughed once more speeding off he turned vanishing wish his old illusions.
"Maybe One day Ill teach you my tricks......" his voice bounced through the trees.

The mare expected him to vanish before her very eyes this time. So as his body faded from veiw she gave a wild whinney. A new found wind she brust forward, determined to catch the lead this time. "We'll see how good your tricked can be when one expects them!" she called out to him, quite sure that she had managed to outsmart him this time. That was of corse, unless he had another trick.

Kanati had many other tricks,but seeing her dash behind him something in him shook. Instead of pulling another trick. All the sudden he stopped and turned to face her his look was odd yet quite serious.
"I....I ...cant stand it anymore.....Ive got to know...Starshine what am I to you?"

"woah, Ack!" she squeeked as he pulled up and turned to face her. The mare had to slam on the breaks and quickly. She lightly skidded as her golden hooves dug into the ground, her mane floating around her pale form in a wild frenzy. She panted, fully winded from the race, Kanati however looked calm and collected save for the look in his eyes. "what do you mean Kanati?" she asked through heaving breaths.

"I mean what am I to you, Im a just a friend or could I be something more? Ive been fighting with myself I really like you and like being around you, but I was worried that it would interfear with my way of life, but then I realized I couldnt imagine being alone again, I couldnt see myself without you by my side. Now the only question stands am I just your teacher or what?" Kanati spoke though her beauty made him stutter as her mane had flowed around her neck and face when she had come to the fast stop he thought he had never seen anyone or anything so beautiful before.
