OOC Footnote Current HP: 26/30 Current Trust: 16 Section notes: +2 trust The next batch of berries at least placated the wolf, and seemed to keep it calm, but he was unable to see just what was hurting the canine. He sighed, and wondered if he could get closer. He could, right?

OOC Footnote Current HP: 26/30 Current Trust: 18 Section notes: -2 trust Apparently, the wold was berried out at the moment, and didn't want this set, and instead made an annoyed sort of noise and movement towards Frighten, which made him frown. Okay, no more berries.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 26/30 Current Trust: 16 Section notes: +3 trust, move on to part 2 The fact he'd pulled away the berries, and looked ready to collect more meat seemed to endear him to the wolf, and it seemed to relax more, letting him step a little closer to it, which was good. Maybe he'd get somewhere now!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 26/30 Current Trust: 19 Section notes: +1 trust He was glad the little bit of meat he'd found was met with a slight tail wag, he nosed it closer to the wolf, trying to no avail to see what was wrong. Still, at least he'd managed to get closer. That was a help.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 26/30 Current Trust: 22 Section notes: +1 clue, -3 hp He had leaned in to try and examine the wolf a little, surprised by his own actions at getting so close to such a normally vicious animal, but it didn't give him any concern, though he knew an injured animal could be unpredictable. Him carefully nudging at the wolf, earned just such an unpredictable reaction and he let out a yelp of shocked pain as the wolf clawed at his face and neck.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 23/30 Current Trust: 22 Section notes: 1 clue total, -1 trust In his endeavor to figure out what it was hurting the wolf, he moved a little too quickly, spooking it, and making it recoil some, which made Frighten feel bad. That hadn't been his intent!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 23/30 Current Trust: 21 Section notes: 1 clue total, +1 clue -3 hp Another round of nose at the wolf ended up with him being bitten as he touched his nose against the wolf's side, and he yelped at the sharp teeth latching onto his leg. So that was side, and rump both hurting at this point on the wolf. He wondered if the wolf had eaten something bad, though, with it's appetite, perhaps not. Frighten was still confused on what it could be at this point.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 20/30 Current Trust: 21 Section notes: 2 clues total, +1 clue (move onto part 3) Frighten stepped away from the wolf a moment, and as he did so, it shifted some, making it easier to see the fact the wolf had what looked like bite or claw marks of its own on it's body. Maybe it'd gotten into a fight with other wolves. In any case, no wonder it was so upset!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 20/30 Current Trust: 21 Section notes: 10 enemy hp. -3 enemy hp, -2 hp Frighten could see the wolf had wounds from an attack, and as he was thinking about the ways he could help, he found himself suddenly skittering a little closer as another animal came into the clearing, another wolf, looking to capitalize on the injured wolf behind him. He wasn't sure if it was going to attack him or the injured one but either way this was bad!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 18/30 Current Trust: 21 Section notes: 7 enemy hp, -2 hp, -4 enemy hp He was glad to see that kicking out at the other wolf had actually caused some damage and he lashed out again with his front hooves since it meant he could actually see what he was doing and adjust a little easier. The following yelp was good. The wolf would give up soon, right?

OOC Footnote Current HP: 12/30 Current Trust: 21 Section notes: 1 enemy hp, -2 hp, -4 enemy hp (Continue to part 4) Frighten turned around and he kicked out with his hind legs, hoping that would put more power behind his kick, and drive the wolf away. He felt his hooves connect, heard the yelp and when he turned all he saw was a few drops of blood where the wolf had been. Time to get him, and the injured one out of here!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 10/30 Current Trust: 21 Section notes: 20 units to go. +5 travel, +3 trust Somehow Frighten was able to get across to the hurt wolf they needed to get out of there. There was a place he knew not too far off, he could get the wolf there and comfortable, and he could see about getting things to help it. He made sure to let the wolf lean against him as they walked, truly awed by being able to be so close to such a normally fierce creature, and he himself felt a little braver.
