"Nnn." Xel grunted shaking his head. He couldn't possibly make it back right now. A little rest and then he'd try again. He smiled to her weak though it was it was reasurring. "Just want to sit here a little longer." He reached out to grab her bringing her into his lap. "Sit with me." He said and allowed her to get comfortable while he rested.
At this point his heart was just not beating fast enough to get blood the places he needed. Oxygen wasn't being delivered correctly making it hard for him to move or breath for that matter. He managed to keep a good hold on himself as being in the surrounding thicket helped with his oxygen need. He knew what he was doing, just a little more and he'd be able to get back to his dorm. "So how's school been treating you." A little small talk to keep her worrying to a minimum.

Israel tucked herself comfortably on Xel's lap. She tried not to look at him. He knew what he was doing, but she didn't want to get worked up again just by the mere sight of him. She reached up and pulled the flower out from her ear and twirled it around in her fingers.
"School has been alright I suppose. I've been spending a lot of time down in the art studio, working on some paintings for my class there," she said. "How about you?"

Xel sighed reaching up to brush her hair. "I've been keeping up. I have to come up with a proper flower arrangement for the Festival of the Dead, the garden club is in on that project." He sighed. "I've been doing good so far with classes, though I messed up on a recent test so I'm going to re-test. I think I'm gonna need a tutor for once." He chuckled the idea of a tutor never did suit Xel, he was a decent student and he loved to study which was a surprise.

Israel perked up at his mention of a flower arrangement. Looking up from the flower in her hand she smiled up into his violet eyes.
"You do flower arranging? I've been in desperate need of a still life for one of my projects. Do you think you could come up with something for me? Something that could represent.... Let's see..." she trailed off as she thought of something that would be good to paint. Her eyes lit up when a thought struck her. "Something that would represent our relationship," she smiled, tucking the flower back behind her ear and reaching out to twirl some of his long locks around her fingers. "Do you think you'd like to do something like that for me?" she asked, looking up hopefully into his eyes.

Xel chuckled at her excitement he hadn't really thought about his second love of arranging flowers but it all came with the territory. Leaning down to kiss her on the cheek he nuzzled her whispering in her ear. "I can do anything you like." He spoke softly. "I'll work on that as soon as I get my assignment for the garden club in." He informed and leaned back taking in a deep breath. "Hmm..something that represents our relationship." He could see the colors and knew what flowers would work. The only issue was he didn't grow all those flowers here. Perhaps the garden club had some in the official garden of Aquila. He would have to see. If not he'd simply grow them here, after all he had a green thumb for these things.
"When do you need this arrangement. I may need a little time to grow the proper flowers for this." He nodded wincing slightly but thankful she was preoccupied twirling with the flower and her excitement.

"No time limit yet. It's not due until the end of the semester. So whenever you think you're ready to do it, just give me a heads up so that I'll be ready," she said looking back up and kissing his cheek. "I really appreciate it Xelly," she said, trying to ignore the slight sheen of prespiration that was on her lips from kissing him. She grew quiet for a moment, then looked back down to the lock of hair she was playing with.
"Is there anything that I can do for you Xelly? Anything at all you want from me?" she asked, chewing lightly on her lip.

Xel eyed her for a second not sure what she was getting at. He nuzzled her neck smiling. "I don't want you to do anything that you don't want." He said softly. "That's what I want from you Isis." He wasn't about to jump to conclusions but he kept his eyes trained on her. Caressing her face he leaned in to sample another kiss brushing his lips softly against her own. "I want you." He said simply. "I always have you know that..." he reclaimed her lips to show her what he meant.
But in the back of his mind worries began to plague him. He didn't understand why now. Pulling back he held her close speaking softly. "Isis. I don't want your sympathy or pity. I dont want you to feel sorry for me or obligated to give me something simply because of my condition." he looked her in the eyes. "I'm probably going to kick myself in the morning for this but I don't want you to give up something so precious simply because you think you have to. Do it because its what your heart tells you, nothing more, nothing less."

Israel pulled out of his arms to stand up. She took a deep breath and let the cool breeze caress her rather warm cheeks. She looked back down at him with a small smile.
"How about this instead," she offered slipping back down to her knees to kneel next to him. She slipped both of her hands into his hair and pressed her lips against his.

