Teiluj's giggling paused when confronted with Lynx's retort. The way he smirked back at her made her swoon a little. Her teasing had backfired on her and now she was the one flustered. Opening and closing her mouth to give a smart comment back, the hybrid found herself at odds. She had nothing. All she could do was blush back and advert her gaze a little. Lifting her spare hand to guide the loose strands behind her ear. Her thumb flicked over her lip again, her gaze returning to Lynx. In an attempt to turn the odds back in her favor she closed any potential distance between them. Pushing herself onto the balls of her toes, her eyes half closed as she rose to bring her face closer to his. Pausing so her lips were only inches away from his. "I'll give you as many as you want." She whispered. Pulling away from him again, her eyes still locked with Lynx. A shy smile played at her lips. Now that she knew her feelings were no longer one sided, all she could hope for was this wasn't a one off night.
Seeing as Teiluj wasn't in danger, Tao turned to retreat from the area. Making sure to sniff at the two strangers before leaving. His attention diverted towards a loatoa, giving a bark as he set chase in it's direction
"That sounds peaceful. Matori." Teiluj mused, "especially if it's not as hot. The sun must not be as strong either." Running her hands over her pale skin, Teiluj winced at the reminder of just how easy it was for her to burn in Oba. She had learned that the hard way a day or two after she had started spending time with Lynx.
Heras Box
I borrowed your loatoa for a moment. Is that okay?
