Upon hearing the referee's count of six, Cartwright thinks it would be best to bring this back inside the ring, so he aims to roll Nuke under the bottom rope and cover him!

There isn't much fight back from Nuke as he's picked up and rolled into the ring..
Cart drops for a pinfall..
One!
Two!
Kick out!
Even after that punishment, there was a grit and steely determination about Fusion. Both men were giving their all here, and neither man wanted to give up!

Cartwright thinks about how he should proceed, remembering how he has punished Nuke's body up to this point.
The Lad seems to have made up his mind, as he attempts to work Nuke's head and back with a bow and arrow lock!

The lock was almost in and.. yes, locked in!
Nuke cried out in pain as much as he could, as Cartwright took full control - the ref got down low, ready to count a potential submission..
Nuke tried to roll with the move, attempting to get closer to the ropes.

Cartwright tries to maintain his grasp for as long as he can, but Nuke shifts his weight and gets close enough to the ropes to grab them and force the break!

Nuke gasps and clings to that bottom rope with all he can muster, as the fan favourite Cartwright takes the momentum of this match in a big way.
The ref comes over to check on the Uncrowned Champion, who has been brutalised in more ways than one now!

Cartwright may be competitive but he is a good sport, allowing the referee to do all the checks that he deems necessary.
Cartwright gets to his feet and remains prepared to continue at a moments notice.

Nuke pulled himself under the bottom rope and to the outside area, where he drops down to a knee out of sight of Cartwright.
The ref leans over the tope rope to check and make sure he's okay!

Cartwright thinks that Nuke must have some sort of death wish, wanting to go outside the ring again after last time.
Cartwright asks the referee to end the match if it looks so bad, he doesn't want to hurt his opponent unnecessarily!

The ref begins talking to Cartwright by the ropes as he came over, and at that point..
Nuke springs up, grabbing onto The Lad's ankles and looking to pull him down to the mat!

That sneaky Nuke gets a hold of Cartwright's leg and pulls him down to the mat from the outside, tripping him on to his front!

The trick worked, and now Nuke looks to do something vicious - he aims to pull Cart's leg halfway out and aim a horrible elbow down and onto his knee!

As Cartwright tries to figure out what is going on, he soon feels a stinging pain shoot up his leg, as Nuke's elbow strikes his kneecap with intensity!

Nuke knew that now was the time to end this charade.
He rolled into the ring and dragged Cartwright towards the center, as he looked to drop to the mat and put in his patented grounded Ankle Lock, really torqueing it to get the pain going all the way up the leg!

Nuke can smell the blood in the water, honing in on Cartwright's leg after a successful first strike.
Cartwright is dragged to the middle of the ring, where Nuke punishes The Lad with his grounded Ankle Lock.
Cartwright holds his head with both hands and grits his teeth as he begins to absorb the pain of the submission hold, now multiple stings are being felt going up and down the leg!
