Ok, I guess I do have a couple notes about your character. You are missing your feats. Under Skills & Abilities a first level shaman should also have Improved Unarmed Strike, animal companion and another feat of your choice in addition to your racial skills.

Looks great to me, only a couple of things I noticed
His speed is reduced to 20 feet while wearing medum armor
And he gets a bonus laguage.
