Eternal KamaciteKamacite kept his eyes down. Those who had worked with him before knew him. Knew what he was capable of. Knew that he was there to offer his support in the only way he knew how. Both Cymophane and Taenite mentioned his magic. They knew it would hurt those on their own side if caught off guard, but others were already making plans for alternatives.
He didn’t care if the others acknowledged him. He only cared about getting Faustite back after the White Moon got their filthy paws on him.
Kamacite shifted a bit closer to Roselite and Cymophane, uncomfortable about Aquamarine. They didn’t exactly have a good history, despite Aquamarine coming to him for help with Jet at the last possible minute. He assumed that Aquamarine put him in the category to be a reason why the mission failed, or knew what he was capable of and didn’t expect him to speak up. Super TaeniteOne hand on his hip, the other hand holding his wine glass, Taenite didn’t say anything in response to Aquamarine or the uproar his words caused.
But he did scoff at the way some of them jumped to the attack, or offered half assed suggestions, like this was any other mission.
There was a reason why Taenite had no desire to join Faustite’s team. Other than the fact that he was loyal to the man who let him join the Negaverse in the first place. There were too many unknowns on the team. Too many loud liabilities too many meek liabilities. Just a whole ******** team of liabilities. And leaks. And whatever else they decided.
They wanted to play leader? Fine. Taenite was support anyway. He’d said his piece.

Roselite was not a strategist. Maybe, with enough experience, he could be — one day, when he had enough missions under his belt, when he knew their enemy better.
He continued to wilt, did his best to hide behind Kamacite and Cymophane, to blend into the background. He understood the need for collaboration, he understood what General Aquamarine was getting at. They had to prove themselves to earn a promotion. They had to give their all if this was to succeed. None of them could do either of those things by being little more than wallpaper.
“I—...”
Roselite choked on the words. He hated drawing attention to himself, hated speaking up in a group, never felt like he had enough to contribute, even when the desire to do so was there.
“Um… If you—... Make sure you keep track of—... I mean, if you can, if it’s not too much trouble—... Any information you can get about the White Moon while we’re there… Injuries they might have, or… any we might cause… Some of our personnel can cross reference those with medical files at the Medical Center. So… if anyone comes in for treatment after…”
He trailed off, but hoped his meaning was clear.
They could start chipping away at the magic that preserved the White Moon’s identities.

“I can keep track of any information about the White Moon we gather in this operation. I’ve read the database back and front. A Mauvian is good for that much”He nodded before turning to Prehnite. He’s get with the general later. He had ideas — a dangerous thing for a cat to have. “And I’ll coordinate signals with Prehnite. I know little more than the rest of you about princesses and their crystals, but I’ll try and find what I can, too.”☆

Youma General FaustiteThe planning had come to pass — as far as Faustite was able to weather it, at least. Between the occasional hacking cough and the deep squirm for how new blisters erupted over his body like a rash, or he scratched at his arm until dust came down his sleeve. The more they talked, the more he slumped against his seat until he was nigh ready to fall asleep.
But there was enough tension in the room to motivate him to stay engaged. As each potential point was brought up, it was bandied about, and either they agreed on some solution for it or it was determined to be a problem for the future, should it come to pass. Faustite felt that in particular about Pax's comment; he did not want to assume that the enemy might make off with him nor did he want to believe that he would be so instantly deluded after purifying that he would want to go with them, but if it came to that? He supposed that was a worst case scenario that may bear addressing only if it ever came to pass.
"Don't know how long Albite's pair of earrings lasts," he rasped quietly, "but if they take me with them, we'll have contact a while longer." Assuming he remembered Albite.
They bandied about the threat of Ida, discussed the database, determined how they would try to catalogue some information about the foes they faced. Faustite did not think that spending more time on this meeting would continue to be as fruitful as it was, and as Prehnite had brought up earlier, one can plan too much to the point that one becomes paralyzed when said plans were foiled, or when trying to remember the contingency to the contingency to the contingency. Likewise, it was relieving to know that Jet would be focused on him, and that the rest of the Generals and the Eternals had the dual support of Haymitch and Tama. Should anyone have to face down a Princess, Faustite hoped that their superior teamwork would set them at an advantage against the pinnacles of the White Moon's power.
"Think that's enough." Faustite held up a hand to put a pause on the conversations. "Hashed out all that needs to be said and done. Any more and we lose the elegant simplicity of it. Better to call it now, go home, rest. Will have Headache send out a synopsis later on.
"Do whatever you need to do to prepare. Stock up on supplies. Go combing the Rift for floor trash. Rifle Axinite's desk drawers. Mission happens the night of the 23rd. Counting on you to make this a success."
