I'm Merg, I'm twenty, I come from the Pacific Northwest. I just love to cook in general... I enjoy making and eating (mostly eating) Italian food, and comfort foods.
I can rock a Hollandaise sauce like no one's business, and can cook just about anything.
I love learning new recipes and sharing mine!

Hello, my name is Matt, Everyone just calls me Z or Zerph. I'm 25 and I work in the food industry. I have about 6 years experience and I hold a degree in culinary arts. I"m open to questions and I love talking about food. As with Merg , I also live in the Pacific Northwest area, so I have access to alot fresh food.. all of the time.

Hello, my name is cattirun... people call me catti or catt. I'm 21, mexican but I'm currently living in motevideo.
Amm.. well; food has always been an important part of my life; Im a gourmet girl <3 I love gourmet food and all that gourmet lifestyle. I love love love going to the restaurants...I'm a restaurant coinnaiseure (sp?! my french is starting to fail), anyway, i mean; i know a lot of restaurants and how it works and stuff, though i havent got to go to many restaurants in montevideo yet ;_;
Mom's a chef; and my dad is passionate bout food and restaurants and gourmet... and he was a chef when he served in the spanish army; so yeah... the cooking thing's in my veins.
I'm not the greatest cook, i was recluctant to cooking till last year or so that i started becoming interested, and for this past two months I started being a very active cook since I live alone... I love to experiment with food, one thing i inherited from my mom.. so I have fun at the kitchen figuring out what to eat and how it turns out.
I love all types of food; specially traditional mexican food, spanish, japanese, hindu and arabic heart

I have been cooking professionally for about ten years now.
Food and alcohol are my passions in life.
That and having a good time of course.
Forever the drunken host that never lets you go home hungry.
I am recently single, as I have loved and lost again.
Ladies beware I have a heart to fear
for I can love no other as much as I love to drink.
I am a chain smoker and an insomniac.
Still a kid at heart and hellion behind the wheel of my jeep.
However I am a phenomenal cook.
So one day when I grow up I may break out the restaurant business
and break in to the personal catering business
because I'm about having a party with some friends and some family.

hey y'all. my name is Tim, but everyone calls me Newt. I've been cooking since i was tall enough to see over the top of the pans. I spent a lot of time in the kitchen when i was young, learning everything i could from my Nana. I like to experiment with old recipes to see if i can coax a new, or better taste out of things. I tend to avoid things which call for lots of milk or cheese, (I'm lactose intolerant, as is most of my family) but I look forward to seeing new interesting recipes and hopefully contributing a few.

giday all
I was never a traditional cook - my ex was a chef, so I didn't have to cook from day to day and I got a bit rusty. But time moves on and so did I.
I'm living in Oz now and cook mostly Indian these days, although I do still have some recipes up my sleeve I learned from the ex.
Thai, Malaysian, Moroccan, Indonesian, Lebanese - all my favourites these days. I've also become an intolerable wine snob, easy enough to do in Australia! Can't wait to dive in!

My name is Angelle, I am a 27 year old mommy of 4 and have 5 years of resturaunt experience (new orleans resturaunts) under my belt. So I know how to make a wide variety of dishes. From French to Mexican. I also know how to make delish quick meals..being a mom and all you kind ahave to. You won't find Hamburger helper in my cubbard but I do take a few short cuts here and there.
Anyways enough about me. Thanks for accepting me into the guild! I hope I can help many of you guys with cooking questions or perhaps get hlep with mine. Thanks~

Heyhey all ^_^ Im 21 and from the UK. I just moved out on my own so kinda need to start cooking abit, Im absolutely rubbish at it atm. Im hoping to pick upt a lot of good ideas and start my journey on being an imba cook here. Okay, probably not imba. but hopefully ok. :p

Hello all! I'm Aphismet (a girl in a boy avvysuit), and I love to cook! I enjoy making all kinds of meals, from chinese steamed buns to roast chicken to homemade soup. I'll try anything!
I'm from Canada and I'm 27. My speciality would be grilling delicious stuff! Keeping it simple makes it the most delicious!

My favorite foods are pizza and sushi, and my favorite beverages are boba tea and cream soda. I like to cook Japanese, Italian, and Thai foods. I make DAMN good rice.
