Sipping from the cheap wine she had, the plastic cup fitting the wine selection, as she trailed behind Wolframite and Benitoite. Watching the two she worried for them getting too drunk, to the point of needing a hospital, as it seemed both were intending to get very drunk and neither she guessed had a history of drinking.
She was keeping in mind what Miyamoto had mentioned about take out food, hang over food, for the two once this was over. She'd find out what they both likes, when she could, and figure out what to order for them both once this contest was all over and done with. "At least there is a doctor here." Incase anything happened to either of them. She'd watch and make sure the two remained safe, while nursing her single drink, though it did seem Miyamoto might be a safe person to keep around also was he was avoiding the drinks. He might be needed as well.

Hyde chuckled at Wolframite's comment about re-attaching fingers. "I'm very good at re-attaching fingers and hands actually." he offered. He did his share of general surgery but had shown a clear specialisation in restoring people's disarticulations and traumatic injuries to their hands. It was fine, careful work with very large returns on quality of life.
"Though I'd need to do a bit of guesswork with those hands of yours."
The tone seemed a bit more pleasant around the table as they got started with their drinking game.
"I'm a trauma surgeon." he said by way of explanation. "So lets hope nothing happens with the drinking that would require my expertise!"

Aoede took in each of the names in turn and took note of their appearances. She was a super now herself so at least she wasn't quite the lowest rung on the ladder anymore. If they all had a connection with Benitoite it would be smart to try and remember since she was on his team and all. First, she spoke with Wolframite. "It's a pleasure to meet you General and I'll agree that yes I would like to keep my fingers. It would be a shame if I couldn't work as effectively for a while. No offense to the doctor here though." Smiling as she joked in response, she took a sip of her own drink. She wasn't one for drinking and was still a bit worried about Benitoite getting drunk but she knew to read the room and at least try to not stand out as the only one not drinking. The group had started to migrate over to the chairs and tables so she followed along as she moved in closer to say hello to Valeria next. "Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you." Noticing the slight bit of worry on her face at the two generals who were obviously ready to drink themselves under the table, it confirmed her suspicions that this was a rare thing and might end messily. It was a bit difficult to hide her secondhand embarrassment as layers of clothing came off of Benitoite, it made her uncomfortable. Sneaking a glance over at her brother, she noticed he still had no cup. It was a bit reassuring given his history and it did give her a plausible excuse to dip since he would hit a point where he would have to excuse himself if he didn't want to relapse. He had seemed tense so she knew all the alcohol was probably uncomfortable for him as well. Baneful for mention and her noticing them

Following his move, Wolframite out his coat on the chair and then settled with his drink. "Valeria works with the pharmacy so I know two people in the medical field." He mentioned, looking over to Valeria who had been rather quiet.
"Uh, I suppose it's no fun for everyone just to watch us drink. Is there some kind of game to play for these things?" He asked, looking for suggestions. If not, he'd have to think of something and he wasn't confident how fun that might be. Then again, the alcohol was working those nervous thoughts away. The only problem was he had no recollection of ever being in a party where drinking games were a thing, but he knew they were a thing. He just wished he had some previous experience to help him out.
"We should match our drinks." He told Beni before he got up and came back with some solo cups, taking extra if anyone else wanted to join them. If they continued to drink, they had to keep it fair.
"Should we drink the same thing?" He asked, looking over to the other General. "I don't mind whatever it is. I used to drink more before I corrupted." Wolframite had been far more depressed as a knight. Back then, he'd just steal alcohol and whatever was available was good enough. Now he was more somber, in a better place, and could be a little pickier.
"How do you know Beni?" He asked Aoede as he poured equal amounts of a shot into two cups for him and Beni to take.
To Hyde, he thought of something. "What's your favor body part to work on? Do doctor's have favorites?"

