The new girl runs in the door of the Wednesday-schoolhouse, carrying more school supplies than one student could ever possibly need.

...it's pretty sad when the students all show up eager to learn (or eager to avoid punishment) and the teacher's absent...
Kiji shrugs to herself and steps out of the shadows to wander slowly along the side of the classroom, looking thoughtful.

He struts in, late and obviously in poor spirits. He nods to the class, at least they showed up today. He sists on his desk, putting his feet up and smiling

Mory shrugs and accepts this as one of those divine wisdom things she'll probably figure out later. She gathers up her school things...and the bag of paper airplanes. You never know when those may come in handy. wink
