lexi1999 wolf fate nice im going on my second year in military services. I am currently in a Youth Leadership program and got nominated by congress to go to Leaders summit group of Washington D.C. cant say much more, but you can look up leaders summit what is rotc? ROTC stand for Reserve Officer Training Corps it's a program that runs in high school and colleges for students who want to join the military to get a little hand on experince in some aspects of military life

wow..all of you guys are lucky. My school doesn't have either branches JROTC program. it makes me kinda wish i attend a public high school rather a private one. sweatdrop

Theres other programs like JROTC but are outside of school. Sea Cadets (Navy), Civil Air Patrol aka CAP (Air Force), Young Marines (Marines), and then the ACA (Army). However..dont ask me what the ACA means..I think its Army Cadet Association or something like that. Just google them and im sure youll find atleast one of these programs where you live or close to it. I know I have to drive 30-45 minutes for Sea Cadets which sucks..but in the end its worth it.

Air force Junior Reserve officer Training Core Aeronautical Sciences 3: Exploration Space..and 3 more things.

I've already done AS III..its actually really interesting. I'm a 3rd year cadet..HECK YEAH! Lol..that was a fun course. I wish I could retake it.

Try and see it from the freshman's point of view though. Nobody likes someone who is constantly on them, taking things way too seriously, and is basically making a complete a** out of themselves. If you keep that up, they won't be willing to listen to you and will even be less willing to continue with the program sometimes depending on the cadet. Give them hell when needed, but don't take it serious. This is after all not the real military. Help them out, and show them the ropes. I'm sure thats what you would of appreciated when you were a freshman, entering into a new school. They already feel intimidated by you-why make it worse? Also-if you only do it occasionally when its needed then it will work better. Yelling at people only makes them frustrated, and frustrated people are harder to work with. You don't have to take my advice though, I have had some experience in leadership positions and this is what I have found out.

That's kind of funny to me, because i'm a Freshman and no body tried to mess with me. I'm too tall for them. So in my AFJROTC unit, I'm at least five inches taller than my Major and Master Sergeant.

I want to go see the Navy vs Army game. (BEAT ARMY!!) Maybe I can convince my parents of the importence of going to see it.. lol
Ugh..I want a new job in AFJROTC!! Logistics CC sucks..kinda. I've heard too many Sarahineeda's then I would care to think about at the moment. And I don't enjoy picking up after 2 grown men.