Tama felt Faustite’s hand on his leg. It was warm. Not unwelcome after the amount of drinks he had had, but very, very warm. “Oh. So that’s how Albite handles you. I just assumed there was a long pair of tongs involved.” A magic item. Or course it was. Maybe he should have spent his time making a fire-proof collar instead of the one that increased his size. “Well, if you’re inviting Almadel, I guess I’ll have to come to the after party, too.”He nodded at Wolframite. The metal thermos was an upgrade. No more burning plastic cups. Cups and crowns were both accounted for now. Now for his upgrade. Tama moved away from Faustite now and for a moment felt cold and hungered for the warmth again. He would have to settle for another drink. It would warm him, but had the side effect of producing worse decisions. But he wasn’t exactly a paragon of good choices when he was drunk. Or when Faustite was involved. Or when magic was involved, either. He just had to try everything now, didn’t he? “Okay, Albite. Our general-king over there says you have a magical object called a ‘goret’. What does a Mau have to do to borrow that?”He’d put on his catly charm, but he was in humaniod form and he wasn’t about to put paws on that sticky floor. ☆

A new General King, and old friend, and a shocking development in their war. It would seem, in her recovery, Noctua had missed a fair bit of progress from her faction. Time had gotten away from her, and she would be remiss if she said that she hadn't... slightly... slacked off in the interim. She was sleeping, finally, and she found that she rather liked the past time. Liked laying in bed now and doing nothing. She liked looking into the corners of her room and seeing only stagnant shadows as opposed to lurking horrors. She'd made quota, of course, she wasn't completely useless but beyond that... For just a moment, upon entering the celebrations, she did feel slightly ashamed. Like she was imposing on a victory that was not her own. Claiming something that she had no business claiming. But that feeling was soon eclipsed by pride. It may not have been her victory, but the victor was willing to share his glory. Or at the very least, his booze. Noctua could not and would not find it in herself to argue, nor to shrink away from the invitation once the cool hand of shame slipped from the back of her neck. She had arrived quietly and without fanfare, slipping in on her own and zeroed in on the new sovereign with an easy smile on her face. It had been so long. Too long. "Nephilim," she purred, sidling up along side the half-monster she had so missed. "Or perhaps Seraphim is a more fitting moniker for you now." Even if she preferred her original name for him. It felt sweeter on her tongue. Fonder. "My congratulations are in order. On your promotion, your victory, and," she eyed a half naked corrupt eternal with a small smile hidden behind a cup that had been pressed into her hand upon her entry. "If rumors serve to be true, your... myriad of marriages." She didn't even bother to hide the fondness in her voice, nor the white of her teeth as she smiled. "Ah, lucky you. We should perhaps collect them - doctors and nurses and all the medical people." Benitoite commented with a nod of his head, as if that solidifed something. "It would be good - to mend us in the field." After they went and got themselves bloodied, who cares what bloody messes they made of order though.
"I wouldn't know about such things. I never drank aside from that night when I beat you." He commented while taking a long drink from his cup, nearly drowning himself in his drink as he tipped it back too far.
"We can drink the same thing, it's all foul to me." Though it wasn't as bad now, and he was sure that was because he'd had some drinks already. "We should match drinks though." The same amount one for one, he was ok with that, he was surprised to hear that the other had drank before corrupting. "Was it that bad?" He asked, turning his blue eyes onto the other, and leaning against the counter top for support, as he nearly knocked a cup over. The generals eyes as serious as possible, well at least right now anyway. "As a knight?" He sought to make it easier to know what he was asking about.
Looking to the cup, which Wolframite had so graciously filled for him, he traded his nearly empty one for the new one and went to downing his drink. "I don't think I ever asked about your time on the other side. One day I'd like to." Just to know what it was like, to now how brown the grass on the other side was. As he turned his head he saw a rather interesting figure, one he'd not expected at all. "Noctua." Calling out to her, not sure if she'd hear him, the blond shifted in his seat and wobbled it in the process, yelping he held onto the table and fixed himself.

"Hands and fingers" Hyde said idly to Wolframite. "Faces."
It sounded strange to say it out loud and a little morbid, but he was definitely getting tipsy and it didn't seem to matter too much.
"I do not enjoy knee and hip surgeries, but you end up doing quite a few of those anyway."

