Keelthy smiled brightly and twirled at her, his blades magically appearing in his hands. "Now imagine this with fire and much more space and you will get an idea. This particular one is a tribute to warriors." She danced too, could it really be? He shook his head. "The things you learn about people. I learned to fight so i could dance, you learned to dance so you could fight. I was also my brother's favorite practice buddy, he can dance too but his HUGE muscles get in the way." He winked at her.
"This room is the safest in the house, it had to be." He looked away. "Besides I have an awesome view from the window."

The fact that he was a talented dancer was obvious. Fleade made a mental note to not to let him ever see her dance. Not that she would any time soon as any dancing she normally did was practicing her swordplay which couldn't exactly happen with an injured arm.
She felt a blush rise again at his wink. Why did it affect her so much? It sort of upset her that it did. In any case, Fleade nodded. "I haven't really ever had anybody to practice with. I'd only just learned how to use my weapons before the war and then being captured didn't leave me time or a weapon weapon to practice with. And I've been on my own ever since." She felt her chin rise slightly as if in defiance, old habits die hard.

"I can offer myself as a sparring partner, or my brother who uses the sentinnel sword or both of us when you get really abitious." he would prefer it was both so he could turn his brother into a pincushion if he got to close to her. "You will feel better with practice, it helps you gain confidence. Once your arm is ready let me know." He wanted to care for this woman for some reason, help her acheive all her dreams, no matter what they were. She was different from anyone he had ever known and he found it a magical pull. Maybe he should consult a shaman for guidance.

Once again, the girl nodded and then realized she been nodding a lot, which made her feel kind of ridiculous. Use your words she reminded herself. "Thank you. I've never injured myself this badly before so I don't know how long the recovery will be."
She vaguely remembered hearing another voice at some point but besides Keelthy, the healer was the only other person she'd seen here. "Perhaps. I...." pausing, she bit he lip as she tried to pick her words carefully. "I don't know how I'd feel around other Obans..." Fleade shifted ever so slightly towards him it was almost imperceptible.

Keelthy noticed it and restricted his impusle to enfold this delicate (to a point), beautiful (to an extreme), creature into his arms and take her somewhere were the only "oban" she would ever have to see was him. "I trust Reillan with your life, *(if not her heart)* he would not cross me, or he would have thrown me into the janarim pit a long long time ago."
"But if you wish not to see him, you need never. Just be aware he looks a disturbingly alot like myself but bulkier, slightly deeper voice, and an all red headband."
He wouldn't put it past Reillan to sneak around due to curiousity itself, ones honor only went so far when it came to brothers. Keelthy had never been so protective, this one he never wished to share.
Besides the muscley b*****d all but had Varinia, but at the moment Keel almost didn't care, he had found a rarer gem. A soul like his own, something even Varinia didn't have.

Fleade resisted the urge to nod and instead, smiled. "You had mentioned earlier that your brother helped you a lot and meant a lot to you. I'll remember what you've said and try to keep that knowledge in mind if I see anybody else."
Fleade eyed him for a minute, she wasn't quite sure what to say. "Well...Maybe after my arm heals and it gets stronger again...Maybe you can teach me some of your dances." Her left hand fiddled with the sheets on the bed as she looked away slightly embarrassed. "If you wouldn't mind teaching someone your secrets that is." Fleade had another shy smile as she added the last part.

"You can have all my secrets, who knows they may help keep you alive one day." Perhaps he had said too much, but he had resisted the urge to reach out an offer a hand that had to count for something right? He wanted to take all of her pain, her sorrows, her nightmares and banish them for all eternity. He had never felt so powerfully about anyone else even himself in his darkest days. He had never understood this protective streak until now. Until her, he had never needed to protect anyone, now he had half a mind to go and ask his brother for his claymore so he could build muscle.

"You can't honestly mean that....I mean....you barely know me...." If fleade blushed any more she might change color all together. She was flustered and it was painfully obvious. She was so far out of her comfort zone she felt like she was just making a fool of herself which she probably already had. "I just don't understand why you would do that. I...I was just teasing I wouldn't ask that of anyone....that's something that should be entrusted...." Fleade looked away nervously. "Besides...I'd have nothing to offer in return...."

"All of my secrets are in dance and unrequited love, its not all that serious" It was true, he didn't have many secrets, he was what he was and he was finally living the life he had been meant to live. It was as simple as that. "I ask nothing in return." She would give what she chose. He would not push. It did feel as if he had scraped all the layers off protecting his heart and soul. He would have to meditate or something for like days after this.

He didn't seem sad upon talking about unrequited love. Surely it couldn't have been easy to fall for someone only got it to not be returned. In any case. She'd someday like to learn from him but she worried she might end up taking advantage of his kindness.
"Just because you ask for nothing in return doesn't mean you shouldn't receive anything. What's fair is fair." It was something she tried to do, or at least wanted to do. "Keelthy...can I ask you something?" She wasn't sure exactly how to phrase her question but once again couldn't resist.

"Go ahead," He wondered what she wanted to know, he expected something randomly off topic for some reason but perhaps that was just how his mind worked. He was facing her, and tilted his head with curiosity, her body language looked rather tortured and he wished she could relax more, but perhaps it was his very presence making her edgy.

As he faced her, Fleade suddenly felt panicked. He was watching her with curiosity which brought flashbacks to being captured in the camp which was odd that it just suddenly did so. She squeezed her eyes shut for a moment to try and gather her thoughts but it was worthless. The ice woman was now a frazzled mess. And, instead of any questions, she attacked him. With her mouth. As she lunged forward the short distance between them, she smashed her mouth on his. She stayed like that for a mere heartbeat before pulling back, her eyes wide. Fleade stood and put a step or two between them. "OH GODS. I...I'm so sorry." Her face had never been more red than it was in that moment. Sure there had been a few butterflies in her stomach but she just thought it was because she was nervous being in the presence of an oban! What the hell, body!! She thought to herself in shock.

Well that was one hell of a question. He had never been so shocked in all his life. Immediately a part of him wanted more. He took a deep breath and slowly reached for her, encompassing her gently in his arms. Closing his eyes because that seemed to be what had triggered her in the first place, and gently placed his lips against hers, once his lips touched her he let his arms fall so she could escape or stab him as was her will. She was so fast, so blindingly fast, he had never stood a chance, would never stand a chance against her speed. He pulled back too, least she inadvertently break his heart. It had been a quick kiss but gentle and a moment he was already worried about forgetting.
"Good question Fleade, you now have my answer." He didn't realize he could be so cool about this. He was blushing so hard but no one could tell. She looked almost purple and he loved it. "I'm sorry." He didn't want to apologize but felt he needed to for some reason.

Fleade had been shocked of her own actions which meant she was doubly shocked of his. She stood there like a fool with her mouth gaping open, face purple in a blush and her left hand grasping her right arm. "Nono I...I shouldn't have attacked you in such a manner...I....I'm no good at this stuff."
Fleade looked away, totally and completely embarrassed. "I'm sorry. It was my fault. I, maybe I should just go..."She turned away from him slightly. She'd never been more embarrassed in her life.

"You don't have to be embarrassed. Here I'll go you just relax..as well as you can." He was going to go pray...for hours. "I..." he shook his head. He turned to leave glancing back into those yellow eyes blinked once slowly and turned back to leave.
