Liryn (cat form)Liryn shook his head, "No," he admitted "I've been to a Polaris Wonder and to a Saturn Wonder" he thought on it for a moment "And I've also been to an Earth Wonder."
He started eating some of the shortbread "But I would love to see a Cosmos Wonder."
Well okay, truthfully he'd love to see any and all Cosmos Wonders, but the one that Tama had described sounded particularly interesting.

Eion RiskEion nodded. "Paris fog," he determined as he started searching his pockets for his cell phone. Found it, pulled his debit card from the sleeve in the back, and had a faint shock when he saw the date on the card. The new card was tucked behind, fortunately enough; he was glad his team was sufficient enough at adult tasks that they could help him replace his card.
"Suppose they're cute." He hadn't thought so, but he'd been used to the unfortunate ones that spoke, ransomed people's personal data, and broke things. Yuri wasn't hocking Guardian Cats, though — just the dumb ones that shat in sand and chased birds.
That made them less irritating to look at.
Eion turned, leaned his back against the counter as he watched the cat that Yuri pointed out. Didn't look like other cats; this one was missing a tail. Maybe it was too defective to find a home, so Yuri took it? "Is it broken?" He asked over his shoulder. "It's missing parts."LaikeLaike had turned on his switch when he observed the line. He couldn't say how long the place would be so crowded; he wanted to order, but he wanted the line to die down enough that he could stand in it without getting hives. Or stammering like he didn't have two brain cells to rub together when it came time for him to order. The owner had looked busy anyway; Laike told himself he could wait a few minutes before he stepped up to order something.
He hadn't played much of Brilliant Diamond yet, though he owned both. Laike didn't care much for repeating a storyline, so he'd spammed his way through most of the opening by the time he looked back at the Switch. When he did, he realized it was grinding time – he had more than a few levels to gain if he wanted to beat the next gym leader with his gimpy, ill-picked team.
Not that he minded, though. He was happy that his followers named some Pokemon for him to use on his next team, and he was excited to show them some progress this Thursday.
Laike fell into a rhythm with his gaming fairly quickly; he'd stood aside as new folks rolled into Nekosuke's grand opening, and held his Switch closer to himself when people filed in more thickly. Occasionally he would look up, only to find that more customers were in line than before, and then he would return to the game system. Eventually, he reached his grinding goal for the day, and the crowd hadn't waned.
Maybe next time, he told himself. He sidestepped another group as they shuffled in, and slipped out the door while he returned his Switch to his shoulder bag. He'd bring He sometime, maybe visit during the week when the volume was low.

“I’ll have to hook you up with Erytheia. I sure he’d take another Mauvian.” He suggested confidently. “Especially if you mention Tama sent you.”☆“I like London fog myself, though Paris fog is great here too.” Yuri passed the tea along. Things were going swimmingly. Until Eion’s next line. Yuri could see the hair on Tama’s back begin to stand up. The cat began to let out a whining growl. He quickly put a hand on the cat hoping that would hold him back from clawing the man. “Oh! This one. He’s not broken.” He laughed awkwardly trying to settle Tama who was bristling from the perceived insult. “He’s a Manx and Japanese bobtail mix. Neither breed has a long tail.”✪

Liryn (cat form)"I'd love that" Liryn agreed cheerfully "Do you have a communicator? If so I could call you on mine at some point and discuss specifics if so."
Because whilst Liryn would love nothing so much as to go check out the aforementioned Wonder now, it wasn't something that he could do on his own and it was equally unlikely that the mentioned Cosmos knight was conveniently currently around.
He waited for a response as he finished the last of his shortbread, figuring that he could always pop into the cat cafe again if Tama didn't have a communicator.

Accepting the drink with a thankful nod, Eion cradled the mug between both hands and took a sip.
"Oh." As if Eion needed to state that he didn't know anything about cats. He liked the short tail, however; Tiberius often swished his tail into Eion's tea to annoy him, and a bobtailed cat wouldn't have that problem.
Still, he wasn't interested in taking a cat home. The team already suffered a Mauvian; he was glad it bonded to Albite and largely stayed out of his office.
"Is it going to attack me?" He asked as he looked at Yuri. Sounded like it would — hadn't heard a growl like that since Tibs got in a fight with an alleycat.

“Yes! I do.”Tama produced a small, circular purple cat com with a gold star on it. “We can discuss specifics later. Here’s my number. Or you can look me up by name. Full name is Hoshi-no-Tama.”☆“He won’t.” Yuri gave Tama a look and the cat stopped its growling. Still, it continued to watch Eion. If a cat could have a look of utter distaste, it was on the his face now. “This own just liked to hear himself growl. But he’s harmless.”Now the cat looked like it was pouting. ✪

Liryn (cat form)Liryn produced his own communicator from subspace and made sure to add in Tama's details.
"Yes we can" he agreed cheerfully and waited for long enough for Tama to add his own details in turn if the other wanted to before slipping the jade and bronze communicator with the bronze symbol in the middle back into subspace.
"I should probably get going" he admitted, because fun as this had been, there were still things out there for him to poke into and people that he wanted to check up on "But it was great meeting you" purplish eyes glanced from Tama to the other mauvians, including all in the sentiment.
He looked back at Tama "And I'll definitely be in touch."
Then on that note he made his way over to cat flap that led back into the main part of the shop.
New potential friends, delicious food and a potential future Wonder invite?
All in all Liryn was very pleased with how it had all gone.Meighei Liryn exit, thank you very much :3

Tama was quite pleased as Liryn and the other cats left. For him, the grand opening had gone better than planned. With a glance back to the cat room, he too left through the cat door to check up on Yuri. ☆

"Reminds me of a cat I used to know." Eion sipped the Paris fog when it was given to him, found it flavorful and full-bodied in aroma. Felt the tickle of foam across his upper lip and licked it off. "Giant, fluffy, sassy thing that liked to hear itself talk.
"Like this one better, though," he added as he glanced back at the cat. Liked that it didn't speak.
"Least I know where to get my tea from now on."
