5.Dracula . Yes the one that was in black and white. I have a thing for vampires and over dramatic acting.
4. Candyman. When i first saw this movie i stayed away from mirrors for a week. It took me months to finally be able to say candy man into a mirror five times
3. Ju-on The Japanese version. Most of the time when i live action movie is in some thing other then English i am confused. But this had subtitles so i was not cunfused but scared shitless. Little kids meowing scares me now
2.Nightof the living dead . I love zombies. Not the fast movieing zombies but the slow moving ones that reak of the grave. They strike fear into the hearts of even the most brave.
1.A nightmare on elm street. This movie kept me up at night had me wake up screaming and gave me a goal in life. TO my knolige this is wes cravens fineist momment.

1. A Tale Of Two Sisters Definately one of the best scary movies out there. Once again, there aren't a bunch of special effects to let you know that something's horribly wrong, but it has you battling with yourself about what's happening, right up to the last 5 minutes. Also, the music is amazing, manipulating your emotions right and left. Happy music plays during one of the saddest scenes in the entire movie, giving you a sort of bitter-sweet feeling that makes you want to burst into tears every time you think of it, long after you've seen the movie. It's scary, and it will also make you cry even if you don't usually cry at movies.
2. Ju-On Awesome movie, so much better than the American remake, because it shows Kayoko and Toshio in a whole different light, and leaves you with this creepy "something isn't right" feeling long after the credits.
3. The Eye Great movie, that makes you afraid of your own eyesight. You never know what you're going to see in this movie. Plus it has a sad storyline to it too.
4. The Ring and Ringu Once again, the Japanese one is better, because they don't have to rely on scary special effects to get the point across, that Sadako is one scary b***h, but they're both good in the sense that nothing is right, and there is no way to prevent what's coming.
5. Carrie Not only scary, but you also feel sorry for the character, and there's this feeling that if only one person had been nicer to her, so many horrible things could ahve been prevented.

1) Night of the Living Dead - My first horror movie and still one of my favorites. Zombies are scary and creepy and no one does them like Romero
2)Resident Evil - A scary movie without being overly gory. I love the whole explanation for the zombies in this movie, it's a disease. The video game this movie is based on is pretty cool too.
3)Land of the Dead - This movie is a gore fest but I love it. The zombies are creepy and well done in this movie. Once again, no one does zombies like Romero.
4) House on Haunted Hill (1999) - This was one movie that surprised me, one of the best horror movies I have seen. It's creepy...and the whole basement thing...wow...
5)Dawn of the Dead (remake) - My favorite horror movie...bar none. It's scary, only slightly gory and the main characters are pretty interesting. The zombies look excellent in this movie, very believeable.

1. SAW- As a Gore fan, rather than a horror fan, the genius of this movie astaunded me. It was most likely the most infuential movie of my life. Until i saw SAW I could not even call myself a fan of the horror genre, let alone the Gore genre.
2. Hostle- The essence of a great movie:Sex & Violence. the fact that it had an above average plot didnt hurt it either.
3. SAW II- The second coming was an even better movie than the origonal. though it was the first that infuenced who i am today.
4.The hills have eyes- I admite, besides the fact that this movie was void of a decent plot, It has got to be the first movie that has EVER knotted my stomache.
5. Skin Deep- a poor B-rated movie, because there isnt enough gore out there.

Cuttle_Fish 2)Resident Evil - A scary movie without being overly gory. I love the whole explanation for the zombies in this movie, it's a disease. The video game this movie is based on is pretty cool too. They're making a 3rd Resident Evil film, i think it's called 'Resident Evil: Evolution' due for release Septmeber '07.

5-Freddy vs. Jason- It had tons of gore which I like. If i'm in the mood for gore I just pop this one in & i'm good to go!!! blaugh 4-Stephen King's Sleepwalkers- Totally awesome. This may sound kinda gross but incest in movies intrigues me...O.o;; It's gross in real life but in movies I like it. stare 3-The Hills Have Eyes (Original & Remake)- Both pretty gory, both pretty good. Interesting storyline, it had me throughout the whole movie. 2- Amityville Horror (Remake)- I haven't seen the original but it sounds really good. The remake definitely got my heart pounding. I haven't bought it yet but I plan too! 3nodding 1- The Ring: The ring scared the crap outta me! I couldn't believe it! I bought the movie two days after we rented it. xd

[my first post in a really, really long time!]
5. [Rear Window] Alright, so it's not that scary. But, in a way, I find it kind of eerie. It's so strange in that the main character stumbled on to a murder that was basically in his own backyard. Alfred Hitchcock=love. 4. [Night of the Living Dead] Zombies, zombies, and more zombies. Possibly my favorite murderous creature of them all. George Romero is a friggin' genious and he deserves to be worshipped as a God. 3. [Bride of Chucky] Jennifer Tilly and a killer doll. Need I say more? 2. [The Devil's Rejects] A truly fantastic movie. I think Rob Zombie beautifully directed it. He had a lot of disgusting parts but he also added in some light-hearted moments to put a bit of a balance in the story. I ALWAYS cry at the end. 1. [House of 1000 Corpses] A lot of people hate this movie. I cannot, for the life of me, see why. It has to be one of the greatest horror films ever. In my book, anyway. There's tons of killing, lots of gore, and Sheri Moon Zombie. What else could you ask for?

5) Nightmare on Elm Street - The original and the third one were the best of course the only two that Wes Craven actually was apart of.
4) Childs Play - The movie that caused me to develope a complex regarding all dolls.. possibly to blame for becoming a tom boy eek
3) Stephen King's IT - What can I say this movie caused me to punch a clown when I was eight years old at a circus.
2) Hellbound Hell Raiser 2 - Another Clive Barker film on my top list.
1) Night Breed - Been obssessed with this movie since I was a a little kid I absolutly loved the story behind it but then again Clive Barker in my opinion is a genius.
