Eden nodded. So... there would be a mission... and she would be assigned to a group. 'I wonder what it will be...' she thought, her mind running through all the possibilities. Her fingers tapped the arms of her chair lightly as she thought.

((*ahem* I know I won't say this much, since I don't like cutting into the RPing with just an OCC note, but I must ask some of you to write a little bit more than just the one or two liners. Remember, thoughts, feelings, sensations, anything you can think of to put in the post. Is you're character sweating? Do they hear flies somewhere? Are they picking their nails, that sort of humanly characteristics. Okay? A paragraph of that is all the Mods want, nothing too hard -- correct? wink ))

"Really? If I get to go alone...bet it's a covert spy mission..." But something felt odd, why would she send a single Genin on a spy mission? It just didn't seem right. Jeiden closed his eyes and began scratching his chin, now imagining what his mission could be. So many things were cropping up in the back of his mind, what if the mission was something horrible, like helping Old Lady Hokage with papers? Or even worse....construction work. Jeiden's eyes shot open and he gave a clear shudder.
Jeiden couldn't help himself. He looked up at Tsuande and blurted out his question in an unnaturally loud voice. "I'm not going to be helping you with papers or anything am I?!" His face flushed a light shade of pink at his tactlessness. "Because I don't want my first mission to be a boring one." He added hastily.

Eden couldn't help herself; she let out a small giggle, then clapped a hand over her mouth, blushing bright red. She sank back into her chair, still blushing. The thought of Jeiden helping Hokage-sama with all that paperwork... Eden barely managed to stop from laughing again, her hand still clamped firmly over her mouth.

"Squirt, brat?" Jeiden hissed quietly, his temper flaring. He had half-risen out of his chair, his fists balled. Then he realized that punching the Hokage in the face was probably a bad idea, and he settled back into his chair. "Just a little eager, that's all." He muttered with his arms crossed. It doesn't matter how dangerous or simple it is, I'll get it done anyways! He thought venomously, casting one more grumpy look at Tsunade before giving up on his bad mood. "Either way, I still can't wait." He stated boldly.

Eden frowned slightly. What was all this about? Genin being called here, reorganized into groups with no leader... Eden bit her lip thoughtfully. Her eyes flickered between Jeiden, the Hokage, Jace, and the other ninja in the room. And why all the secrecy? Calling a meeting while most of the chuunin and jounin were out watching the border... What was going on?