A General arrived — Chalcanthite — whom he hadn't seen since the Rift. The General looked hale, though, so Faustite figured tidings must have been good enough that he was still alive and still around. His question received a nod. "Could use more alcohol, though." He wasn't quite drunk enough that he could forget all of the problems that he'd successfully pushed to the outskirts of his thoughts. Would've liked to leave them all behind entirely, but he would settle for the moment. "Have some food and booze. On the house." Wherever that phrase came from.
To Wolframite, he nodded in receipt of the cup. His nails tapped smartly on its surface. "Thanks." It was quite large, and he couldn't help thinking that this would be the size of a standard drink if his team continued to grow the way it had in the past. He supposed the same could be said for his roster of husbands: should he continue to collect him, then certainly his little troubles in paradise would grow exponentially. He decided he'd polish his drink off first, then refill with the smartly designed thermos. Taking up his cup, there wasn't much left to finish, but —
Faustite choked on his drink hard enough that he thought it was going to burst into flame in his throat. It stopped being a thought when he started living it, and the fiery boy cleared his throat enough that he spat fire back into the cup. Then the rest of his drink was on fire. Deciding there was nothing for it, he tossed that drink into the trash.
To everyone's benefit, he'd gotten it into the bin. He was almost relieved, save for the terrible heartburn he now had.
"A pair of ******** tongs," he croaked at Tama. "Or what, oven mitts?" He quirked a brow at the cat.
Tama must not have thought much about how they could hold hands. Then again — did he and Albite ever hold hands in front of him? Perhaps not, then. Whenever Tama was about, there was usually something for which he had to be serious, like a mission or a plan in the works. He might have been doling out orders, in which case he was more focused on Negaverse tasks than showing affection to his boy (though, he supposed it would be boys by now). What cause would Tama have to think there was a magical item behind it when Faustite never really touched anyone in front of him?
Had Tama seen his cincher? He had to have; Faustite felt like he wore that damn piece of dragon ballsack leather more often than he went without. Perhaps Tama never thought about why it existed in his subspace when he could have spent that space on more bags of beef jerky.
Truly, Tama must not have thought about his priorities at all. Couldn't be helped.
Sighing to himself, he let Tama go about his teasing and his business in asking Albite for the gorget. It gave him an excuse to collect himself without so much being under scrutiny.
Noctua arrived while he was pouring his next drink. As he was struggling to keep the stream from moving around too much, he did not take his eyes off the cup to look at her immediately. Only after the bottle was set down did he look at who greeted him, and he was rather taken aback by how well-rested she looked. While he hadn't said it, surprise was written plainly in his features.
She was fond of her biblical references, though Faustite couldn't remember what a seraphim truly was. Did they actually have six wings, or was it a stupid amount of wings that no one could fathom? Whatever the case, he knew they were associated with heaven, and the only thing he and heaven had in common was fire. And maybe boys. There were probably boys in heaven.
Were he more sober, his face would have likely turned a dozen shades of purple. She would've received little more than a disgruntled thanks. As it was, he sat up a little straighter for the praise, and took a sip of his new drink. He swallowed quickly; better to not risk it catching fire in his mouth again. "Would that killing a princess earn me another boy," he sighed. He gestured at Tama, who still sat with him. "This one's close enough."

He took the drink and downed it quickly.
"There is no connection to one another there. No comrade to be had. You just - wander. No guidance really. It made me wonder what was it that I was here for? What was it I gave up? But the freedom meant I could do whatever I want without real punishment. No one was checking on me. I was left unleashed whoever and whatever I wanted." It was that freedom that had tempted him to purify in the first place. To leave what he saw as a authority that could not see reason to allow him to go after the Dark Moon Court. While he promised to let the past go, something amusing that Hyde had mentioned even recently upon meeting him, he always had a hard time with that concept. Once he sank his teeth into something, Wolframite didn't want to let it go. He wanted blood.
It was only after loosing everything and pleading to come back that he knew he had to let the grudge die with that life to be welcomed back onto the threshold of the Negaverse.
"Every knight has a place they are tied to. The place I was tied to was a ruined church in a destroyed village in the woods. Like a senshi to their own planet. I visited it many times. I would go there. While others sought to rebuild their places, I just found it a quiet place to drink." He said, refilling their solo cups carefully, spilling some due to the difficulty to pour a drink. He slid the thermos over to Beni. "You'd be better pouring."
His attention went to Hyde. "So building them back to normal then." He tapped a claw at his own face.
"Ever work on eyes?"

