One!
Max turned his shoulder early in this match, as he breathed in deep and tried to gather his thoughts again. He had to get some momentum back in this match, but it really was looking like Trent was in control here.

Was to be expected, but good to see where we are at in this moment. Trent would mount Max, looking to throw some strikes down to the face!

The strikes came down hard as Max put up his arms, trying as best as he could to weather the storm at this point. He turned his head as well, trying to keep away from any major strikes.

It seems like Trent has taken full control of the match at this point. The strikes not connecting as well as he would want, but the force behind the strikes will begin to wear down those arms after enough strikes.
After a few more strikes, Trent would begin to get back to his feet.

Max kept his arms over his face as Trent backed up, and he looked up at him almost as if to say,
"You're moving away?"
Tentatively Steel slid his body back and slowly started getting back to his feet.

You think after hitting someone enough times, they would begin to get the message that this was serious. But still, the chump continues to taunt him despite the position he is in.
Annoyed, Trent would send a knee into Max's gut as he began to pick himself back up to his feet.

The knee came up and caught Max in the gut, sending him doubled over. Weird.. he felt like he'd been in this situation before.
Long gone now are the moments to showboat, he was being beaten senseless.

Maxwell definitely seemed to get struck in the midsection often, it seems. But this time, Trent looked for something bigger. Looking to try and pull Max in and hit the Initiation Powerbomb as quickly as he could. Wanting the big debut win in record time.

Max felt hands wrap around him as Trent looked for the powerbomb attempt.. but Steel popped up, looking to strike Trent with a hard elbow to knock him back!

The elbow would get driven up and just by the skin of his teeth, would strike Trent in the chin. His body getting heavier from the connection, Trent would let go of the hold and drop to a knee on the mat.
Whether it was a lucky or calculated strike, Trent went from having the reigns to watching the match completely leave his hands.

Max looked up at his opponent as he tried to catch his breath from the gut shot that had just happened, and grimaced as he called out to the fans,
"Maximum retaliation!"
Steel gritted his teeth and stepped forward, aiming a series of chops and kicks to the body of his opponent - looking to disorientate him!

Trent would begin to get brutalized with strikes after the failed attempt at his finishing maneuver. The salt in the wound being when he yelled his catchphrase once more.

The crowd seemed to cheer as each chop and kick came in, even if Max was a little.. different, a bit out there.
After the flurry of blows, he raised a fist in the air to a cheap pop from the crowd, before attempting a knee to the gut.
If successful he would then breathe in deep, take a few steps back.. and then ran at Trent, attempting a crazy Sunset Flip Powerbomb!

It seems Max, after throwing a dozen or more strikes, would finally catch Trent with a sunset flip powerbomb. Sending him into the mat back first

Max looked just a surprised at the phenomenal move that he just pulled off, as he kept his grip on Trent and held on for a pinfall attempt!