Xel looked up at her as she stood but followed her again when she wrapped her arms around him and planted him with a sweet kiss. He sighed into the kiss, for once she took over which was surprising to say the least. He just sat there leaning back on his hands as she kissed him, he didn't do much to return it, mostly teasing. After plenty of teasing he returned the kiss wrapping her in his arms and bringing her close to him.
He always gave in where Isis was concerned, it was something he couldn't control. And even now he wanted more but was just too confused as to what she wanted to give him. Pulling away gently he bumped her forehead with his own smiling. "Isis...I'm confused." he said finally. "What's bringing this about?" He brought her closer kissing softly down her neck though he didn't move as fast as he usually would. "I really need to know...please tell me you've decided. I don't know how much longer I can hold out." He said and turned her to kiss the hollow of her neck nipping lightly. "Talk to me..." He said growing bolder with his menstrations he slid his hand under her shirt touching her warm skin an interesting contrast to the cool breeze around them.

Israel closed her eyes tightly, a small frown on her face. s**t, she thought. Why did everyone ask her to be sure? Didn't they know that making her think about it was generally not a good idea, she wondered.
"s**t," she said aloud, melting against him. "I tried Xelly. When I broke up with Sora I wanted him to, but I couldn't. Right now I want to, but I can't. I don't know why. I'm usually one to just take what she wants, but this one thing I can't. s**t," she said again, leaning her head against his shoulder.
"I care about you so much and I know I'm hurting you by doing what I'm doing, but it's so hard to stop. Please, don't be angry with me," she said softly.

Xel listened to her sighing to himself. He pulled away from his attentions simply rubbing her back. When she lay against him he nuzzled against her neck. "Israel." he began using her name. "There's a thin line between lovers and friends. We've been treading dangerously close to becoming lovers and yet for some reason or another we pull away." He kept her close kissing along her neck even though she had stopped him before he just couldn't help himself. "Isis, I want you so badly...no I need you. I need to know what its like with a woman and I've choosen you to be my first girl." He confessed nibbling on the tip of her ear. "I know its not easy sometimes, and I'm not going to force you but regardless of what you do in the future, I won't stop until you're mine. So if now isn't the right time then don't worry. If I am not the right person, I can deal with that... but don't pass this moment up simply because you are afraid of what could be." He smiled lifting her chin to look her in the eye. "I think I've fallen for you..hard and I'm not going to give up on you. Not yet."

"I... I... God damn it Xel!" she said, pressing her lips to his. She kissed him hard and rough, then pulled away. "I'm not ready. Not yet Xelly. Not... all the way," she said dropping her eyes and blushing slightly.

Taken back by the kiss he didn't have time to react before she pulled away. A slight whimper left him at the loss but he didn't go in for more. Chuckling he got to his feet dusting off his pants. Helping her to her feet he could only laugh, "Well that about wraps it up for today."
Looping his arm into hers he began to escort her out of the garden but half way to the exit he turned to look at her. A simple smirk to his lips before he roughly grabbed her and brought her to him. No words were exchanged but he'd be damned if he let her show him up with a kiss like that. He roughly took her lips to his sliding his arms around her waist and pressing her body taunt against him. His other hand fisted in her hair he simply gave her a taste of her own medicine. And before she could react he departed licking her bottom lip and sauntering off with a waive of his hand. "Come on slow poke its getting late..." and with that he dipped from the garden's hidden hedges.

Israel was floored when Xel kissed her so passionately. When he pulled away so suddenly, she was left standing with a hand on her hot face as she watched him slip through the branches. Oh how that boy liked to play dirty, she thought. She looked around the garden once more, trying to calm herself down. Once she was sure she could walk again on her wobbly legs she strode forward to emerge from the hedges. She looped her arm around his waist and rested her head against his shoulder.
"You're so cruel," she smiled up at him.

Xel chuckled patting her arm lightly as they strolled back to the dorms. Today was a good day, despite his illness throughout the day he had had fun and was able to forget about most of his worries. Even now he felt a lot better color making its way to his face.
Coming up to Israel's door, he unhooked his arm from hers sliding her against the door. He hovered over her caressing her lip with his thumb. "I had fun today, Isis." He said smiling softly, his eyes held a glint of mischief but he reigned in those thoughts just for now. "And I want to apologize for scaring you so...I don't ever want to see that face frowning toward me in fear. K?" He said and leaned in to brush a feather soft kiss to her lips.
