*thinks about crush again, sighs* I need a backbone.... xp journal It also really hurts now because my parents are always on my case about how there's "a right time to love", which really means "after my studies are completed". I understand where they're coming from...but it still sucks to be developing feelings for someone while keeping that in mind at the same time. redface That's also a part of why I hold back on admitting it to him...if he actually returns the feelings (long shot, I know, but there's a teeny-tiny chance it could happen? whee ) and we start developing a relationship... Well, I can't keep it a secret for long. One way or another, my parents will find out...and that is the day I will be a dead woman. eek No, seriously. If I so much as think of having a boyfriend at this time, they will scream and lecture my brains out. If I actually do get a boyfriend, they will scream and probably BEAT my brains out. Really. They have threatened to slap me around, and I must take their word for it. Funny how falling in love at the so-called "wrong time" is such a crime in this family. gonk

You should try telling them how you feel, and that you're old enough to make relationship choices for yourself now 3nodding ...Just don't make it sound snotty xp lol^.^

Azura Bladewright I know, I know...I'm turning 20 in less than a month now, dammit. o_o;; But my parents can get kinda manipulative. They know how to turn my arguments around and make me feel stupid about them. Plus my mom is so overly religious that there's that "WH04MG j00 r 7H|NK|N6 4B0U7 s3xx0r 41r3dy, 4r3N'7 j00?! T3H DEVIL'S OUT TO GET j00!!!!!!one11!!!!" factor she manages to impale into every little discussion. I'm trying to explain that my thoughts are completely the opposite, that I just want to know what a meaningful relationship is like, but she won't hear any of it. o_o;;

I have aguy i like ALOT but he doesnt TALK EVER!!! he likes me to and it's a known fact but he is to freakin shy to talk to me.... grrr stressed lol Well, That sounds like something middle-schoolers would do. Plus he is 22 and I am 18 so that would be a tad silly. We see each other several times a week. But he still refuses to open his mouth and say "Hi"..... stressed Ah well...