He seemed... happier... her Nephilim. Steadier in himself. More at home. It made her feel proud, even if she had no hand in such growth. Proud of him for becoming what he needed to be. Time, it would seem, had been kind to them both. He must have been deep into his drink as well, given that his expressions so openly telegraphed his emotions. Noctua would have to work hard to catch up to him and a few others, it would seem. She laughed openly at his lamentation, reassuring, "would that I had a boy to give you for the accomplishment." She nodded at Tama when he was mentioned, gesturing her greeting with her cup. Her name being called drew her attention, away however, and any thoughts of reveling vanished as she watched Benitoite nearly fall from his seat. Which was worrisome not only for the action itself -- her general had always been graceful even in the heat of battle, but especially so once she noticed that he was undressed down to his button-down, a level of dishevelment she'd never even come close to seeing. Outside of battle damage, she'd never seen his uniform so much as unbuttoned. She was very nearly scandalized on his behalf, as a matter of fact, very aware of the fact that her general, once sober, would be distinctly displeased with his behavior. "You have got to be actually kidding me," she sighed, throwing a hip out in her exasperation. "If you'll excuse me, General King. I have my own General to collect. I do hope that we can catch up when there is less chaos to wade through, however." She even offered Tama a small wave as she peeled off, making her way over to her General. "Benitoite," she said simply whens he arrived, stooping to collect his shed clothing and fold them neatly ont he table next to him. "I'm glad to see you relaxing, sir."

To Tama, Borax tilted his glass, a smirk playing on his lips as the Mauvian immediately got what he was getting at. Faustite may have immediately implied he was being a bad influence, but it was one he was prepared to own; of all nights deserved of debauchery, wasn't this the perfect one? How often was a dead princess something they were able to celebrate? So far as he could tell, since he joined this organization, there had only ever been the one that his sovereign had just taken out. She deserved it, truly; his only regret was that he wasn't able to help in the bloodbath. Might-as-well assist the celebratory moments afterward. Tama followed that up with an absolute whopper of a kiss to Faustite, and he found himself leaning back with a few sips and a very intrigued lift of the brows. He didn't know that existed between the two of them and decided to add it to his mental web of the team as he knew it. Perhaps their relationship was no longer as intriguingly adversarial as it once was. He didn't think it earned another husband moniker, though. His gaze slid to Albite as he strolled up and flattered his sharpness, which earned a tilt of the glass and, "You're as sanguine as always, Albite," following that up with another sip behind the wine. Borax's attention got pulled to the comment from Faustite about nibs, and as someone who had a hobby of calligraphy and not just an unfortunate former lieutenant weapon, he made a mental note that the two of them had more in common than it seemed. Perhaps a way to continue to remain in his good graces could be a mutual hobby... His attention got pulled again by Jadarite's fingers running along his jacket, and his voice was quite nearly a purr as he replied, "A bit, mm?" His gaze swept toward Faustite, and afterward to where Miyamoto had headed toward Albite. "With the after party, there may be the opportunity for plentiful." A proper, roaring celebration.

Hyde nodded "I have worked on eyes. Rarely. Usually in my line of work if someone comes in with damage to their eye, the eye itself is the least of my problems. People taking singular eye injuries end up with the specialists who are more equipped for that kind of fine detail work."
He took another sip of his drink and stared into it.
"I'm more catastrophic than an Ophthalmologist might be."
He was talking about work again. Definitely it was a more alcohol situation.
He did however glance over with an eyebrow raise of concern at one of the others present offering "boys" as payment for an accomplishment. He was fine with most things the negaverse got up to to protect the planet, but the implications of that overheard phrase made his gut twist up in horror.
He hoped he'd misunderstood.

Listening to Wolframite the ashen blond nodded his head slowly. Turning to the other, taking a long drink from his cup Benitoite wasn't surprised to hear that about order. It was the one thing they all seemed to know abotu the other side; they were divided and had no order.
Taking what Wolframite handed him, so he could pour for the other, he did just that and poured for himself as well. "I'm sorry you got stuck with them." He had not been there for the events which had involved the dark mirror court and Wolframite, he had no issue wit hthat court, but he had heard of some of the events. He was sure that had led directly to Wolframite changing sides, as it had to have taken a huge event happening to motivate the other to change sides, Wolframite had always been one of the most loyal that Benitoite knew. At least he was back now and that was a plus for the Negaverse, they needed more with his experience and loyalty.
"I'll keep pouring." And drinking. And oh! Noctua was here and folding his clothing, not that it really needed it, but he sort of at the moment understood why she was folding his clothing and laying it on the table to his side. "Thank you." And he did mean it, despite his currant state. "Didn't expect you to come to this little party the General King is throwing." All for a dead princess! One less royal on the other side was great news! He just wished he'd been there to help in some manner, because he might have also ripped her wings off with the intent of mounting them somewhere. If it had been his kill they'd be decorating his office already, he still wanted a set of wings for his office wall.
