Keilantra had heard the DDR machine.She ran over, her flip flops clicking against thee ground as she did.Standing next to the DDR machine she put her hands in the backpockets of her skirt and watched the girl play."Your good...I could never do that.."

Rivera rushed back out again, her pinned up hair flapped gently against her head. She stopped to look in awe at Hikaru at DDR... she was so good! Rivera had never played DDR before. She just got the machine that day in her dimension rip, via Usagihana and her discounts and exclusive offers. She quickly went back to the front and greeted the others.
"Nice to meet you, Hakai... I thought you might like to meet a few new people... I've done a bit of research on you... " Rivera spoke in her whispering voice. "Don't worry, I don't pry into personal information, just your abilities and skills... that's all..."
She then turned to the girl with the icecream "There's a freezer in the kitchen... and be careful with the refridgerator. Turn the strawberry magnet upside down before you open it, or you might end up with a portal to Alaska!" She reminded her quickly before greeting Kuro and Kira.
"Great! Makie would love those... please set them down in the corner." She hurried about, setting out more bowls and things, rearranging furniture, working at a blur.

Hikaru grinned as she felt the presence of people gathering behind her to watch her play DDR. One of the reasons she liked playing it so much was that crowds of people would usually gather around to watch her - she always loved anything that would get her attention from other people. As she finished the third song, she spun around to face the people who had come over to watch her play, flashing a cheesy grin and a V for victory sign as the electronic voice of the game announcer praised her dancing.
"Hehehe! Thanks, everyone!" She smiled widely, posing as she stood on the machine. "This is, like, one of my favorite games ever." whee
Looking around, she noticed that a lot more people had come in while she was checking out the place. She hopped off the DDR pad, glancing around at everyone, and then gave a big cheerful wave. "Anyway, nice to meet you, everyone! I'm Hikaru Yuki, but you can just call me Hiko if you want!" 3nodding

"Great."Kuro said and motioned his hand in a circle making all the boxes float.He then pointed forward and the gifts hovered forward with a thin trail of black fog behind them.They settled in the corner gently."That should work..."He muttered.
Kira wandered the party quietly."Life is so dull...Even with a party..."He muttered."Now if I managed to establish some connections..."He thought quietly.

Rivera finally got a moment to slow down a bit, once everyone was with Hikaru and the DDR... she noticed the boys felt a little out of place, on of them very out of place.
"Um.. hello... it's Kira, isn't it?" She asked shyly. She had invited them because this was also a summer job workers party... she didn't really know them, but it sounded okay to dump everything in one party. She wasn't even sure of where they worked. Usagihana sent all the e-mails and snail mails to them.

Rene got instructions from who she assumed was the host since that was the girl who told her about the party. She lifted the ice cream box out of the bag and crupmled the bag up in her hand. After shifting the magnet and placing the ice cream inside and ofcourse closeing the door, changing the magnet again, she went to join the party. Rene still had a bit of depression about her. She wasnt as likely to be happily ditzy and loudly introduce herself to everyone. Although she still was ditzy even though she didnt want to be. It was more of a well, lack of knowledge with trail and error. This was the first time she had gone out without the companionship of her three friends. Besides the times she spent looking for her brother. And when she was escaping from well, everything.
BUT TONIGHT WILL BE DIFFERENT! I'm gonna listen to Miho and and and Rene's mind was blank. She couldnt recall exactly she was suppose to do, but she knew she was suppose to be less OH THAT'S RIGHT! Acting like I know everything and bringing the mood down. SO LETS DO THAT!
How bout I just try DDR. Instantly images of her brother's obsession with the game came back. She had never been good at it.
"Hi. I'm Rene." The introduction came out without her permission. She stood before the crowd with a suprised and timid look.

Hikaru looked at the girl who had just introduced herself, walking over and smiling at her. "Hiya!" she said cheerfully, extending her hand to shake. "Nice to meet you, Rene! Let's be good friends, okay?" whee
Without really waiting for reciprocation on Rene's part, Hikaru began enthusiastically shaking her hand, same stupid grin plastered all over her face. "You get any of the candy yet? There's plenty for everyone!"

Keilantra smiled as she watched Hikaru.She leaned against the bar thatt was in the back.She watched her hit all the arrows on the bar.She started to think.She steeped to the side of it.Looking at you Hikarru she said."Hey...can I play...you'll probably beat me but hey! Its a party who cares?"

Sighing he rubbed his eyes slightly with his good arm as he stared at the box the size of dog house with two others of like size with it. Why oh why did he decide to get the deluxe set. Sighing he watched the numbers along the top of the elavator switch as it finally reached the floor. As the doors slid open he waved his tail through the door catching the infrared to keep the doors open.
Sighing he leaned down picking up the stacks of boxes and the only thing that he could think of was "Thank god, one arm has built in muscles". Glancing over at the said arm he made sure that it's texture and colour matched his other. It's not like he wanted people to stare at it for the whole evening.
Checking the boxes again he set then down in the hallway catching his breath. Checking the contents he had to make sure he hadn't missed anything. IN side contianed an assortment of fireworks from Roman Candles to Wisps. Sighing he leaned down and picked them up once more.
"Now which, room did she say the party was in? Ah, here it is!", he thought to himself as kicked the door lightly.
"Engineer-san I brought the fireworks, nya", he said through the door in his usual immature tone.

"Um... " Rivera wasn't very good with people. She thought that she somehow angered him in some way, shape or form and quickly became speechless. She pushed some of her hair out of her face when her tone changed. "Well... um... I don't know where I saw you..." She smiled apologetically. It was like any other smile of that sort but so... empty. It wasn't really a smile, it was just a blank feeling made to look exactly like another. "If you want... there is some champagne in the fridge, just remember to turn the strawberry magnet upside down so you don't end up at the north pole..." She suggested, "I know this is an underage party and all... but it doesn't matter in this dimension..."

Rene returned the hand shake, for some reason she was a bit suprised by the girl's eagerness to be friends.
"O, okay." She returned still a bit stunned. Another girl asked if she could play DDR. "Hey, we should have a tournament!" Rene couldnt believe herself. What in the world?

Hikaru turned back to face Keilantra, nodding and smiling at her as she gestured back toward the DDR machine. "You sure you don't wanna play by yourself for a little bit and practice or something? I don't mind watching!"
She considered something for a moment, hopping back up onto the first player controls. "Although we can each do a different difficulty setting even if we're both playing the same song, so I suppose that'd work too. Let's go for it!" Smiling, she pumped her fist in the air, hitting the start button on the game to start another round of three songs.

"Nah...Don't worry about it...And sorry...If you don't remember...I took Kuro over one day when I was still a part of him and you and I fought in the forest..."Kira explained.He fidgeted with his collar a little bit feewling himself actually timid for once.

"Oh, hello there!" Rivera saw the strange man again. She had invited him after she made the arm for him. Today, it seemed absolutely normal. "Please come in.. and thank you for getting the fireworks... If you can set those on the balcony over there... we can work them out later... " She smiled.
Kai walked back through the dining hall with a tired look of triumpth in his eyes. "I got the lights up, your hi-- Rivera... um..." He glanced around nervously when Rivera did so, looking to see if anyone else noticed his mistake. His voice was low and less conspicious... but still, there's a risk. "The lights are working now."
"Usagihana helped!" The robot nodded.
Rivera smiled at him slightly, "Thank you, Kai... I don't know how I'd manage this without you... You too, Usagi-chan... "
