hmm I like the ideas so far.. im sure Teleka would be in with it, he never had much respect for Finar-si so he would probably go with it all, as long as his cubs wouldnt be hurt, when they arrive anyway.

I've been pondering myself if Kimeti would actually go with this plan now that there is more info. I mean he was taught the old teachings since he was a mere cub by Makadari and Kiu. I doubt he would turn his back on the old teachings completely. He may be open to the idea of other Gods but I doubt he would neglect Finar-si all together only because such teachings were drilled into his head so much it would be near impossible for him to just leave and forget them. I shall have to ponder this a bit more before I make my definite decision.
Now, Koka on the other hand... hhmmm...not sure what she owuld do actually. She's arrogant, flaunty, prissy, and wants to be a leader. She won't settle for being undermines and her joining the group might just cause some rather interesting tension. I am gonna have to consider Koka some more but I am leaning towards her joining the group if only for some interesting RP's and scuffles. LOL

Just because on signs up to support the plot doesnt mean they have to follow it. We need lions against the teachings for us to go through with the plot. If everyone were to support it, I probably would in the end decide not to do it...becuase basically, it is impossible for everyone to agree @_@;;
So by all means ^^ Kimeti would be welcome to go against it, for we need thoes who still agree to Finar-si, to have two sides and for conflict

I just realised basically the whole pride - apart from a couple including my Ripuka - are with The Machinjo. I don't mean to be a kill joy or anything because obviosuly it means all firekin owners wish to see a change in the pride - which is a good thing by the way!!
I just think that the couple who are against it are fighting a losing battle.
I expected the machinjo to consist of just a few lions and lionesses, but now it seems everyone is in on it there won't be much secrecy at all as well as Gods thrown into the fray (of which I am quite okay about).
Let's think of it like this. We have a few lions in the pride who can't stand one another - Teleka and Nuri for one. Now, even though Teleka doesn't like Kimeti, is that any reason for him to suddenly join up? Would he be willing to put up and work with a lioness he despises? This should be more than petty battles, it is a belief a religion. Also, would he want his cubs to have anything to do with Nuri's offspring. All these factors must be considered! sorry I picked that as an example, but it was the first that sprang to mind.
Also, would siblings fight against their brother because of this? Or will they put family before their beliefs instead and fight for tradition for Kimeti's sake. They stuck up for him during the fight with Kwana, so why would they stop now?
Some of you have lions who believe in the tradition, they breathed it, lived it and worshipped Finar-si all their lives. You have to realise that whilst their are arguments against tradition there are arguments for it that are just as strong.
Think hard about your character and what they would truly do, not just join up because everyone else is.
My Ripuka is a lioness of tradition, and even though she has had dealings with a God she will still follow Finar-si as strongly as ever before. I will keep Kidondo neutral just because he likes to see all views on things and is open minded, though of course his main concern will be his father's teachings.
So please people, think this through.

I was thinking of that Kim, but thruth be told, Teleka would put up with Nuri as he has never had anything of a liking towards finar-si. Otherwise I wouldn't have joined him up. He likes Kimeti a little as well but yeah.. to me this aint about his problems its about the prides and for Teleka he could see this being a better option then how the pride is standing at the moment.
I would like to rp Teleka against the machinjo but at the same time, it wouldnt be in his beliefs and he would be against his sister, something he would never do. He follows her, always has done. So he will be sticking with the machinjo, if LSX pulls Mpeka out then i would have to rethink it.
Has meeps lioness got any prefrence with this? Now she joining? and there will be some of Kimeti's cubs and Finar-si herself wont there?
I am thinking of letting the cub i get from Telekas litter be against the idea but Kim would it be ok if I PMed you about an idea with that?

Chomo is a bit of a traditionalist and would definately waver in his loyalties to this idea, probably dismissing it eventually as nonsense. He was raised to believe in Finar-si all his life and wether or not there are other gods, his faith won't change.
Ra however thinks the old traditions are stuffy and need changing (as most children do with their own religions) besides, he needs something to make him feel his existence is worth something. The idea of being a hunter all his life isn't appealing to him.

Kim~ Burned, heavens no haha Alright, the list that has all the names is in the making right now...you can see that on the title is the BloodShed...but soon enough, it will have the other side of things. People sign up, but I am probably going to cut the line. While people support the idea, I really dont want everyone to be in it *points to her above post* It is all but impossible to have the whole pride join up. Right now, the main ones are : Nuri and Kavu. Nuri is just someone who isnt satisfied with what she sees, and Kavu knows all about Finar-si from Hestia, and is completly against her. The main point of the plot is to train the future...or to train the cubs. I dont expect the adults to join the ideas...but the cubs instead. I dont think Mpeka would be a leader, but her cubs would probably look to Ra, Naraka, Chomo and Nuri, because Nuri is pushing for her Cubs to help, as is Mpeka. As Nuri put it: "It is up to our Cubs to bring back the Pride" Anyways, getting way offtopic XD Thoes who have joined the plot will have information next to the lions names...saying just what part they have in the total...some will talk of the Machinjo, and some will speak of them supporting their pride. This is not about Agreement people, this is about true conflict as people follow what they want...so yeah, I want there to be dramatic fights and broken up ties twisted In the long run, that makes one hell of a plot and RP and that is what it really is about, the RP.
