Juuni struggle a little more before flopping to the floor and submitting with a soft yowl. She was actually surprisingly comfortable and yawned widely before licking her lips.

Later that afternoon, Kimiho was woken from a light sleep as a psychic whistle went off in her mind. Minutes later one of the younger officers of 4th squad came tearing up the steps and through the door out of breath. Kimi quickly shook of the sleep that pawed at her, ignoring the fact that her subordinate had just seen her snoring atop a pile of half written reports. Her feral eyes narrowed with apprehension.

The messenger gulped down a few breaths of air and then everything started tumbling out.

"Theserialkiller'smovedfrom theporttwon to *gulp* V'erinandhe'sintercepted Guard Captain Shin and a female member identifiedas Madison... Situationdeemed *huff* Critical ma'm."

"Easy, slow down. BREATHE. Shin seperated from Sierra-samma?!"

"He rode two days ahead Kimi-san, I was on my way to tell you that when the report of the criminal came through... I rushed here as fast as I could."

Just on the outskirts of the DSBG estates, at the large iron gate stood a small boy. Despite the cold he wore no shoes and only a simple pair of cloth trousers. His large and considerably fluffy tail was wrapped around his waist and the goosebumps on his arms showed just how cold he actualyl was. A soft mist of white slowly formed at his feet and he smiled at the mist seemed to solidify into Flik, his cloud spirit and he was lifted a few feet off the ground. One small hand reached out to touch the gate, the gold bracelet on his wrist glimmering as the light caught it.

"I thought maybe she was here Flik..."

Indeed, who he thought would've been on the estate he didn't say but they'd recognise him once they saw him, even if he had disappeared since the destruction of Leviathan Stadium.

As Ketto's hand reached out and rested upon the old gate, the blackened wrought-iron would almost 'glimmer' in irridescence for a moment, the elaborately intertwined bars that barred access to those who had no permission to enter the premesis shuddered and with an ancient groan, the gate swung open.

If Ketto and Flik entered, a couple moment's down the path they would be met by a young woman dressed in white healer's robes. The uniform of the 1st GUARDIAN division. The young woman would be hurrying along the path towards them, slightly out of breath and looking more than a little anxious. Her dusty rose hair, cropped just above her shoulders and framing a friendly face with large blue eyes. She would kneel before them and speak softly, her tone full of hope.


"Ketto-kun?"

Who was this woman? And how did she know the boy's name?




Elsewhere, Kimiho had arrived at the Bureau of Intel only to be greeted by a vision of mayhem. Her people were running in every which direction, yelling updates at one another and trying to update reports. She was nearly run over by a black haired woman wearing glasses and carrying a stack of papers that she could barely see over.

"Ugn! OH!! Kimiho-Samma, there you are! We've been trying to reach you but you had a barrier up!"

"Well... it WAS my day off... What's all this about?"

"The Serial killer that's been stalking prey around Da'n'ark and V'erin has been located. 1st guard Captain Shin is currently engaging him. The member known as Madison is with him, she's unconcious... from what we don't know, but she's being shielded by Shin at the moment."


"When did Shin leave Sierra and why wasn't I informed?"

"We belive they parted paths four days ago, 3 at the very least. We did not know of this because until recently they were not back in our lands. Sierra is in K'ethrl."


"The very edge of our borders--

"Also... she has a Devil with her."


"WHAT?!! She located Lord Vahn?

Kimiho's eyes widened as she whirled alertly on the other woman. Too much was going on that they didn't know about and she didn't like it.
The other woman frowns and adjust her glasses.

"No. The man has been Identified as one known as Dragosani Kain... a mercenry that the Lady picked up in her travels."


"Do we know anymore about him than that? Is he trustworthy?!

"We don't know."




"He's a class 3 threat..."


"Evacuate the inhabitants within a 10km radius of their location immediately!!"

Everyone was so focused on the crisis that, nobody would notice the tiny figure slip in behind Kimiho....

Indeed, so busy was the Bureau that Juuni was completely ignored. That was until one of the team members ran by her and stood down hard on the young girls tail causing her to yowl unpleasantly as she spun to hiss at the offender with a penetrating feline glare.

"Hiiissss~~! Watch where you ish treadings!"

"Oh..."

Ketto couldn't help but feel a little disappointed and stood there blankly as Shana wrapped him up int he blanket before bundling him into her arms. Flik buzzed a little apprehensively and floated up to Ketto's level and nuzzled against his cheek. If she'd of had eyes you'd have bet she'd have given Shana a good looking over and to Shana it probably felt like Flik was doing so anyways.

Finally Ketto found his voice again, "Where -is- Rei-sama? You smelt of her you see... And I ish beens trying to find her..."

Juuni pouted up at Kimiho as she stroked her tail before glaring at the man telling her she couldn't be here.

"He stood on mah tail! Now ish all kinky!" crying
