Do both ponies need to be 'real' for a mockbreeding? As in, would it be alright to post a couple where one half is still just concept art?

Yes, so long as it is your concept or you have permission from the other person who is questing it. Just keep in mind you can't have more then one mockbreeding in your five ~ 6:30pm Feb 26
